NXT Reax - 10/7/20

 Read on for my thoughts on last night's NXT.

- Ciampa vs. Kushida:

Wow I hope Kushida knows what he's doing here.

I like this so far!

I like this physicality.

It's good to see Kushida shine.

I liked the submission to powerbomb spot.

Very solid.

That was nice!

- Post-match:

Kushida definitely seems like he's in for a push.

- Ember/Io/Rhea/Dakota/Raquel:

HA that shot at not getting promo time.

Good overall. I'm glad she has something fresh going on.

Fine by me.

- Drake/Dain:

More fun from these two. I'm a little surprised Killian isn't in Retribution.

- UE promo:

Good enough.

- Dain/Drake vs. Ever-Rise:

I'm enjoying the Killian/Maverick pairing. I'm getting a little bit of a Team Hell No vibe.

I'm liking this. It's not just an impressive showcase of moves.

HAHAHA I liked that ending.

- Post-match:

That was nice.

- Storm promo:

I'm good with it.

- Garganos/Indi:

I'm kind of over these two as characters. I'm ready for different people to get TV time.

- Theory vs. Ruff:

Not bad at all!

- Post-match:

I liked that. Natural progression from what happened previously.

- Theory vs. Lumis:

Glad to see Dexter back.

This is an interesting mix.

Good ending!

- Post-match:

Nice to see the flow on this show.

- Dakota/Raquel:

Good to keep that going.

- Grimes interview:

Mostly fun.

- UE/Ridge:

Interesting fallout from Takeover.

Ridge's push is intriguing.

- Priest interview:

Pretty good.

- Ridge vs. Burch:

This was solid overall.

- Post-match:

Hmmmm. I do like a new name getting screen time.

Oney vs. Ridge should be good.

- Garganos/Indi:

Well maybe at least Hartwell will get over from these two staying in NXT forever.

- Thatch as Thatch Can:

Pretty good.

- Shotzi vs. Xia:

OK for the time it had.

- Post-match:

We are so in for a Chinese stable.

- Rhea/Ember vs. Dakota/Raquel:
Glad to see Ember back.

I like the chemistry here.

This is going pretty well.

Solid win!
