WWE Q2 2015 Reax

Read on for my thoughts on yesterday's WWE financial news.

WWE expanding international business, Cena update, Interview with Cesaro, TNA and ROH ratings, Rock on Hogan, roster for next GFW taping, and Questions on referees, the future of the Wyatts, Hogan on the Network, mouthpieces, and Bret Hart wrestling

WWE is seeking to fill a position in charge of digital content distribution in China. I hope they do well there, as do their stockholders.

John Cena has been pulled from this weekend's live events. His broken nose needed extensive medical work. I hope he doesn't miss too much time. He's been having great matches lately.

Update: Cena has also been pulled from Raw. That should really give Rollins some bragging rights.

Cesaro talked to WWE.com about grabbing the brass ring. His work ethic is INSANE.

Everything else from yesterday unrelated to the Q1 2015 filing is after the break.

More Hogan fallout, new GM for Australia tour, Interviews with Virgil, Alicia update, another ROH match for Philly, Sting-Summerslam update, WWE Diva retires, another big Brock appearance, and Questions on who to blame for the state of TNA, Owens at Summerslam, rudy poos, Adam Rose, and Rollins' future

Shawn Michaels will replace Hulk Hogan as the GM for WWE's tour of Australia. Many fans there are seeking refunds after spending hundreds of dollars on VIP packages and the like to see Hulk. So, comments Hogan made in a private place when he wasn't aware he was being recorded are now really costing WWE and Hogan fans. What Hogan said has been and deserves to be derided. But should the punishment be this heavy?

Wrestling superstar Virgil was interviewed by Sports Illustrated and Fox Sports:
- It's disappointing to know a lot of Shieky Baby's tweets are ghostwritten. They're great, though.

- Virgil needs to get a legitimate, steady source of income from somewhere. At some point, whatever market there is for Virgil merchandise is going to dry up.

Booker T. will address the Hulk Hogan issue on his radio show this week. I think all that really needs to be said has been said. Hulk said some really bad things, and he needs to be out of the spotlight for a while to re-evaluate things.

Top TNA name back from injury, Cena update, even more from Hogan, top ROH name re-signs, next Stone Cold podcast set, Interview with Owens, latest on Amell, WWE press, new ROH match, another Raw injury, Raw audience, new TE judge, and Questions on why Owens has fans, Shane O'Mac, working hurt, the Divas Revolution, and relying on older stars

Jeff Hardy returned at the most recent Impact Wrestling taping. I'm under the impression he hasn't been cleared to return to the ring. They definitely want him for Bound For Glory in NC. Jeff vs. EC3 for the title seems at that show sounds like a no-brainer.

John Cena legitimately broke his nose on Raw. Following the show, he went to a local emergency room to see what their ear, nose, and throat doctor could do about it. People are already joking he'll have color-coded protective face masks to match his gear, or we'll see Juan Cena come back. They definitely need to put Juan Cena on TV someday.

More from the Hulk Hogan scandal has been released: Hulk used homophobic slurs on the tape. I think his reputation's already to the point where further revelations can't possibly bring it lower. Unless he says "Hitler was an OK guy, brother" or something, I think we get the point.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Interviews with original Patriot/Bryan, more on Hogan, awesome 2K16 note, ask ROH COO anything, next ROH PPV set, ROH on DA update, Summerslam expanded, WWE making PPVs even cheaper?, and Questions on Bo Wyatt, Hogan, Vince on Tough Enough, Network viewing, and new main eventers

The original Patriot talked about the person using the gimmick now. That's really crazy. Someone should absolutely look into that legally. Wilkes could be entitled to a lot of royalties.

Hulk Hogan continued retweeting supportive messages Monday, including some that drew him some heat. Hogan needs to disappear from the public eye for a while, and come back with a new sense of things. You've got to sell the ass-kicking for a while before you can Hulk back up, brother. Right now he needs to be the guy taking the Camel Clutch and being asked if he wants to quit, not the guy going for the big right hands before the boot and leg drop.

The Terminator has been announced as a playable pre-order bonus for WWE 2K16. That's hype as hell.

Next two ROH World Title matches set, WWE live event notes, Sting update, and Questions on the Hogan situation, time off for wrestlers, and Curtis Axel

ROH has announced a rematch of Jay Lethal vs. Roderick Strong for the ROH Championship for heir Aug. 21 show. The winner of that match will face Kyle O'Reilly for the title at All-Star Extravaganza VII in September. I'll give the company credit for treating their championships as important enough to announce matches for months in advance. This is different from the WWE Champion defending the title every weekend. Each match is meaningful.

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady beat The Ascension at a main roster live event this weekend. Their act is really entertaining. They definitely need to be the next team called up. I'd give it another few months, though, I think.

Also on that live event, Layla worked in a loss to Paige and Mark Henry lost to Bray Wyatt. It's worth noting the show was in Henry's home state of Texas. I wish Layla would work with the up-and-comers in NXT.

Superstars Reax - 7/25/15, NXT and WWE live event notes, live report from DBD, Axel update, NXT in Texas confirmed, top music name endorses Total Divas, WWE Champ at indie show, big Summerslam rumor, more Network content, ROH loses one DA timeslot, and Questions on Punk as a UFC draw, TE on the Network, TNA dying, chants, and NJPW

Superstars:

- Truth vs. Slater:
This match is OK so far. I'm fine with some levity in this context.

That was fairly quick. Truth's gotten a lot of matches lately.

- Bo vs. Neville:
These two have experience working together, and it shows. They seem more comfortable with each other.

Fine match for what it was. It's weird to think it's been a long time since these two were NXT Champions.

Everything else from yesterday, aside from the Hogan situation, is after the break.

Hulk Hogan fired from WWE after racist remarks

Read on for my coverage and thoughts on the Hulk Hogan controversy.

Interview with Punk, NXT live event notes, GFW note, recently-returned TNA name gone, Smackdown audience, DBD dark match, and Questions on the BDC situation, Bischoff, and the concussion lawsuits

C.M. Punk addressed a few WWE topics in an interview discussing his progress toward a debut in UFC. Nothing really groundbreaking there. He's moved on from that part of his life.

Here are results from this weekend's NXT live event. Good to see some new names on the card. Hopefully Crowe and Uhaa are the next names to be spotlighted.

GFW made use of a six-sided ring for their TV taping. I hope it's not too long before we see it make its way to the air. I've avoided spoilers for a reason.

Everything else from yesterday (excluding the Hulk Hogan situation, which will get its own post) is after the break.

Interviews with Jarrett/Eva Marie/Bryan, BitE note, Bully Ray note, Angle on dream matches, Impact audience, ROH audience, and Questions on PPVs running long, WWE Films on the Network, unsold merchandise, and Punk in WWE 2K16

Jeff Jarrett talked about a new wrestling promotion he's apparently starting. It's like... JFW or something? I'm already tired of the Bullet Club and I've pretty much just been exposed to them. I guess the gimmick feels too manufactured to be the anti-authority hellraisers the nWo were.

WWE will release the Beast in the East special as well as the other matches taped that day as a DVD in the UK. I suspect we'll see more specials like that as time goes on.

Eva Marie gave a long interview. I'm glad she's getting training now. She seemed to have improved a bit with her NXT match, but she's still got a good way to go.

More ROH TV matches, ROH sets two dates in September, TE fallout, death in announcer's family, BFG official, Interviews with Gunner/new NXT interviewer/Bryan, Sheamus travel problem, and Questions on Stephanie saving the Divas, Sid's break, Sasha's title, wrestlers backstage, and the #DivasRevolution

Set for ROH's TV tapings this weekend:
- The Briscoes vs. Bloodbound (Grey Wolf and Scorpion)
- ACH vs. Watanabe
- Caprice Coleman vs. Cedric Alexander
- Brutal Bob vs. Cheeseburger
- Young Bucks vs. RPG Vice
- Jay Lethal vs. Hanson for the TV Title

Where are Moose and Roderick Strong?

ROH will have All-Star Extravaganza VII for two nights in September, on the same weekend as WWE Night of Champions. I wonder how much overlap there is between people who will attend WWE PPVs and ROH shows.

Interviews with Aldis/Ambrose, more from Taker, ROH sends cease and desist to GFW, TNA makes big change to contracts, more from Aries, #DivasRevolution update, Raw audience, more NXT vs. ROH?, Stephanie on Darren Young, JR pitches WM32 for Taker, and Questions on continuing The Shield, Brock wrestling on TV, Swagger, Amell in the ring, and the HoF

Nick Aldis (Magnus) talked about his TNA World Title reign, his feud with James Storm, and more:
- I really wouldn't be surprised to see more people jump to GFW to work with Jarrett again. It's risky to go with the company just starting up, but who knows where TNA will be in six months.

- I remember thinking Magnus should have been a bigger deal. EY's title reign sucked, and did more to bring the legitimacy of the belt down than elevate him. He's moved up to an A- player since then, thankfully.

The Undertaker is set for WWE's tour of Mexico from October 16 to 18. I suddenly really want to see "El Hombre Muerto" with a sombrero in place of Taker's trademark black hat.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Interviews with Sonjay/Breeze, GFW announces UK tour, Taker update, and Questions on pushing Owens, LU Season 2, streamers in WWE, MVP-WWE, and Punk in the ROH open

Sonjay Dutt talked about GFW, the Jarretts, and more. I'm ready for the company to get off the ground after so long of it being in the works. Nick Aldis as the first champion would work for me given he was recently World Champion in TNA.

GFW has announced a tour for the UK in October. I wonder if we'll see any more current TNA names there. Or former names for that matter. Does Rob Terry still wrestle?

One of the reasons for bringing back Undertaker is to keep WWE Network subscriptions. The latest subscriber numbers will be released at the end of the month, so the timing was key.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Interviews with Orton/Rollins, Stardust blog, Takeover note, GFW lineup change, Battleground guests, and Questions on Battleground on PPV vs. the Network, Sting vs. Lesnar, 2 hours of ROH, and a big day for Brooklyn

Randy Orton was at the MLB game in St. Louis to promote Battleground, and gave an interview. Him putting over Balor, Owens, and Neville was nice. It's good to see excitement about the people down in NXT.

Stardust blogged about his dad's passing. Pretty touching stuff. Entertaining story about Waffle House.

The current plan for Takeover" Brooklyn is to have a two-hour Network special and also film an episode of NXT. WWE is impressed with the ticket sales so far. It's an exciting time to follow the brand. I wonder what the biggest audience for an FCW show ever was.

NXT and ROH live event notes, more on Liger, more on MVP-TNA, Kenny King note, Takeover:Brooklyn update, WWE name misses show, new name at WWEPC, Rollins vs. IWC, Punk talks WWE, and Questions on how wrestlers get paid, TNA rotating talents, the U.S. Title open challenge, EC3, and the plusses of Hogan/Bischoff

Here are results from this weekend's NXT live event, featuring Zack Ryder and Eva Marie. Bayley's back in action, as well. I suspect she'll take the title from Sasha at Takeover. I also suspect we'll be seeing more of some of these names with the big injuries and callups. I look forward to seeing Uhaa especially.

William Regal tweeted about how Jushin Liger is working Takeover. It will be RRREEEAAALLLLLYYYYY interesting to see what happens going forward between NJPW and NXT given their relationships with GFW and ROH. I think it could be great to have some NJPW names work the bigger NXT shows (and maybe even some of the tapings). Obviously, the focus needs to remain on getting that next generation of WWE names ready.

The decision for MVP to leave TNA was made official Thursday. I don't think anyone was all that surprised it finally happened.

Superstars Reax - 7/17/15, another Angle update, Interviews with Adam Cole/Rollins/Dudleys, Y2J update, Swagger note, more on Hernandez-TNA, BFG '15 location set, NXT promotion, Cena challenges NBA king, Bryan rumorkiller, Smackdown audience, TNA loses another top name, and Questions on Tough Enough, lawsuits, ECW on the Network, Liger in NXT, and Ziggler's contract

Superstars:
I'm a fan of undercard wrestlers getting promo time before their matches. I'm not a fan of the same guy cutting essentially the same promo for quite some time on B-shows. I liked Adam Rose's party character, but it's dead in the water now.

- Rose vs. Swagger:
Fine match for the time it got. It's good to see Swagger can still get it done in the ring. Rose certainly isn't bad, either.

That wasn't a bad backstage segment to set up the later match. I hope Mojo's taking notes on what his NXT partner does in that match.

- Woocha Dragons vs. Ascension/Dallas:
I'm liking this six-man so far. Straightforward tag team stuff.

The Lucha Dragons have worked with The Ascension enough to bring out the best in each other. It's good to see.

Not a bad match at all.

Steph with WM31 adversary, Angle has another surgery, Eden on Stardust, big name back on WWE TV, Interviews with Jarrett/Ziggler, new DBD match, boxing star almost faced Lesnar, TNA and ROH ratings, Japanese legend at Takeover, and Questions on the Hogan-Bischoff regime, social media kayfabe, trying to recreate the success of the Attitude Era, cheering Brock/Heyman, and dropping faces vs. heels

Stephanie McMahon took a picture with Ronda Rousey at the ESPYs, teasing something for WM32. Way to completely break kayfabe, but it was good PR.

Kurt Angle had a second surgery following complications from the procedure removing a benign tumor from his neck. He's expected to make a full recovery. Angle was set to be part of the upcoming TNA tapings (presumably in a non-wrestling role), but that's now in question. It will be interesting to see what they do on those shows with no BDC or Angle, and presumably no Storm, Magnus, or Aries. I wonder how long it is before Bully Ray steps back in the ring.

Eden, the real-life wife of Cody Rhodes, blogged about her husband retaining the Stardust character after his father's death. I don't blame her for feeling that way at all.

Query on WWE adding another title, Network note, Tough Enough press, security guard sues WWE, JR health note, another new name working ROH, more ROH vs. NJPW, Interview with Cena, new production deal for TNA, TE injury, TNA footage pulled due to contract issues, match pulled from Battleground, and Questions on pushing Cesaro, Austin-2K16, Ambrose's offense, and Lesnar vs. the Cadillac

First up, a query:
1. I don't see WWE adding any more championships at this time. You'd think with more screen time to fill, they'd consider it, but so far that hasn't been the case.

WWE Network will soon be adding more ECW programming. It takes time to get so much old footage ready for digital distribution.

A TV Guide reporter trained with the Tough Enough competitors. I'd rather watch the old version of NXT with the obstacle courses, personally.

What happened after Raw, new GFW match, more on Amell-WWE, more from Piper, Diva excitement, Interview with Bischoff, Kane update, Ziggler contract update, Raw audience, WWE Q2 note, Alberto addresses missed event, and Questions on Austin vs. Piper, Owens vs. Lesnar, Titus vs. JBL, Otunga, and Tough Enough

After Raw, Seth Rollins defended the WWE Championship against Roman Reigns. Bray Wyatt got involved for the DQ, leading to Dean Ambrose making the save. The babyfaces stood tall to end the night. If WWE wasn't pushing those people in top roles, they could have ended the taping with something like Cena and Orton vs. Big Show and Sheamus. But no, Vince IS pushing new stars whether people want to see what's going on or not.

The Bollywood Boyz vs. Akbars has been added to GFW's Tag Team Championship tournament, and they're expected to compete at the first taping. I'm really curious to know what the TV prospects for this are. While obviously a lot of people watch things online now, rights fees are still a big source of income.

Stardust hinted the feud between himself and Stephen Amell is not over. They've got to do something between those two at Summerslam, right?

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Tuesday, July 14, 2015

New WWE Legends deals, Amell-WWE update, GFW announces its championships, first GFW taping matches, Battleground lineup, Alberto update, Ziggler not at TVs, Raw guest, more from Piper, new WWE investor, ROH plans for WM32 weekend, backstage Raw notes, Kane update, and Questions on Prime Time Wrestling, "smark" delusions about Cena booking, John Morrison, how to call NXT talents up, and Bundy in the HoF

Tatsumi Fujinami has signed a WWE Legends deal, and JJ Dillion is expected to do so as well. That's pretty cool for both of them.

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell said at the recent San Diego Comic-Con he hopes to do more with WWE, but is unsure if that will lead to him getting in the ring. There's got to be something that can be done to have him have his "Ronda Rousey" moment at Summerslam.

Update: Amell has been going back-and-forth with Miz on Twitter, so it's possible those two face off next month instead. How about Miz and Stardust vs. Amell and Ryback, who could cover for Amell not being a wrestler?

ROH live event notes, Interview with Corino, and Questions on Tough Enough, Network content, and Homicide

Here's a live report from a recent ROH live event:
- I'm guessing the first match featured local talent, which isn't a bad idea to warm people up and give those people an opportunity.

- Considering Sinclair is behind ROH's TV deal on a lot of syndicated channels AND Destination America, leading to their biggest reach in the U.S. ever and their biggest reach worldwide since 2007, maybe they should get to plug some of their other shows before the action begins?

- There are names in other matches I'm not familiar with from the TV show or website. Are these people trying out for ROH? Are they just some local guys filling in? I wish ROH would have done some stuff to explain who and what they are for people just watching in the DA era.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

ROH in the UK, NXT live event notes, new TNA position, Interviews with Striker/Show, WWE drops live event, new match for next ROH iPPV, Virgil gets a documentary, and Questions on WWE stripping back production values, what happens if TNA folds, TE competitors, and WWE spring cleaning

ROH will have something of a crossover event with a UK promotion in November. I wonder what the pay is for ROH vs. TNA, considering the former has more regular bookings these days. It could get pretty competitive between TNA, ROH, and GFW as far as talent goes, although TNA and GFW are more or less working together now.

Here are results from the most recent NXT live event:
- I imagine some Tough Enough people could end up in NXT when that show's over.

- With Owens moving up and Zayn and Itami out, I hope we see Uhaa step up soon. How about in Brooklyn?

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Superstars Reax - 7/10/15, One of TNA's champions hurt, an ECW legend hurt as well, 3rd-gen Diva profiled, TNA angle continues at GFW show, WWE exec done, Interview with Brie, World Cup winner gets WWE Title, Smackdown audience, NXT names at this week's TV, and Questions on Vince's favorite venue, stupid chants, and D'Lo trying to jump to WCW

Superstars:
- Slater vs. Neville:
You can see how little WWE cares about the booking of Superstars and Main Event when they have the same two guys facing off on both shows.

On a mostly unrelated note, I wonder what's in more homes worldwide between Superstars/Main Event and Impact Wrestling.

I like Neville, but it's definitely feeling more and more like he's just the next flippy guy. Hopefully as his WWE career progresses, he'll get more personality and character.

I like that PTP can just go out and be goofy. Personality can't be manufactured.

- PTP vs. Ascension:
This is going pretty well so far. I like the former NXT tag champs more when they have killer instinct and aren't just in three minute squash matches.

Really good stuff at the end there. PTP are quite talented and The Ascension are getting better on the main roster.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Interviews with Aldis/Titus, Tough Enough notes, Cameron update, former Diva retires, GFW's show named, upcoming ROH match, Strong to miss ROH date, Takeover main event set, more NXT action figures, Zayn update, TNA vs. ROH Week 6, and Questions on a Network special from London, HHH vs. Chyna, Rock vs. Sting, and Heyman staying with Brock

The former Magnus talked about moving from TNA to GFW and more. I think that's a pretty notable jump.

- I personally think he could have been TNA Champion again if he stayed the course, but I can't blame him for trying out new things.

- I agree it's en vogue to bash "lolTNA" as idiots. They're definitely not blameless, but it's unreal how much hate they get.

- Interesting talk about the TNA locker room.

- I wonder if Bram will end up in GFW if he's ever not under multi-year contract with TNA.

WWE.com states Dolph Ziggler is out "indefinitely" after the attack by Rusev. This would write him off if he doesn't immediately re-sign with the company.

WWE made a replacement on the Tough Enough cast, using Lance Storm trainee Chelsea Green in the place of the departing Dianna. Dianna left the show voluntarily after one of her friends was attacked at a bar they both work at. That's pretty heavy. I hope the friend comes out of that OK.

King Barrett beat Zack Ryder before Smackdown. After the show, Big Show and Seth Rollins beat up Ryback until Roman Reigns made the save to send the crowd home happy.

Interviews with EC3/Rikishi, more on Aries-ROH, what happened after Raw, champ meets champ in Japan, Brock victim update, Kidd update, more on ROH show, more on TNA vs. GFW, more names for GFW, Austin-Piper podcast war, Raw storyline injury updates, press for HoFer, new NXT coach official, and Divas division update

Ethan Carter III talked about winning the TNA World Title and more. NXT: Redemption was a lot of fun because they got a lot of free reign. It was barely a WWE show in that sense. It had elements of a sitcom at the same time as a big feud involving the current PTP. No one forced them to be certain characters. They just went out there and did what they do best.

Austin Aries has said the July 17 ROH show is just the beginning. I hope he does some matches those fans want to see and fresh opponents, etc. before working events with NXT or GFW. It's worth noting we could still see him in TNA in the future, as well.

John Cena put Cesaro over after Raw. I didn't expect a Punk reference. I love this angle of giving wrestlers a chance to grab the brass ring like Cena did in his early career.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

WWE live event notes, international champion set for GFW, Interviews with Ryder/Austin/Brie/Eva Marie, Aries makes his move, another impressive NXT venue, ROH live event notes, MVP note, TNA-ROH note, more on TNA executive departure, another live Impact?, another country gets the Network, Smackdown rating, backstage at Raw, Compton pitches WWE return, fan injured during Raw, and Questions on BitE, WWE's writing, Lana, and Luger in the HoF

In addition to another teaming of Heath Slater with Brad Maddox, Sunday's WWE live event featured David Otunga losing to R-Truth. I wonder how Otunga and Maddox would do in NXT, if they plan on using either or both as wrestlers going forward.

NJPW's KUSHIDA will be working the debut taping for GFW. He recently worked with ROH. There's been a lot of interest about the GFW project. I hope it pays off.

Zack Ryder was profiled. Ryder really gained personality after the Edgeheads angle ended, which was necessary to make him worth another look. The ECW brand was a good place for him to test that out.

WWE live event notes including BitE, and Questions on jumping from ROH to TNA, utilizing Mark Henry, J&J Security, Tough Enough, Ziggler's character, Wyatt, the Steiners, Bryan's injury, and Sting's legacy

Brad Maddox teamed with Heath Slater in a loss to the Meta-Powers on a live event this weekend. It's probably a combination of him filling in for injured stars and WWE trying to figure out what to do with him. He's been doing live events and dark matches here and there lately, for what that's worth.

WWE is said to have been pleased with how many people watched Beast in the East. That hopefully means more shows like that in the future.

Michael Cole and Byron Saxton did commentary for BitE from WWE HQ. It's amazing they were able to keep it in time with something happening across the globe.

Tough Enough guest star, HoFer at Raw taping, HHH on BitE, WWE.com roster changes, and Questions on End of an Era, Beast in the East, lawsuits, and Balls Mahoney

Seth Rollins will be on the next edition of Tough Enough. I'd rather see J&J Security lecture the contestants, honestly.

Ric Flair will be present at Monday's Raw taping, likely due to the big Dusty Rhodes special that's showing that night. He's got to appear on the show itself, right?

Triple H put over the new NXT Champion and WWE's Tokyo show. I'm ready for the Balor era in NXT.

Superstars:
- Ascension vs. Meta-Powers:
That was a fine tag match. Nothing too flashy, but it was fine for filling up time on Superstars. I wonder how much longer they're contracted to show Superstars internationally anyway...

Lots of stuff I've already seen, which is good to skip through so I can watch Beast in the East sooner.

I think I'd be more into Rose being paired with Mendes if we hadn't basically heard this same promo over and over now.

- Rose vs. Fandango:
That wasn't a bad match. We've just kind of seen it all already.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

WWE live event note, Interviews with Tenay/Brie, Lesnar's guest manager, TNA vs. ROH Week 4, new match for ROH iPPV, long-time TNA exec done, and Questions on choking in WWE, giving Divas a chance, crazy wrestling characters, TNA's funding, and The Patriot

NXT's Finn Balor beat King Barrett on the July 2 WWE live event. I wonder when we'll see that on the main roster?

Mike Tenay talked about 13 years of TNA and more. He gave pretty noncontroversial, safe answers there. I'd love for him to do a shoot interview about his time in TNA when it's all said and done. He's been there since Day One.

Former WWF/AWA star Brad Rheighans accompanied Brock Lesnar to Japan. He's a big name in the Minnesota college wrestling scene. That's a pretty cool combination since Heyman isn't there for whatever reason.

Before Smackdown, Brad Maddox was trounced by the Meta-Powers. I don't know if I'd rather see Maddox as a manager or the new GM figure once the Authority angle ends (hopefully in the next few months).

Also before Smackdown, Tyler Breeze won a dark match. I don't think I'd bring him up QUITE yet. For some reason I want to see him paired with Dolph Ziggler.

Cameron tweeted about wanting to get a push. How about at Survivor Series we see The Bellas, Alicia, Naomi, and Tamina vs. Paige, Cameron, Natalya, Layla, and Charlotte? I know people want to see some other NXT Divas brought up, but I wouldn't want them to get lost in a crowded field. Once Charlotte has finally helped to end the Bellas' reign of terror and won the title, THEN have Sasha rain on her parade near the end of the year.

What happened after Raw, Raw guests, more on TNA-GFW, Magnus says goodbye, Raw audience, Big Show vs. Monster Factory, Sheamus anniversary, and Questions on saving TNA, Sheiky breaking Hogan's leg, Owens' success, the Battleground main event, and Reigns' push

After Raw, Ryback, Dolph Ziggler, and R-Truth evened things up following The Authority's beatdown on Ambrose and Reigns. The babyfaces hit their finishers to end the night.

Finn Balor was at WWE TV this week, which isn't shocking since he's a part of the upcoming tour. July 4 should be a special night!

Linda McMahon was also at Raw. I wonder if Vince is as intense is his marriage as he is in his business life.

Jeff Jarrett spoke with Mike Tenay about the future between TNA and GFW. That will be played in parts on upcoming episodes of Impact. I'm interested to see how this all plays out.
