Main Event Reax - 7/10/13, Kane update, a look at the Eater of Worlds, NXT note, Interviews with Ambrose/Austin, TNA expands internationally, WWE contest, Raw guest profiled, Raw audience, and Questions on faces and heels, RVD, WWE post-Vince, Ryback, and the WWF

Main Event:
Zeb Colter is amazing. Pure heel.

Cesaro vs. Ziggler was a thing of beauty. Wow. What's scary is that these two are only 32 and might not even be in their primes yet! I hope both guys will have great futures for both themselves and WWE.

Cool post-match. I look forward to seeing all three men compete at MITB.

Good Rhodes Scholars promo (as always).

That was pretty weird. I guess they just wanted to have a babyface win, without hurting Rhodes Scholars. It felt kind of cluttered with all the people at ringside. Not something I was crazy about seeing, though maybe they were bringing the crowd back down after a big technical wrestling match. A good show is like a roller coaster instead of non-stop "good matches" with a lot of bumps and such.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
WWE is listing Kane as "doubtful" for the MITB match on Sunday. I'm still buzzing about the Wyatts taking him out. Building. New. Stars.

Speaking of Bray Wyatt (MOAR LIEK HUSKY HARRIS, AMIRITE!!????), he was profiled here. I can't be the only one who finds it really funny that the gimmick name for Mike Rotunda was "Mike Rotundo". It's like if, instead of Superman, Clark Kent just became Clark Kant or something.

As if it hasn't been stated enough, WWE is REALLY high on the new Developmental Center and what it means for the future of THIS BUSINESS.

Dean Ambrose was profiled, too. This was a very good interview as far as getting in his mind. Where some wrestlers are at a "grade school" understanding of the ins and outs of wrestling, he seems like he's got a high GPA in college (and could be a tutor to others). I also loved the description of what each member of The Shield brings to the table (and it's all important!).

TNA has signed a new TV deal in Europe. WHAT'S TNA DOING IN THE PORTUGAL ZONE, TAZ?

WWE is looking for fan correspondents as part of a Doritos contest. You have NO idea how much I want to do that.

Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens being at Raw was profiled.

Stone Cold Steve Austin talked about what it would take for him to do WM30. Austin vs. Punk or Austin vs. Lesnar would be off-the-charts.

Raw's audience this week was 4.17 million, notably higher than previous weeks. Hopefully, that was buzz for the Wyatt Family, and good things will come from it.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I think if anything it's a case of older fans not wanting to play along and just cheering for who they like and who can work well instead of who's doing something heroic vs. villainous. I don't think everyone needs to be 100% face or heel, but it seems like the IWC wants 95% of the roster to be full heel, tweener, or antihero babyface. Though, of course, they don't spend nearly as much money on the product as the little Jimmys who want to buy 365 Cena items. When WWE DOES do something they like, they still illegally stream/download the PPVs and such.

2. I think he'll get an amazing "face" reaction and have no problem with him remaining a face. I'd love to hear the plan for him to just be himself. He has to feud with either faces or heels.

3. Why do I get the feeling that there are fans planning an "Operation Valkyrie" right now to kill Vince, Stephanie, and Kevin Dunn to install HHH as Overlord? Would things be better if Vince stayed away from Creative? It sounds like it. But it's not as easy as "Vince dies and everything improves".

4. Oh thank goodness. I expected him to defend the fans chanting whatever they want because screw WWE and their faces and heels, man. Yeah, people need to chill with the "smarky" chants.

5. I don't see much of a reason to fight the law there.

More wrestling tomorrow.
