Ambrose update, why Kharma left WWE, Possible Aces and Eights spoiler, Questions on retiring wrestlers, WWE vs. TNA, predictability, and failing Wellness tests, Rhodes rumorkiller, crazy Divas, Team 3D update, HBK talks, Smackdown viewership, Sky update, Mendes rumorkiller, more live Impacts, and JTG is frustrated

Dean Ambrose competed on the 8/5 Raw house show, losing to Alex Riley. How many MONTHS of dark matches has this guy had now?

Kharma leaving WWE was due to her gaining so much weight from her pregnancy and the depression that followed her miscarriage. She's looking to get back into wrestling shape.

The former Luke Gallows is advertised for an upcoming TNA live event, adding to the rumor of him being a part of Aces and Eights.

For my take on PWInsider.com's questions:
1. I've always heard that rumor, but if they say there's nothing to it I'm inclined to believe them.

2. WWE for me. I'm generally less frustrated watching their shows than I am after watching TNA.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

3. Sometimes they want to use the champion and have them lose without the title on the line to build something else. I don't care about predictable. I care about how good a match or story is. I wish others felt the same.

4. Yeah, I don't see someone wanting that to affect their image, though doctors would be able to see that they weren't injured so maybe that makes more sense to do. Either way, that's indicative of a problem.

5. I hope not. I'm not a huge Orton fan, but it would suck if his career ended because of something like that. Though WWE could very well hire him back in a year if he fails again, it would be a pretty big black mark.

Cody Rhodes shot down rumors that he failed a Wellness test. Is that really so hard to confirm as false? If credible sites aren't saying it, it generally isn't true.

Guyspeed.com looked at the 7 craziest Divas in WWE history. I miss that version of Mickie James.

The former members of Team 3D have around three weeks left on their TNA deals and are said to be upset at the last-minute negotiations. This should have been taken care of by now. Both guys are valuable to the company in their own way.

HBK talked ahead of Raw.

Smackdown pulled in 2.78 million viewers, down from previous weeks.

TNA is reportedly trying to sign Velvet Sky to a new deal after her present one expired. She's pretty popular, so I can see why they'd want her back.

There are rumors going around that Rosa Mendes was arrested for public intoxication. TMZ has the legit story.

TNA Impact will be going live all throughout September, and there are negotiations for it to go even further than that. They've got to like that news.

JTG expressed frustration at how he and others at his level of the card have been used. Basically, they're doing everything they're asked of and WWE keeps them at the same level instead of rewarding their hard work and moving them up the card. Just like a movie needs people in small parts, WWE needs some people whose job it is to make others look good. Between having a fairly steady job putting someone over on TV/live events and not working at all, some wrestlers would take option A.

More news tomorrow.
