Sheamus stitched up, Interview with Miz+Summer Rae, Hardy update, Goldust update, another NXT event set, wrestling in NK, big Dixie interview, and Questions on independent contractors, Lana, turning down WWE movie roles, Bryan toning it down, and greasing your hair back

Sheamus needed several stitches following King of the Ring. That will actually probably make him look even more badass.

The Miz and Summer Rae spoke to Sam Roberts on many topics in a long interview. It's hard to believe Miz has been with WWE for more than a decade now.

Jeff Hardy underwent surgery on his broken tibia. No word on how long he'll be out yet.

Goldust underwent an MRI recently. I'm curious as to what that means for his future in the ring. I definitely want to see him work with some NXT names before he hangs it up.

NXT and Main Event Reax - 4/29/15

Read on for my thoughts on last night's NXT and Main Event.

WWE King of the Ring Reax, Booker apologizes, Gagne remembered, Bryan update, Raw audience, former TNA Champion injured, and Questions on Kane vs. Cena, Bo Dallas, Miz vs. Sandow, holding Bryan back, and profanity

King of the Ring:
I'm glad they started with a graphic remembering Gagne.

I enjoyed Sheamus' promo. He's been better as this character than he has been in a while.

Nice Neville promo, too. I hope he's set for big things (just not too quickly).

I mostly enjoyed Neville vs. Sheamus. It's obvious they had to balance who was winning with whom they wanted to protect in defeat. They have to be careful with both of them since they've both only been back on the main roster for less than two months.

The post-match was pretty good. I guess we'll see them face off again at Payback.

Damn. Barrett went pretty hard on R-Truth and Neville. It's worth noting Neville beat BNB clean on the pre-show for Extreme Rules.

I have no clue if this gimmick is some kind of rib on R-Truth or what, but it's pretty funny.

BNB vs. Truth was pretty good, as was expected. Barrett vs. Neville should be a great final.

I'm glad to see Gagne being remembered. Can they do a WWE Network special on him like they did with Warrior?

Fine Ziggler promo. Maybe there will be a more serious gimmick match for Payback?

Nice promo from BNB. This should be pretty good.

Neville is REALLY good. He's already holding his own with people on the main roster. I hope there are good things in the works for him.

Really good ending to that match. Hard-fought win by BNB. There's no shame in Neville losing in that manner.

I look forward to seeing what's next for the new King.

Everything else from Tuesday is after the break.

Live thoughts from Extreme Rules, Interviews with former developmental names/Del Rey, Billy Corgan joins TNA, E:60 preview, TNA audience, another announcer leaves TNA, WWE Hall of Famer passes, and Questions on the next WWE Champion, Ryback, men vs. women, Ambrose's push, and Enzo Amore

Here are live thoughts from Extreme Rules. Pretty standard smark report. Cena just can't catch a break, can he?

The former Curt Hawkins sat with Colt Cabana, Chris Hero, and Tomasso Ciampa to discuss WWE developmental. Whether Titus O'Neil is a "good wrestler" is pretty irrelevant if he makes WWE money. Hawkins was a good lower-card name to work with newer wrestlers and make them look good, and that's a valuable role.

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has joined TNA Creative. I look forward to seeing what he'll do there. I assume the first date he'll be booking will be the May 8 episode of Impact Wrestling.

- Wow, Dixie sounds pretty desperate.

- Why's Corgan got his arms crossed the whole time? That's not a very encouraging posture.

- He said the right thing about giving everyone a fair shake and making things exciting from the whole roster.

- Cool stories relating his time touring with what it feels like to be a wrestler.

- I hope he knows what he's in for doing music work and booking TNA simultaneously.

Henry does good, Matt Hardy on crowdfunding, Ziggler frustrated, Bryan update, and Questions on rooting for Rusev, Kane being the monster again, WWE pushing people fans have gotten behind, a TV title in NXT, and the stipulation for Sheamus vs. Ziggler

Mark Henry was part of a fitness camp. I think he'll do a lot of good things for communities after his in-ring days are done.

Matt Hardy talked about the trend toward crowdfunding by wrestlers. Hardy is INCREDIBLE with working the Internet fans.

Dolph Ziggler tweeted ahead of Extreme Rules. I think it would be good for both sides for him to get a few months off to refresh himself.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Note on this week's posts

As much as I want to be up-to-date in the fallout of Extreme Rules, I'm going to need to focus on finals the next few days. Hopefully I'll be all caught up by the weekend.

More notes on Foley's special, more from Taz on TNA, more from Austin on WWE, and Questions on no-compete clauses in NXT, Rousey on Total Divas, diluting hardcore, Taker/Sting switching places, and TNA pay issues

Here's more from the recent Mick Foley special taped for the WWE Network. Props for JR for improving his health. I think a lot of fans needed a drink after the Royal Rumble. Seriously, though, that's great and I hope others follow suit.

Update: the special will air on Wednesday, presumably around the same time as NXT.

Here's more from Taz's podcast discussing leaving TNA. TNA definitely took care of him financially and thought highly of him.

Here's more from Stone Cold on his relationship with WWE. I definitely think they'll work together more. As for a match at WM32, that's a long way off. It doesn't seem to be in the works right now.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Wrestler loses suit vs. ESPN, TNA announcer update, assorted TNA notes, NXT name gets action figure, NXT lineup, NXT return, son of HoFer at Tough Enough, top indie name at NXT, JR-WWE update, Smackdown audience, WWE's business goals, Interview with Goldberg, NXT releases, Rousey update, potential WWE DVDs, notes on Foley's Network show, and Questions on Network shows, Bryan toning it down, and more.

A wrestler lost a lawsuit to ESPN regarding the use of his likeness in footage they own. I don't see how he could have a case. They own that footage and his likeness in that footage. Legally, they should even be OK to use his image from stills from the show to promote it. Royalties might be a different matter and would depend on his contract with the old UWF.

TNA is still seeking a replacement for Taz at the announce booth. Mathews doing commentary by himself makes the show seem really barren. I wouldn't be shocked if TNA kept him doing it solo for cost reasons, but I think they'll at least try to get someone else in the Taz role.

Eric Young sang the national anthem at an NHL game, even though he's Canadian. Rusev and Lana were in attendance. They should have rushed the ring to do the Russian national anthem and started a WWE vs. TNA feud.

Diva trying to reinvent herself, another champion unwell, NXT live event notes, Interviews with Cena/Terrell, Wrestle-1 done with TNA?, Ziggler rant, next NXT special set, and Questions on Rollins' new finisher, BNB, a WWE TV title, Blu-Rays, and potatoes

Eva Marie is now training with The Brian Kendrick. I can't say I've missed seeing her around. Hopefully Kendrick can make her someone worth watching. Those are some solid names for her to be studying, based on what Kendrick said. What about RVD or Rey Mysterio?

John Cena has been dealing with a fever all this week. That sucks. He's obviously an important cog in the machine.

WWE wants NXT's live events to be close to the main roster shows as they tour. That makes sense. I don't see any reason to try to overcomplicate it unless there's a big market they'd be missing.

Update: With one live event the weekend of Money in the Bank in the same market, there's already speculation of NXT talent being used on that show. I'm split on whether they should do that. It's a case-by-case basis, I think. It needs to be meaningful.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Foley and JR on the Network updates, Smackdown dark match, Interviews with Batista/Helms, and Questions on Stephanie getting her comeuppance, EC3 vs. Spud, Cena vs. Rusev, backstage at WWE, and Cena's new move

Jim Ross could also tape a special for the WWE Network on Friday after Mick Foley. Foley's show will include JR, JBL, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Scotty 2 Hotty. That's a pretty cool lineup!

Brad Maddox worked a dark match before Smackdown. I wonder what the future holds for him after being paid to sit at home for so long.

Batista talked about potentially returning to WWE. I'm surprised he'd consider just working live events. At one point, I seem to remember him wanting to have one last run concluding with a WrestleMania rematch with Triple H.

Bryan update, Tough Enough casting note, TN star passes, Interview with HHH, Raw audience, why Rollins has a new finisher, and Questions on Bryan as IC Champion, Charlotte vs. Nikki Bella, the Attitude Era vs. today, and WWE controlling outside ventures

Daniel Bryan's status for Extreme Rules is still TBD. He could miss a month of ring time. I'm sticking with my idea of BNB trying to win via forfeit only to end up being challenged by Neville.

WWE is seeking competitors from the ages of 18 to 25 for Tough Enough, with a pay of $100 per day. I hope everyone who goes into that knows what they could be getting into.

Tennessee regular Ron Wright passed away recently. Part of me wishes I grew up in the Memphis area during that time period.

Triple H talked about his training and more. I wonder when we'll see him compete again.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Orton vs. fans, GFW live events set, Maddox update, NXT lineup, Tough Enough casting open, big tour for TNA?, TKO lineup, Impact audience, Bryan note, next Y2J podcast on the Network set, another NXT live event set, and Questions on the Wellness policy, letting HHH book the main roster, TNA commentary, and HoF inductees continuing to wrestle

Randy Orton is said to have berated some fans seeking autographs after returning to the airport from the European tour. Since we don't know how the fans acted toward him and what exactly took place, there's not much to say here. I think he gets some leeway after that grueling tour, especially if the fans were rude.

GFW announced a tour of minor league baseball teams this summer. This is good for the promotion to get things worked out ahead of presumably being on TV.

Brad Maddox was in town for Raw. I could see him taking over for Kane as DoO after Extreme Rules.

Taz on TNA departure, WWE sued over old footage, Regal threatened?, notable guest at TNA, and Questions on getting heat on Stephanie, the shape Rhino's in, wrestlers vs. sports entertainers, pushing Neville, and Awesome vs. Tazz

Here's a recap of Taz's latest podcast, discussing his decision to leave TNA. I have to give him props for not bashing TNA. As fun as that stuff is to read at times, it sounds like there wasn't much for Taz to be upset about beyond not getting paid. Granted, that's a pretty big (and justifiable) gripe. I would love his thoughts on managing Samoa Joe, the Hardcore Justice special, and so on. Maybe one day we'll hear those.

The father of Mid-South star Eddie Gilbert is suing WWE for royalties for using Gilbert's likeness in the form of his old matches and so on. I would think WWE would be in the clear here, since they own the footage.

William Regal wrote on Twitter about someone calling his house and threatening him. I'm not so sure posting the number on Twitter is the way to handle that. I hope Regal remains safe either way.

Query on TNA's 2015, Interviews with Uhaa/Kaitlyn/Lilian, update on departed TNA star, status of top WWE angles, guests for Foley's WWE Network special, JR-WWE update, Slammiversary update, and Questions on Y2J in WWE full-time, spray-painting titles, RVD bringing prestige to midcard titles, and Charlotte

First up, a query:
1. TNA has defied the odds and survived a lot longer than anyone has expected. I'd like to think as long as they keep Destination America happy, they'll be able to stick around. They're definitely going through some rough times lately, though.

The former Uhaa Nation talked to WWE.com about his signing to NXT. I'm really excited to see what he can do! That's an impressive resume.

WWE.com talked to the former Kaitlyn. NXT: Redemption was really something. Once Derrick Bateman was added to the mix, we got some really fun segments. It's obvious the higher-ups didn't care about the show, so they were allowed to do pretty much anything as far as segments go.

Lilian Garcia gave an update following her knee surgery. Lilian's been a staple of WWE.

Query on Gunner, Sammartino notice, more financial issues in TNA, NXT in Philly update, Smackdown audience, and Questions on a San Antonio WM, using legends, and Punk walking out

First up, a query:
1. TNA's Gunner has been off being part of a movie. I'd like to think he'll be back by the next Impact tapings.

Bruno Sammartino's agent put out a notice regarding merchandise and autograph requests. It's really bizarre there's a whole business built around getting people to sign things. It's also really weird people will send things to someone's house when they don't even know them.

TNA production staff has also reported being behind on pay. If this is all true, it spells some serious problems for the company. There've been on-screen and behind-the-scenes departures pretty consistently this past year or so. People like to compare the company to WCW, but I'm getting more ECW vibes from this situation. The coincidence of being dropped from the former TNN only adds to it. I hope we're not in for the dying days of the company, because the product has generally been quite enjoyable.

Kliq special upcoming, update on top ROH name, live event notes, awards for WWE, match set for Raw, another name gone from TNA, and Questions on Punk's firing, EC3, bringing Cole back, and Rusev

WWE Network will have a special Kliq reunion show at some point in the next few months. They'll discuss the Curtain Call and more. I don't know how much is really left to be said about that at this point, but maybe it will get people talking.

In regard to a recent online rumor, Adam Cole remains locked into contract with Ring of Honor for the foreseeable future. He's currently rehabbing from arm surgery. I know there are people who want him to go to NXT, but it's not something in the works at present.

Finn Balor defeated Adam Rose at a recent WWE live event, while Tamina was on the losing end of another six-Diva tag. I would expect Zayn and Charlotte to make it to the main roster before Balor, but we'll see.

Rousey update, JR on WWE Network?, Paige update, rumored WWE signings update, top WWE name sent home, Interview with Steamboat/Mojo's promo partner, Foley material on Network, live event notes, Taz leaves TNA, and Questions on violence against Stephanie, Austin walking out, THE GENETIC FREAK, WM31 competition, and fans being too smart in 2015

Ronda Rousey talked about wanting to return to a WWE ring on Roddy Piper's podcast. Rock/Rousey vs. The Authority at WM31 would be huge! After all, Triple H needs to get his heat back.

An edition of Jim Ross' one man show could be coming to the WWE Network. I hope he maximizes his minutes and makes the most of his opportunity. I'd definitely like to see Good Ol' JR back in WWE in some capacity.

Paige is being sold as being out of competition for the foreseeable future, as she's off to be part of a WWE film. Hopefully her loss is Charlotte's gain.

Khali update, new WWE signing gets buzz, more on TNA pay issues, Impact preview, more AE content on WWE Network, Taz at odds with TNA, TNA announcing update, surgery for HoFer, Paige update, Interview with Rollins, Uso has surgery, Raw audience, UK fans invade the ring, and Questions on AJ's retirement, Springer on the Network, Axelmania, Ziggler as WWE Champion, and WWE/Connor

There has been no talk of The Great Khali returning to WWE. That's not too surprising. It's better for his health to not be actively wrestling.

The former Uhaa Nation being signed by WWE was picked up by a number of news outlets. Some fans are already speculating he's a future WWE Champion. He's got to make it through NXT first. Let's wait to see how he does there.

TNA talents have received some of the checks they've been late in receiving. The company hopes to get them some checks earlier than schedule to make up for the delays. I'm glad some action is being taken. The last year for TNA has been rough, to say the least.

This week's edition of Impact Wrestling will feature the tag team tournament to declare new champions. How I'd book that would depend on how long Eddie Edwards is supposed to be out. I like the idea of James Storm trying to manipulate Magnus into using his tag team title briefcase on The Hardys.

WWE changing HoF?, assorted WWE press, new NXT signings profiled, more NXT guest trainers, TNA audience, Fandando update, and Questions on Vince giving HHH Creative, last names, Authority vs. NXT, Hogan at WM32, and WCW nostalgia

WWE is considering doing a smaller Hall of Fame class next year in order to make it shorter. That's probably a good move, as they'll quickly run out of people to induct at the current rate.

Paige and Kane visited the Doctor Who experience while in the UK. Remember when Kane was a silent, nearly invincible monster who was wrecking his way through top guys? It's hard to believe that's the same guy.

WWE has now added Raws from the year 1998 to the Network. They're milking that era lately.

WWE will release its Q1 2015 results April 30. It will be interesting to see what all they announce then.

Live event reports, TNA behind on paying talents, Smackdown note in Canada, and Questions on Taker retiring at WM32, the brand extension, Cena beating Rusev, and Big Show as a wrestler

Here's a live report from an NXT live event this weekend. I hope they can figure out how to get Solomon Crowe to work out. He's got a unique background and some intangibles not everyone can lay claim to.

A number of TNA talents are upset at the company being behind in paying them. The company had some larger expenses recently with taping so many One Night Only PPVs. Since they won't air for a while, no one has seen the fruits of their labor. There have also been problems due to the area of Panda Energy being responsible for cutting checks to talents being part of an ongoing move there. With TNA not having any dates until May 8, talents are frustrated with having to work indie shows in order to stay afloat. All in all, it's a bad situation. I don't really see anyone leaving over it, but I can definitely see how they'd be quite upset at the matter. Hopefully TNA will start doing live events and the like and that will get talents more work and pay.

More press for WWE lawsuit, Interview with Parker, more on new Knockouts, 2016 PPVs set, Garcia update, and Questions on WWE firing Punk, Kofi's chest, Brock blading, Heyman's future, and recent lawsuits

Huffington Post had a doctor discuss common pro wrestling injuries in the wake of the latest lawsuit for WWE. Fad lawsuits like this one are why lawyers get a bad name.

CJ Parker talked about leaving NXT and his future. I like his ambition. I hope it pays off for him.

The new Dollhouse stable in TNA features Mia Yim as Jade and Marti Belle as, well, Marti Bell. Both have years of experience on the indie scene and have worked One Night Only PPVs. I look forward to seeing what they each add to TNA.

Press release on PPW to Pop TV, assorted WWE notes, lucha star tries out for WWE, Interview with former CJ Parker, former World Champion returning?, another lawsuit against WWE, WWE live event notes, Smackdown audience, and announcer undergoes surgery

Here's the press release announcing Paragon Pro Wrestling coming to national TV. I'm curious as to how they came up with the idea of it being seen by more people in the U.S. than WWE. That sounds like spin. At any rate, I look forward to seeing Gangrel and Joey Ryan again. I hope Jessy Sorensen is coming along as a worker, too.

A soccer player appearing at a WWE live event in the UK was covered. To say that's a big deal there is an understatement.

Laredo Kid tried out for WWE before Smackdown. He's had at least one previous tryout there. It might be worth giving him a shot! WWE could use another talented luchadore.

Query on Cena and Sting, More third-generation stats in NXT?, Interview with Blake, IC Title match set, more on possible new national promotion, and Questions on rallying up, DGUSA, NXT in Philly, AJ Lee in TNA, and Punk getting fired

First up, a query:
1. I definitely see comparisons between the current John Cena and the pre-"Crow" version of Sting. The OVW-era Cena definitely bears resemblance.

Ross and Mashall Von Erich are set to try out for NXT next month. They've worked a few TNA events. I think they need more experience before being picked up, but maybe WWE sees a chance worth taking with them.

NXT's (Wesley) Blake talked ahead of a live event. It's cool he was trained by Dory Funk, Jr..

WWE will be touring Mexico October 16 through 18. As talented as the Lucha Dragons are, I think WWE could need some more Latin names to bolster the roster and do better in Spanish-speaking countries.

TMZ has more info on the Steiner-Hogan altercation. I'm sure the airport has video of what went down.

Update: San Jose Mercury News picked up the story. The Hogans should probably seek a restraining order.

Destination America put out another press release talking about TNA's ratings. I expect the two sides to continue to benefit each other for the foreseeable future.

Austin on WWE split, NXT name on the road, Y2J on podcast success, more on Steiner vs. Hogan, Tough Enough debut set, Smackdown changing networks, Interview with JB, a new deal for GFW, Raw audience, and Questions on Cole's injury, WWE vs. WCW, Bryan vs. Rollins, and another mark discovers the Internet

Here's info on Stone Cold's status with WWE. I wonder who will be hosting Tough Enough without him. I would think Triple H would already be too busy. It's a shame Undertaker probably wouldn't do it. He'd be great for it. Maybe Sting?

Update: PWInsider has more on the story. I think what's most important is Stone Cold won't be part of Tough Enough and the podcast deal fell through. The two sides aren't working together right now, and WWE will definitely want him on-board for WM32 in some way.

Finn Balor was on the road with the main roster this week. I think they'll hold off on his debut since they just brought up Kalisto and Neville, but they are doing the European tour next week...

Interview with Magnus, Lawler note, Eva Marie training, Diva cleared to return, looking at AJ's career, Impact audience, unexpected trademark of Monday Night Raw, new WWE trademarks, Extreme Rules match set, Jericho interviews Cena, and Questions on Kalisto, Joe in WWE, Sting vs. Taker, inducting characters, and Sheamus' new look

Magnus talked about growing as a performer, Samoa Joe, and more:
- I was unsold on him as a talent for a while, but he's definitely won me over as someone worth investing in now.

- Bram is definitely an intense talent. I'm glad this is working out for him, given how The Ascension is faring in WWE.

- Storm is definitely an important part of TNA. I hope he remains an integral part of things going forward.

Jerry Lawler was always scheduled to assist Byron Saxton on last week's Raw. It wasn't an emergency move. It was risky to have Saxton go it solo, even temporarily.

Here's a live report from a recent NXT live event. There are several names there I've never heard of, and quite a few I don't think have been on NXT TV.

AJ Lee tweeted after her WWE retirement. I wish her well in whatever she does next. It's a shame we might never see her in the ring again. She was really something as a character and performer.

More on AJ Lee retirement, Interview with DiBiase,Jr., another legend podcasting, and Questions on Elizabeth in the Hall, Rikishi's speech, Sting's future, and Stone Cold

A number of WWE personalities praised AJ Lee after her retirement. I'd like to think she could have continued to do awesome things for the company if a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff didn't happen.

Ted DiBiase, Jr. talked about life after WWE. It's a shame wrestling didn't work out for him. Money and fame are no guarantee of happiness.

Add Dusty Rhodes to those entering the podcast world. That should be fun to hear.

WWE fires back at Roberts, NXT release official, former WCW Champion banned from HoF, NXT name returns, WWE vs. NJPW?, Smackdown audience, top Diva retires, and Questions on the new U.S. Title, old PPV pre-shows, an NWA series on the Network, cooling momentum, and Cole returning

WWE issued a statement responding to Justin Roberts. In true WWE PR fashion, they answer the allegations without really answering them. I definitely think they should honor long-time unsung backstage employees starting next year.

WWE confirmed CJ Parker's departure. I'm curious to see what comes of him. Would TNA try to pick him up?

Scott Steiner was banned from the WWE Hall of Fame at the behest of Hulk Hogan after Steiner threatened Hogan's wife following a flight she shared with Steiner. Hogan had apparently forgotten the heat Steiner had toward him from their TNA days. I'm glad Steiner didn't kick Hogan's ass before that nWo cameo. Obviously he shouldn't actually assault Hogan, but it doesn't look like he's going to let this one die.

Rousey-WWE update, note on next week's NXT, Lesnar update, when WM plans were set, U.S. Title plans, Sonnen-WWE update, more veterans working with NXT stars?, TNA PPV update, Justin Roberts blasts WWE, and Questions on ROH on demand, Sting's "obscurity", America the Beautiful, attending every WM, Ivory, and one-name wrestlers

UFC confirmed Ronda Rousey's WM31 appearance was just a one-time thing. For now. I'm sure WWE would love to use her in a match next year.

Next week's NXT will focus on WrestleMania week, including AXXESS and Hideo Itami entering the battle royal. I'm fine with them doing that, since I'm sure there was great action that was taped.

Brock Lesnar will likely be "suspended" until the build for Summerslam starts. I think that makes sense. I think Rollins should beat Orton, then feud with Ambrose before a WM31 rematch at Summerslam.

WWE decided to go with Seth Rollins winning the championship a few days before WM31. The competitors weren't informed of the plan until the day of the event. The original plan was indeed Reigns leaving with the title. They made a ballsy decision. I hope it pays off.

New TNA trademarks, assorted NXT notes, HoF notes, more assorted WM notes including a Taker update, announcing updates, Interview with Jeff Hardy, name removed from TNA roster, and Questions on titles mattering in WWE, Taker training, Ambrose vs. Cena, Hansen in the Hall, and HHH vs. Sting

TNA has registered to trademark the phrases "Dirty Heels", "#Standup", and "The Rising". The last two are definitely for Drew Galloway's new stable. I look forward to seeing them work with BDC.

Vince McMahons is said to have been impressed with both Charlotte and Sasha Banks at the WM week live event. So, we could be seeing Charlotte on the main roster sooner rather than later. I'm ready to see it, and she's ready to make that leap.

Hideo Itami got to enter the Andre battle royal because Tatsumi Fujinami was in attendance and Japanese press followed him. I think that's clever, since the spot didn't end up meaning much either way.

The former CJ Parker wants to work internationally to improve his game, potentially returning to WWE later. That might be the best move for him.

Raw notes, ROH signs TNA hopeful, another WWE cartoon, huge Raw audience, indie cameo on Raw, HoF audience, watch WWE set up, WM32 rumors already starting, NXT release, did Brock blade?, and Questions on Cena's promos, the Freebirds in the HoF, Brock on ESPN, titles vs. belts, and more challengers for the WWE Title

Raw attendees have said their audio was muted near the end of the show, given how many NXT chants there were during the main event and the Undertaker chants directed at Sting. I do think they went too heavy on the chants, as they generally do. I'm glad they support NXT and all that. I think at some point WWE got the point, though. It would have been more constructive to chant "No More Big Show" or something than doing the wave to get themselves over. The audience at home needs to be able to hear what's going on in the ring. In some ways they negatively affected the show for people watching.

Bray Wyatt missed Raw due to his ankle injury. Hopefully they can just have him talk from his rocking chair for a while while he heals. It might make more sense for him to disappear for a little while after the loss to Taker anyway.

The former Victoria/Tara was at Raw. I wonder if we'll ever see her involved in the company again.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
