Read on for my thoughts on last night's HonorClub special event.
- Battle royal:
Looks like a bit of a "get some local names on the card" match.

Damn. I thought King was going to get his chance.

Not bad at all from Milonas.

Woods clearly has much left to learn!

- Dalton vs. PCO:
Fun dynamic here.

Damn. PCO looks like a beast as usual.

This is pretty intense.

I'm fine with this being a hardcore match.

PCO is unreal. It's amazing what this man does at his age and size.

- Scurll vs. Lethal:
Lethal always brings a lot of energy.

This is good. I like how they play off each other.

Good story to this one.

This is pretty nice.

Good work!

- Taylor promo:
Not bad to continue his angle.

- Taylor vs. Spade:
I'm glad Spade's fired up.

This is pretty good.

Not bad to continue Taylor's reign.

- Love vs. Klein:
Nice start.

Good physicality here.

I like how these two work together.

Oh wow. Didn't see that ending happening. We'll see where things go with The Allure after this.

- Briscoes vs. Hawxes:
Solid so far.

Glad to see The Briscoes doing what they do best.

This is pretty solid.

Good win for Mark and Jay.

- Gresham vs. Shelley:
Oh I love the counter wrestling.

Interesting submission work in this one.

LOTS of mat wrestling here.

Not bad at all!

- Post-match:
Damn. Way to neuter Gresham.

- Haskins/Tracy vs. Flip/Brody:
These two squads always work together well.

I like the story here early.

Solid work as usual.

This has great energy!

That was nice.

- Post-match:
Oh, great. Him again.

- Rush vs. Silas:
I like this combination.

I really like Rush's style.

That was pretty good! Keep an eye on Rush. He could be headed to a bigger stage in 2020.

- Kingdom promo:
Well that was odd. ROH could use a total reboot after Final Battle.

- Scurll vs. PCO:
Haaaa. Nice start. He'll need more than an umbrella to beat PCO, though.

Good work so far. PCO's something special.

I like how important this feels.

Jesus they're giving a lot of bells and whistles to this one.

Yeah poor Marty. Maybe he could be world champion somewhere else.

I am curious what things look like to close the year for ROH given the contracts coming due.
