Jeff Hardy and James Storm will throw out the first pitch at minor league baseball games in Nashville this weekend to promote Lockdown.

JJ Dillion talked about the Four Horsemen going into the WWE Hall of Fame.

For my take on Wednesday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Like they said, Tyson's Tyson. I have kind of an odd sense of humor, so I was fine with it. I can see how people wouldn't be, though.

2. That depends on how you define "over". Has anyone gotten to the level of Rock, Taker, or HHH? I don't think so. I also think it took a while for Cena, Orton, etc. to get over, so it's not like things have just stopped since 2003 (neither of them had even been WWE/World Champion then). Brock Lesnar and Batista also got sustained pushes. There've been others who've gotten good pushes and looked like they could make it to being longer-term stars, but have inevitably been de-pushed. And buyrates/ratings have been notably decreased as a result. Who'd have thought?

3. I do wonder what he thinks of fans and performers never accepting him like they have JR. As for him repeating things, that might be him trying to emulate JR's "Stone Cold! Stone Cold!" or being yelled at to do it.

After the break, I go into everything else from Wednesday. Next up, a question on putting FCW stars with veterans on the road.

4. There are plenty of knowledgeable vets heading up FCW and working backstage in WWE, so they've got that part of it covered. Younger people on the roster traveling with veterans instead of each other would be nice to give them more knowledge. Them working "territories" other than FCW with different veterans teaching them different things instead of them all being under one umbrella is also a good idea. Ultimately, though, nothing's preventing younger talents from asking veterans for advice. That's what they're there for!

5. WWE's stubborn, so I think they'll push through it regardless. With rating and PPV buys down, you'd think they'd want to focus on rebuilding the shows they already have instead of launching a bunch of new ones. I don't think there's a big enough audience that would tune in for it to be profitable. I honestly see the situation as similar to the Films division. Why they expect this to work out better is kind of beyond me. The WWE brand's just not all that strong right now.

There are sources in WWE who think that Rima Fakih has signed a deal there, but it hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

Kevin Nash tweeted about the latest in the Scott Hall saga. I think he's right.

Christian is advertised as wrestling on 6/9. Are we really not going to see him in the ring for another 2 months?

Anyone who attends a cinema screening of Lockdown is able to get a free T-shirt for the event. Details and more TNA notes here.

Ahead of WM28, The Rock talked about who he wants to face next. Hint: It's someone who just came back to the company. That has a very real chance of happening.

TechCrunch talked to Zack Ryder in a piece about WWE using social media.

NFL.com compared John Cena to Tim Tebow. Cena could probably be technically proficient if he "needed" to be, as evidenced by his early WWE work. Funny stuff either way.

The continuing social media postings involving Mick Foley and Dean Ambrose are building to the latter's eventual introduction to the main roster.

Mark Cuban of the Dallas Mavericks made reference to his WWE appearances.

The Bella Twins aren't working the WWE live events in Europe, but they might do the TV tapings in England. It'll be interesting to see how they're written off. I wouldn't rush Kharma back just for that if she's not ready for it.

Two guys with big ties to comics, C.M. Punk and Rey Mysterio, will be at the Wizard World Comic-Con in Philly.

A blogger who had never watched wrestling did so for Smackdown and gave her thoughts on the matter. Needless to say, she won't be doing a guest column here.

Scott Hall's lawyer disputed the story on his recent arrest, which is kind of what lawyers do, right?

Lars Ulrich of Metallica denies any recollection of Hulk Hogan possibly being a part of the group, as Hogan has claimed.

Chris Jericho will be on Adam Carolla's internet show on Friday.

The Whig Standard looked at the winner of Mick Foley's big WrestleMania charity raffle. That's pretty awesome.

Here's another piece looking back at the life of "Chief" Jay Strongbow.

AJ Kirsch from Tough Enough has had a number of videos "cutting promos" on the show's trainers. Word of this got to Steve Austin, and there could be a confrontation between the two soon. This could also be Austin putting the promos over, given that he's made similar "work" comments with Punk and Lesnar in the past.

Rikishi apparently wanted to be used on the most recent Smackdown as part of the old school theme, but it didn't go down. That would only make sense in relation to Yokozuna.

Scott Steiner's latest shots at TNA are about Hogan going after Roode on the radio pre-BFG, Garett's push, and Jason Hervey. Glad someone's speaking out about some of this garbage.

Smackdown drew a 1.52 on Tuesday. Maybe they should just leave it on Fridays...

That's it for Wednesday's news. More to come tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
