Read on for my thoughts on last night's Smackdown and 205 Live.

That firing didn't last long! Maybe there's hope for Foley after all. He's probably been fired more than just about anyone in WWE.
I'm excited for Shane vs. AJ - could be pretty wild.
Hahahaha what a great boss Shane is for giving AJ his job back after throwing him through a car window.
AJ's taking this and running with it. Yes, he's not in the WWE Title picture, but he's hardly "buried."
I love Heel AJ's gloating.
Yeah, AJ needs to destroy Shane and get his momentum back after dropping the WWE Title. He could easily be back in the title picture after WM33.
Shane's going to be taking insane bumps when he's 80.
AJ's got a point! Smackdown NEEDS AJ.

- Bryan/Shane/Corbin:
What is it with McMahons coming late to or totally missing TV lately? Vince trusted them, DAMMIT!
I would so watch Baron and Dean fight throughout a casino.
- A. Alpha vs. Usos:
I hope these guys aren't stuck in the Andre battle royal.
Good straightforward work from all involved so far.
Both teams are really good.
I'm liking the battle here.
The Usos taunting Gable trying to beat the count was pretty cruel.
Solid work.
I kind of wish the Superfly splash ended it; I would like to see that protected as a finisher.
Gable pulling a Kurt Angle with that moonsault.
Surprising ending! Nice match overall.
- Harper promo:
Mostly good, but what the heck is the guy doing at Mania??
- Bellas video:
The Bellas stuff is really tired, but at least Miz taking the piss out of it is funny.
- Orton vs. Corbin:
I can see Baron following in Randy's footsteps.
Nice work early.
Orton's smooth. He'd make sense as WWE Champion, although I want to see Bray get a good run.
Oh yeah, I really see the parallels between these two in the ring.
Baron doing pretty well against a Mania headliner.
Ehhhhhhhh. Wacky Ambrose strikes again.
- Ambrose/Corbin:
Dean tries WAAAAYYYYYY too hard to be wacky, which is weird because other times he seems to not have a lot of drive.
- AJ in the parking lot:
Did Dean see him back there when getting that forklift?
- Orton/Bray:
Oh shit! Even backstage isn't safe!
How many people does Bray have around the compound??? Also, where do they all live now?
That was weird as hell. In a good way.
- Breezango promo:
Well this is kind of weird.
Hahaha people are still trying to play the "Cena can't wrestle" card.
- Cena vs. Fandango:
Haha Breezango is getting everything they can out of the tickets thing.
Wow. Wrong night to miss with Cena and Nikki, huh?
- AJ still backstage:
DAMN, Shane!!! Vince doesn't take days off. You shouldn't either! Also, what's this "AJ's not getting pushed" bullshit? Look how many segments he's in!
- Becky vs. Carmella:
This is silly.
Well, that served its purpose of moving things toward Wrestemania.
- Post-match:
"Shit, we've got like three minutes to feature all the women in the match. What should we do?"
I'm still thinking we're in for a surprise winner at Mania.
- Neville promo:
I'd like to see some other cruisers get promos here. Aries in particular.
- More fake Bellas:
Hahahahaha This is stupid. I love it.
Ahh. At least Miz and Maryse are entertaining here.
- AJ/Rhyno/Slater/Shane:
Whoa. Shane and Bryan better fine them for being this late!
I hope AJ and Shane is INSANE at Mania.
Shane's a brave guy!
I'm liking this feud. Shane's going to take bumps and put AJ over (hopefully), so it's not like Stephanie and HHH burying Foley.
I hope AJ does get a Mania main event at some point.
Ha. No way was Shane going to fall for that.
Ahh, the famous Shane punches.
This is going to be one wild encounter overall.
Hey, if Shane can be game for Taker, don't count him out against AJ!
That was a lot of fun! I'm ready for Mania. Also, note AJ was in the main event segment on Smackdown. This match matters to WWE, even if the "smarks" think it's a push down the card.

- Neville promo:
Good enough, I guess. They're really stretching the king thing pretty thin at this point.
- TJP vs. Nese:
I'd like to see the cruisers be part of something during Mania weekend. Other than Neville and Aries, none of them are booked for anything on TV.
Good action to start.
Both men are just amazingly smooth.
These guys have got pretty deep arsenals.
I like Nese trying to wear him down instead of trying to outflip someone that flashy.
Nice spots from TJ.
It's like they're both trying to impress here.
This is impressive!!
NICE counter to the cross arm breaker.
That German to the exposed turnbuckle was REALLY nasty looking. Good GOD.
Good ending to a match where both men put in a lot of effort.

He's got a good point! I hope Drew's got something interesting up his sleeve.
- Tozawa vs. Reynolds:
WHOA. So much for all that.
- Tozawa/Kendrick:
Akira's not too happy about the whole passport thing.
Brian Kendrick's one devious bastard.
That was good! I like the story being told here.
- Swann/Gallagher/Noam/Ariya:
I hope there's a crazy swerve involved with the gift thing. Either Alicia's giving herself the gifts or it's something way out of nowhere. Emma? Dana? Summer Rae? Tamina? One of the referees? Mauro Ranallo? The anonymous 205 Live GM? Go wild!
That wasn't bad.
- Aries/Neville:
Hahahaha Aries is havin fun Maggle I love it.
Neville interrupted that before it went too long and became unfunny, which is good.
Whoa. Only Taker can talk about graves. Then again, maybe he's retiring soon anyway.
Ha. I'm sure Austin will have a lot to say about that main event.
- Neville vs. Mustafa:
Neville's going to make an example out of Ali.
Ha. The champ's getting cocky!
Mustafa's going to make a go for it.
That's what happens sometimes when you do wheelbarrow spots...
Heck, the champ might be surprised here.
Weird to see Neville dominate someone after being Flippy McGuy on the main roster for so long.
This is good so far.

I hope this match is more than cool MOVES, because they've set it up pretty well. Who would have thought we'd see these two in a title match at Wrestlemania five years ago?
