What Taker tweets mean, when new Knockout will appear, Attitude Era star wants WWE return, why NXT star left, WWE appearances, Cousin Luke passes away, Sandow attempts MITB cash-in and Questions on the history of wrestling on the Internet, Heel Dixie, HHH vs. Bryan and Big E's status

WWE continued their Undertaker-themed tweets. It seems like Todd MacFarlane is making a big Taker figure in conjunction with the Phenom Edition of WWE 2K14. Should be cool.

Lei'D Tapa will be wrestling on this week's edition of Impact, marking her post-Gut Check debut on the show. Tapa also competed on the One Night Only Knockouts Knockdown PPV. They're moving pretty quickly; they just ran a promo for her last week! But I don't suppose I can complain as it's definitely time for a new Knockout to show what she's made of.

Ken Shamrock has tweeted that he would like to return to WWE. I'd be surprised to see it, unless it was a one-time thing. I wonder if Spike/Bellator is thinking of making him an offer.

Former NXT signee Christina Vargas tweeted about why she left WWE. I wish her well in her post-WWE life.

Interviews with Masters/MVP/Jerry Jarrett/Zema Ion/Borash, TNA-OVW update, who's Ethan?, a look at TNA's schedule, buy old Sorensen ring gear, new HHH clip and Questions on using RVD, the ECW Arena, Heel Dixie, firing Hogan, HHH vs. Show and JR in TNA

Chris Masters talked about HBK, Cena, a WWE return and more. If he's working like he was at the end of his WWE run, I wouldn't mind him going to TNA. They need young blood right now and he fits the bill.

MVP was also interviewed about possibly returning to wrestle stateside. He's another guy I'd like to see in either nationally televised promotion (I almost said "major promotion", but I wonder if TNA is still considered a major promotion?). At any rate, he had some good things to say. International experience can definitely help people out in making it in the States.

Here's a long interview with TNA co-founder Jerry Jarrett about a multitude of topics. He's not shy about his feelings. He wrote a book about the early days of TNA if anyone's interested in checking it out.

Hogan-TNA update, Major TNA shake-up?, more on moving Impact, Ex-Tough Enough star works Bellator, NXT injury confirmed, WWE at NYCC, TTTT '13 confirmed, where's SMS?, wrestling Grand Marshalls, Taker rumors, Rhodes Family on Raw, WWE cards, Cena's reach, Foley promotion, grow a beard to get WWE tickets, Interviews with Sandow/Barrett, top WWE couple engaged, former ECW Champion at WWE live event, JR update and Questions on WWF vs. WCW tug-of-war, TNA's identity, headlining WM30, the NWA World Title and HHH's DVD

The following concerns a spoiler for next week's Impact: The most recent Impact taping was Hulk Hogan's last scheduled appearance under his current contract. Though the two sides continue to negotiate for a new deal, TNA has filmed a potential exit angle for him. Hogan has been unhappy with TNA for months, and the situation was exacerbated when Brooke was released without Hulk being informed. It seems Hulk wanted Dixie to help Brooke get into the country music scene, and that didn't happen. Eric Bischoff could also be on his way out by year's end. He's still a big ally of Hogan's, and has other priorities in addition to his TNA commitments; so if Hogan leaves, he might leave as well. If Hogan and Bischoff do leave, Jeff Jarrett could be replacing them in behind-the-scenes duties. Jarrett has been doing more backstage lately. As for what Hogan does if he leaves TNA, there's always the possibility that he can shake Vince down for one more big pay day at WM30.

TNA is reconsidering the possibility of moving Impact permanently to Las Vegas. Currently TNA has Impact tapings on the road set through December.

Jeremiah Riggs, from the most recent season of Tough Enough, is on a Bellator card. It will be interesting to see if TNA gives him a look. The last thing they need right now is to continue to be seen as signing ex-WWE stars just for name value.

JR addresses TNA, Interviews with Sunny/Ryback/Henry/Kharma/Konnan, the Big Red Political Machine, more on Cena/Capri-Sun and Questions on WWE's look, Evan Bourne, Bryan vs. HHH, Cena getting married and Striker-WWE

"Retired" WWE executive/announcer Jim Ross updated his Q&A, stating that he has "no interest" in going to TNA. It's possible TNA could make him an offer that would cause him to reconsider, but right now going there is not something he's planning on doing. I definitely wouldn't hang my hat on it happening.

The former Sunny gave an interview. Here are some highlights. Some controversial remarks there. AJ and Kaitlyn don't have passion for the business? You've got to be kidding me.

Kane was a part of a podcast with Libertarian politician Ron Paul. Since it's not wrestling related, I won't post it here.

Here's a Ryback interview. I like how dedicated he is to being the best.

Main Event Reax - 9/25/13, Sting promotion, new TNA talent, TNA doing fewer live events, Raw visitor, NXT star hurt, Interviews with Cornette/Ryback, WWE stars hit MLB game and Questions on HHH vs. Bryan, JR, Double J and Steph's stock

Main Event:
The opening match wasn't bad at all. I continue to be somewhat mystified by the Usos being pushed so much, but I guess it makes sense with so few face tag teams.

I hate they threw Miz under a bus in this angle. I get that it's "shoot"-like and all for HHH to make those remarks, but it devalues Miz to be regarded so poorly.

I guess they wanted to put Show over after "emasculating" him so much lately. I'm just rather tired of Snadow being treated as a joke after winning MITB. WWE is really cutting off their nose to spite their face here.

Pretty good main event. I like that WWE is giving its up-and-coming superstars chances to gain experience in such a valuable way.

What happened after Raw, Savoldi obituary, WWE exec receives award, new WWE marketing deal, Updates on Punk/Stone Cold, Interviews with JR/Morgan, Foley appearance, Raw audience, Smackdown dark match and Questions on Bryan going over HHH, the Tammy Sytch situation, Angle in the TNA Hall, Cody's angle and TNA in 2018

After Raw was over, C.M. Punk celebrated with Daniel Bryan. Curtis Axel and Ryback came down to challenge him, but Punk took them out with a kendo stick and a chair. The kendo stick was courtesy of Jerry Lawler. That's rather ironic given the comments Punk had for Lawler when he was a heel.

Here's an obituary for the recently-deceased Angelo Savoldi. 99 years is quite the long life, especially in the wrestling industry it seems.

WWE's VP of Talent Relations and Development (working under HHH) Jane Geddes received the 2013 Most Powerful and Influential Women Award from the National Diversity Council. Good for her.

WWE will have greeting cards, party favors and more coming out in June 2014 due to a new deal with American Greetings.

More live event notes, Rey update, Lawler wrestles, Hall of Famer does good deeds, Lilian sings, new NWA territory, announcer leaves WWE, meet TNA superstars, Interviews with Kenny King/Ziggler, Taker on HHH DVD, WWE 2K14 commentary, Midnight Express charity, TNA talents done, NXT talents on the road, Kane update, Smackdown main event, new PPV match official and Questions on liking the current WWE angle, HHH's DVD and Hogan/Bischoff

NXT's Bo Dallas retained his NXT Championship on Sunday with a win over Antonio Cesaro. No Zeb Colter or Jack Swagger with Cesaro due to recent tightening of WWE budgets.

Rey Mysterio appeared at Sunday's WWE live event, announcing that he will be returning to the ring for the upcoming tour of Mexico on 10/16. This could be a case of RVD going on (contracted) hiatus and Rey being his "replacement" due to RVD's part-time deal. On the live event, The Shield confronted Rey before Big Show made the save. Rey vs. The Shield could be pretty cool.

Hunico teamed with Camacho on this weekend's WWE live events. It looks like they might be getting primed to be put back in the swing of things. I'm generally always down for the roster being freshened up a bit.

Sami Zayn beat Jack Swagger once more on Sunday. I really hope to see him on the main roster sooner rather than later. I just fear that he'll get somewhat lost in the shuffle. Unfortunately, there are so many wrestlers and a relatively small amount of spots.

Query on stockholders taking over WWE, famed British promotion returning, Interview with Santino, Fan attack at TNA, Updates on Big Zeke and Eugene, more NXT/live event notes and Questions on Cena not being injured, the BFG Series, HHH, Show's contract and announce teams

First up, a query:
1. I don't see there being any way for stockholders to wrest control of WWE from the McMahon family, since they and their associates own most of the stock.

Matt Striker will join the revived World of Sport promotion. I bet that's a dream come true for him.

Santino Marella talked about his new training facility and more. Pretty good little read. He's gotten a lot further than a lot of people probably expected given how he debuted.

A fan attempted to attack Kazarian at a recent TNA live event, but was handled by security. I wonder if he'll cut a promo on YouTube like the guy who attacked Orton?

Identity of Ryback victim, Cena appearing on live events, NXT star on live events, Wrestling obituaries, ROH stars staying put, NXT talent leaves, OVW talent on live events and Questions on Sunny and JR

Nick Nardone, who lost to Ryback on Smackdown, is the current OVW Heavyweight Champion. It will be interesting to see if WWE tries to scoop him up for a more regular role. That doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

John Cena will make appearances on WWE's live events in Europe this November. I don't hate Cena like a lot of people seem to, but I definitely think the show's better in some regards with him gone.

Sami Zayn defeated Jack Swagger on this weekend's WWE live events. He's worked a number of live events lately, so they MIGHT be considering bringing him up soon. He's getting great reviews and has a lot of experience to his name, so I don't think I can protest too much that they might already be thinking of putting him on the main roster.

Speaking of NXT and live events, here are the results for a recent NXT show.

Hall of Famer seeks attention, ex-WWE star returns as trainer, Nash shoots on TNA, Impact preview, JR update, Impact audience, Taker update and Questions on Dixie's heel turn, the WWEPC, revisionist history and Low Ki

Tammy "Sunny" Sytch made up a story about being mugged in order to get wrestling news media to report on it. Because that's the kind of world we live in.

Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore will soon return to WWE as a trainer in the Performance Center. He's renowned for his wrestling ability and was able to get his character over huge, so I think that's a good move. There could be more trainers being hired soon as well. They're really committed to making the Performance Center work.

Kevin Nash made a series of anti-TNA tweets. At this point, it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Interviews with Axel/Ziggler/Y2J/Ambrose/DDP+Hall+Roberts, Cena promotion, rumored WWE signing working indies, when we'll see Punk again, WWE guest, former WWECW talent returns, praise for Dixie, more on Bryan's rise and Questions on #AskDixie, a Big Show swerve and TNA on the road

Curtis Axel was profiled and interviewed ahead of a WWE live event. I liked that they profiled the members of the roster.

Dolph Ziggler was also interviewed. Hopefully that interview "sold" some people to check out the show. Get it? Sold? Never mind.

John Cena will be a part of a Capri Sun promotion. WWE's shows are definitely fresher with him not around, since they're building other characters. I bet TNA dropping guys like Hogan and Sting in favor of some talented younger stars would be great, too.

Mini luchador Mascara Dorada will be working some shows for NJPW soon, which would seem to rule out the rumors of him being under WWE contract. I was somewhat curious about seeing him teaming with Los Matadores, or at least willing to give it a chance.

Main Event Reax - 9/18/13, Interviews with HHH/Bully Ray/Sandow/Luger/Scotty Riggs/Ziggler, Foley appearance, NoC refunds, more on TNA stopping touring, TNA drops live events, OVW talent on the road, Brisco surgery, new wrestling book, where's Punk?, Smackdown party, Bryan retrospective and Questions on Stephanie selling stock, Orton as the face of WWE, Hogan's TNA role and McMahons logic

Main Event:
Nice continuity with Riley replacing Miz on commentary.

Pretty good match between Axel and Ziggler. I can't quite put my finger on what makes Axel a good performer vs. a great performer (more charisma would certainly help), but I still feel like he's a work in progress. That's ok, though. Right now, he just needs to be a solid mid-level guy looking to make it further in THIS BUSINESS. Ziggler is also missing just a little something to be an A player vs. B+ player. It's definitely not from lack of trying on his part.

I enjoyed the HHH interview segment. I was thinking they should take a break from Bryan vs. Orton (or at least save the third PPV singles match for HIAC) so as to not run it into the ground.

Kofi vs. Fandango was pretty good. Both men have potential to go further in their careers. It won't be an overnight thing, but with enough work and the right circumstances, good things could come.

I'm sure WWE will point to Sandow winning this match when they have him go back on a big losing streak. "He doesn't lose ALL the time! He beat Gabriel!" Good little squash match for what it was. I hope they don't damage Sandow too much.

Ex-Knockout arrested, What Happened After Raw, Jarrett-TNA update, more on TNA moving, Styles contract update, NFL visitors in TNA, lolShopTNA, Interviews with Miz/JR/Booker, WWE appearances, Hogan contract status, Raw audience and Questions on the Wyatts as a comedy act, the HHH/Bryan angle, JR in TNA and booking Sandow

Recently released TNA Knockout SoCal Val was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. She posted bail, but was charged with failing to yield to oncoming traffic when making a left turn. That's very dangerous behavior and hopefully she learned something from her punishment.

There was no post-Raw dark match. The babyface celebration continued for Bryan and those who helped him out. The angle seems to be working to get crowd support for Bryan. I like it.

Jeff Jarrett was backstage at the most recent Impact tapings. He attended the production meeting and worked in a role similar to that of an agent. He could be going back to being involved with Impact on a more regular basis. Maybe this is training for a post-Bischoff and Hogan TNA? The company could definitely use a shake-up.

WWE appearances, Memphis merch book, ex-WWF star arrested, Cena rumorkiller, JR update, Rey's return, Hornswoggle vs. Chimel, NXT releases, Interviews with Goldust/Jericho/Bryan, Smackdown audience, Impact no longer on the road?, TNA champ's contract expires, TNA to go big in the Big Apple, Hogan does a good deed and Questions on Cole as an announcer, Vince/JR, Stephanie selling stock and 50 years of WWE

Layla and Alicia Fox will be on The Food Network's Cupcake Wars on 9/21 at 8 p.m. OF COURSE the U.S. has a network dedicated exclusively to food.

Lilian Garcia will sing the national anthem at the 9/21 Bills/Jets NFL game. Hopefully she doesn't pull a Christina Aguilera.

Here's a blurb for a book about the merchandise of Memphis Wrestling. Sounded really good until I got to the part about a Jerry Lawler joke book. Are they trying to bring back book-burning?

Duke "The Dumpster" Droese was indicted for selling morphine to undercover cops. If the judge has any sense of humor, he'll have Droese picking up trash on the side of the road or something.

Cena and Otunga sightings, HBK update, HoFer works WWE live events, possible WWE cutbacks, boxer to make wrestling debut, another Kidd match, Hogan news and Questions on JR's "retirement", Punk vs. Bryan and Mania matches

John Cena and his family were sighted in Boston. It happens.

Shawn Michaels could be making at least one appearance as a part of the ongoing HHH/Bryan angle. That would be great! He has extensive history with HHH, Bryan and Orton they could play off.

Bob Backlund worked this weekend's WWE live events, taking photos. I wonder how many little Jimmys know who he is. But, hey, if he can make the company money in a matter that doesn't take spotlight from anyone else, why not use him?

WWE is considering cutting talents like managers from live events to save some money. If they need to save some money, there are a number of talents who are just kind of floating around with nothing to do (and only so many "spots" on TV). It's great to keep a few guys like JTG and Hawkins to put people over, but there are some other people on the roster they need to be taking looks at. If they haven't been on TV in more than 4 months, there's probably a good portion of the audience who wouldn't notice if they were gone. And honestly, if they haven't appeared anywhere in that long, how useful does WWE consider them?

Night of Champions preview

Read on for how I'd book tonight's Night of Champions PPV.

Kidd update, Interviews with Orton/D. Young/Borash/Striker, DDP+Jake video, Anderson-TNA update, more on McMahons vs. Rhodeses and Questions on the Bryan/HHH angle, King Kong Bundy, and announce teams

Tyson Kidd worked this weekend's WWE live events, defeating Antonio Cesaro. I bet that was a heck of a match. I'd love to see him come back and team with Gabriel some more. It's not like Gabriel's doing much else. Ideally, one or the other if not both would eventually "break out". Right now, the priority should just be getting them featured and having opportunities to gain experience.

Randy Orton was interviewed about topics both professional and personal ahead of Night of Champions. I'm glad that he's matured, and I hope that we don't hear of any more problems from here.

DDP and Jake "The Snake" Roberts did an "Odd Couple" video for DDP TV. Kind of spooky to see Jake in a Charlie Manson shirt.

Major guests at NXT, BFG pre-show press release, YouShoot with ICP, HHH/Bruno appearances, History of WWE presentation, Interviews with Jericho/Morgan, sad day for Dixie, TNA pay update, live event honor, Impact audience, and Questions on Swagger, JR in TNA, RVD + Ricardo, Ohno, and forgotten ECW titles

The Undertaker and Michelle McCool trained with NXT talents recently. That's pretty cool. Who better to get advice from than one of the most successful wrestlers of all time? On a related note, I wonder what kind of role Taker will slip into once he retires from in-ring competition.

Here's TNA's press release for the pre-show to Bound For Glory. I'll be interested to see what matches they have set for then.

Here's a press release stating that the Insane Clown Posse is doing a YouShoot. That'll be a powder keg I bet.

Triple H and Bruno Sammartino went to a show about the history of MSG. You can't tell the history of MSG without Bruno.

Vickie gets a website, Interviews with Tony Lewis/Hogan, JR editorial, TNA return?, big BFG pre-show, NXT star update and Questions on amusing WWE fans to death, inside jokes, revisionist history, jobbers in WWE games, and a strange place to see wrestling

Vickie Guerrero has launched an official website. I'm a little surprised that there's no "Excuse Me" reference in there.

Here's an interview with Tony Lewis, who ran StrictlyECW.com back in the day. So, yes, he's something of an ECW fan.

PWInsider.com indicted WWE for their handling of the Jim Ross situation. I can certainly see where they're coming from, and they make some good points.

Hulk Hogan was interviewed about his daughter leaving TNA and more. The opening of "Real American" still gives me chills.

Main Event Reax - 9/11/13, wrestling world remembers 9/11, big TNA milestone upcoming, No Surrender promotion, Mickie concert, train with Thatcher, Interviews with Ambrose/DiBiase, Sr./Booker/McIntyre, NXT and live event guests, WCW flashback, JR retires from WWE (or does he?), indie cameo on Smackdown, WWE appearances, Shaul Guerrero update, and Questions on the face of WWE, keeping Punk strong, and the HHH/Bryan angle

Main Event:
Wow. Cesaro vs. Kofi was great. I have high hopes for both mens' futures if they keep this kind of thing up. Both men are still in their early 30s, yet they each have more than 1000 matches to their name.

Pretty impressive showing from PTP. I feel like they have more fire under them lately (since the face turn and push began).

I'm looking forward to the Cutting Edge.

R-Truth just got FIVED. Good showing by both men. It's hard to believe Truth's still going so strong at his age. Big E still has a ways to go before I'd recommend him in a major singles role, but he's clearly motivated to succeed.

What Happened After Raw, Angle update, WWE Hall of Famer writing book, new match for Night of Champions, Raw visitor, Raw audience, and Questions on heel Dixie, the HHH/Bryan angle and Hogan/Bischoff

After Raw, C.M. Punk defeated Curtis Axel in a no-DQ match before high-fiving the crowd. Nice change of pace from CENAWINSLOL.

Kurt Angle has been released from rehab. Glad to hear it. I hope this is a sign of good things to come from his personal life. He has a new beginning now.

Here's the synopsis for the upcoming Bob Backlund autobiography. Should be good. He's something.

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns will be defending the WWE Tag Tam Championship against challengers determined on the Night of Champions pre-show. That show will feature a tag team turmoil match with PTP, Tons of Funk, The Usos, 3MB, and the Real Americans. I wonder if they initially planned to have Show and Henry challenge for the Titles and this is a backup? It certainly seemed like they could be taking that direction.

New wrestling documentary, Hall promo, Interviews with Coach/Australian prospect/Dreamer/JR/Credible, Gunner vs. $5 Wrestling, Smackdown audience, Rhodes update, more on WWE-Spain and Questions on "burying" Bryan, bullying stories, Axel, and the HHH/Orton angle

There's a new wrestling documentary in the works called "The Promoter", focusing on Canada's Tony Condello. Edge was among those interviewed for it.

Scott Hall put on a promo for his appearance at Border City Wrestling. >2013. >the nWo is still a thing. Somehow I don't think we'll see Aces and Eights take over an event in 2030.

Jonathan Coachman talked to ESPN Magazine about Darren Young coming out, bringing up Pat Patterson. I wonder if Pat would have still won that tournament in Brazil if he was out.

A top Australian amateur wrestler briefly mentioned WWE aspirations. I think it'd be good for BUSINESS for Haitch to give her a look if she's still interested.

More NXT work on live events, Jarrett to Japan, Rotten has cancer diagnosis, more Edge, meeting Divas, WWE press, Diva trains, WWE Hall update, WWE cancels leg of European tour, Hogans sighting, and Questions on missed opportunities in TNA, the Undisputed Champion, "Total Divas", the Wyatts, and the NWA

NXT's Xavier Woods (formerly Consequences Creed in TNA) worked a live event this weekend, losing to Ryback. I can't say that I'm too surprised at that outcome. There've been a number of times where Woods has worked live events and dark matches for the main roster, so time will tell if he's set for the main roster. He just turned 27, so it doesn't seem like there's any need to rush him to the main roster.

Jeff Jarrett has been announced for Great Muta's Wrestle-1 event in Japan on 10/6. So while the debut show didn't feature any TNA stars, at least one TNA star will be a part of the second show. I'm excited about the possibilities of a relationship between TNA and Wrestle-1. If there's anything TNA needs right now, it's some fresh faces and a shot in the arm. Having some Japanese talent appear in TNA MIGHT be a good thing, depending on the talent involved. Either way, this gets TNA some positive publicity for once.

Ian Rotten has announced that he has stomach cancer. His reputation is so bad among some people that they either don't believe this or are glad that it happened. That'd be a terrible thing to lie about. I hope he recovers if it's legit.

NXT stars on live events, injured WWE star returns, Cena update, Zayn footage, Interviews with RVD/Miz, Bruno appearance, Raw match, and Questions on The Shield, Cryme Tyme, dream matches, and TNA on the road,

NXT Champion Bo Dallas defeated Tyson Kidd on this weekend's live events in Canada. Also on the show was NXT's Sami Zayn defeating Antonio Cesaro to a great reaction.

In order:
-I'm very glad that Kidd is back in action after his big injury. Can he and Gabriel get a push as a team now? Kidd and Gabriel vs. The Shield would be awesome!

-I've seen some of Zayn in NXT and he's been very impressive. Should they put him on the roster after less than a year in developmental? Maybe not. He's 29, so it's not like there's a huge rush to bring him up. But he's definitely gotten high praise and he shouldn't stay down there forever.

-As for Bo, I can see him being brought up as the heels' "Chosen One" who's pushed because management likes him (as opposed to being so good that we have to see him). I think that role would fit him based on what we've seen in NXT.

-Either way, it's good that they've got a lot of younger talent working hard to be the future of THE BUSINESS.

Miz in Abu Dhabi, World's Strongest Man meets World's Bravest Fan, Henry injury update, Show talks current angle, top NXT star on live events, Interviews with Leprechaun director/Hogan/Kim/Poffo, Bagwell returns, Batista to make cameo?, Impact audience, and Questions on Dixie skipping Impact, gimmicks in wrestling, plants, live events, and comics+wrestling

Here's footage of Miz in Abu Dhabi ahead of WWE's shows there. If I'm not mistaken, NXT's Sami Zayn speaks Arabic. That will be a great boon for WWE's publicity when he makes it to the main roster.

Here's footage of Mark Henry splashing a very brave WWE fan. I loved the editing. Henry could probably eat that guy's weight in a day.

Henry's MRI indicates that he can return to the ring at any time. Sounds like it's time for him and Big Show to challenge The Shield at Night of Champions.

Big Show talked to WWE.com about the choice he made on Raw. WWE has the opportunity for Bryan to go over Show, Orton, and HHH in big PPV matches. It doesn't get much better push-wise than that if they go that route.

Somehow I'm just now finding out about this (I didn't think it was real at first): Shaquille O'Neal met Mick Foley. The only problem is that he referred to Foley as "Hacksaw" Jim Duggins (sic). Funny stuff.

Dolph Ziggler had a big interview in Detroit. He knows how to get heat on himself. Pretty entertaining guy in and out of the ring.

Speaking of Ziggler, he'll be at the Windsor Star News Cafe on Saturday. WWE really needs to have more appearances near me.

There will be no TNA talent at Great Muta's Wrestle-1 event in Japan. No word on if either side will share talent in the future after the meeting between Muta and Jeff Jarrett. That could be a boon for both sides.

Main Event Reax - 9/4/13, Titus press, Interviews with Wyatt songwriter/HHH, Wrestlecast!, WWE's Performance Center a hot item, Henry update, TNA celebrity notes, Batista shoots down WWE return (again), JR talks HHH, other rejected WWF characters, Gabriel+Layla appearance, Raw audience, and Questions on HHH going over, the Light Heavyweight Title, "wrestling", the Womens' Title, and CHIKARA

Main Event:
Fandango vs. Gabriel was pretty good. I think both men have really grown from their NXT days. I'm glad that Fandango has been able to make use of his flashy personality to combine with his solid ringwork and psychology. I think Gabriel is still missing something to be someone featured in a regular role - I think a lot of that is his intangibles: character traits, promo skills, etc..

Great Sandow promo, although it's hard to believe him as the uncrowned World Champion given how often he's lost since MITB.

That was a really good match between Truth and Sandow. Both men know what they're doing in there. But why does Sandow keep losing?

Yeah, I don't think Sandow's convincing anyone that he could be World Champion after so many losses.

So much for that PTP push. I don't think they should have beaten the Wyatt Family, but it kind of halted their momentum for the time being to lose so convincingly. I think the Wyatts as heels is appropriate, and neither they nor The Shield should be turned, but that feud would be epic. I can only imagine the promo wars between the two sides.

What Happened After Raw, Legend autobiography, ex-WWE/TNA star retiring, WWE and TNA promotion, Briscoes update, former X-Division Champion returning, Interviews with Kim/Vickie/Striker/Heyman, Fandango in NXT, Smackdown audience, Shane update, Christian hurt again, HHH explains THIS BUSINESS, TNA live events update, Rhodes angle continues, Elimination Chamber location, and Questions on AJ Styles in WWE, Tensai, "5-star matches", the shoot on the "Total Divas", and Being A STAR

After Raw, Daniel Bryan was carried out by referees. Then, C.M. Punk beat Curtis Axel in a no-DQ match. Yeah, it's good to have a break from Cena.

An autobiography for Bobby Eaton is underway. A lot of people want to read that.

Former WWE and TNA dwarf performer Short Sleeve Sampson is going on a farewell retirement tour. He's played miniature versions of Kurt Angle and The Undertaker. Would a Mini Khali be regular size?

Vickie Guerrero paid tribute to her late husband after appearing in the city where he passed away. She's not the only one who misses having him around. Imagine Guerrero vs. Punk or Bryan.

New Timeline DVD in the works, Austin advises Bryan, Miz signing, Cena update, TNA UK tour update, Interview with Hogan, why Edge is on Raw, Raw injury, and Questions on Creative keeping wrestlers in the loop, Bryan's allies, Ryback, Bischoff's power in TNA, and Dixie not being at Impact

Kayfabe Commentaries has put together a "Timeline" DVD focusing on the 1960s in the WWWF, with special guest Bruno Sammartino. That should be a really good view. Not nearly as much happened during one year in the 60s compared to all of the shows/news of today. For example: Bruno wrestled 907 recorded matches in his more than 25-year career. It didn't take Cena 10 years to hit that mark.

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin gave advice to Daniel Bryan in dealing with his current on-screen problems. I wouldn't mind them rehashing some of the Austin/McMahon segments (Bryan beating up HHH in a hospital, Bryan spraying HHH with some soy milk or something else vegan). Those on paper sounds pretty funny to me.

The Miz did a signing in Des Moines, IA in conjunction with the National Guard ahead of Raw.

TNA live event change, HIAC poster, Cena Pebbles, Regal talks PWG, story on Steele's autobiography, Henry hurt, and Questions on a Bryan DVD, Bischoff, Styles in WWE, NXT names, and Punk vs. Lesnar

TNA had originally scheduled Bully Ray vs. AJ Styles for the TNA World Championship for this weekend's live events. They then remembered the storyline where AJ can't go for the Title until Bound For Glory and switched things up: AJ Styles fought Chris Sabin while Bully Ray successfully defended his championship against Magnus.

Here's the poster for Hell in a Cell. Didn't expect R-Truth to be on there. I guess they got tired of posters with Orton, Bryan, etc.. With Cena and Sheamus out, they have to make other decisions.

Commercials are now running for John Cena on the Fruity Pebbles box.

WM32 location update, HBK appearance, Interviews with DiBiase/RVD/Kaitlyn/Brodus/Henry/HBK, Piper in popular video game, BFG and Battleground posters, TNA press, WWE action figures, Kane update, another NXT name change, rugby meets WWE, more from Russo, Layla and Rock health updates, new WWE game, WWE continues to scout, and Questions on the BFG Series, ROH, commercials, and WWE purchases

Detroit will not be hosting WrestleMania 32. This fits in with decades of Detroit seemingly actively seeking ways to get people to not come to Detroit.

Shawn Michaels made a big appearance in Virginia. I still mark out for his theme music.

Update: here's a report from the Q&A. Some of those ribs are really over-the-top. Great insight about becoming a wrestler, though.

Here's another piece on Ted DiBiase, Jr. leaving WWE for his new career. Sounds like he's got his head in the right place.

RVD talked ahead of a WWE live event. Also in that interview was RVD's biggest fan, RVD.
