AAA's Dragon Bane, Keyra, and Lady Maravilla recently tried out for WWE, but aren't able to join NXT at the moment due to their current AAA contracts.

AAA's Twitch deal will extend into 2019.

NJPW's recently-announced U.S. shows will mostly showcase their Los Angeles trainees.

NJPW originally intended a February 3 date in Georgia, but didn't want to compete with the Super Bowl that night. This would have put them closer to February 1's North Carolina show.

AXS's WOW show will air after NJPW. In some ways that makes sense, but they're two very different products.

MLW will no longer be using Garza, Jr. due to him missing out on an MLW commitment to meet with WWE. Humberto Carrillo was also in that meeting, though he did get signed.

Cage of Death 20 was a sellout of 1,000 fans.

Robbie E is now wrestling under his real name due to appearing on The Rock's "Titan Games" with that name.

WOS Wrestling canceled their January 27 show due to poor ticket sales. This was after moving to a smaller venue and doing a two-for-one ticket special. The show has still not been picked up for a second season.

Matt Hardy is working toward returning to the ring. He recently said he's been out of the ring due to nagging injuries.

205 Live will remain on Wednesdays for the remainder of 2018. 2019 plans have not been decided.

Alexa Bliss and Bobby Roode were ill at Raw alongside Finn Balor. It's unknown if this is all related.

NXT UK talents can still wrestle for Stardom, but aren't allowed to work with talents under contract to ROH or WOS. Impact is still permitted, which feels odd.

Rhyno is still under WWE contract. I'm guessing there's an idea to bring him back to storylines soon.

Becky Lynch is the subject of an upcoming WWE Network documentary.

Titus O'Neil is working on a book about kids coming in summer. He's really done great work.

John Cena discussed returning to WWE. He's going to stay busy as long as he can, wherever that will be.

Bully Ray is on Jim Ross' latest podcast to promote Final Battle.

Thursday's WWE Network Hidden Gem featured Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose from FCW in 2011.

Natalya spoke with Dynamite Kid's daughter.

- Natalya also discussed her current storyline. The Hart Family has been very public, even during tragedies.

Vanilla Ice mentioned Smackdown Live referencing him, and Cesaro responded. Future WWE Hall of Famer????

Paige's movie will now release February 14 in select cities before a February 21 larger U.S. release.

MLW is launching a Hart Foundation-themed digital series on their YouTube page. Davey Boy Smith, Jr., Brian Pillman, Jr., and Teddy Hart are executive producers.

Eric Bischoff's podcast will be live Saturday in New York.

Marty Scurll had a signing in New York last night.

A women's wrestling encyclopedia is coming May 7, featuring 100 competitors. There are legends and current stars, including international names. It will be interesting to see who does and doesn't make the list.

ROH is interested in using Davey Boy Smith, Jr. and Mark Haskins more in 2019. I would absolutely like to see Smith more.

Madison Rayne promoted Final Battle. She can be an important fixture in ROH.

Kurt Angle is set for WWE's Raw taping Monday night. Note two episodes will be taped then. WWE could put him back as GM to see if that will address falling viewership. I think it will have a small effect, but it's not going to solve all their problems.

Sin Cara has been at the WWE Performance Center training for a return. It's believed he's been cleared to get back in the ring.

Braun Strowman is scheduled to be at TLC. We'll see what Creative has up their sleeves if he's not 100%.

Impact will tape TV at Culture Clash 19. I'm curious how that will work out.

Johnny Impact promoted Homecoming to local media.

WWE's Madison Square Garden show will now feature Drew McIntyre vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Finn Balor. Dolph is seemingly a tweener now,

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I don't expect something that violent and graphic to gain a huge following, but potentially someone could market it in a way that would garner more interest. I hope no one goes into deathmatches expecting to make a ton of money, since it is such a niche style and there are some serious medical risks involved.

2 is a repeat. I don't think it's 100% out of the question to happen someday, but I agree it's really unlikely given societal changes in regard to how women are presented.

3. Live events are still an important source of revenue for the company and its talents, but certainly that part of the company needs to be adjusted given how attendance has been lately.
I think they could cut back untelevised shows, but maybe not that drastically given wrestlers need to stay fresh in the ring, etc.

4. For once WWE is addressing an obvious plot point! I definitely think they can do something where Renee questions the man he's become, but I wouldn't assume fans would be OK with another non-wrestler getting promo/screen time.

More wrestling tomorrow.
