Batista is starring in a film showing at SXSW. There's no movement on him returning to WWE.

Ronda Rousey promoted a California suicide prevention center. That's a great move on her part.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are on Chris Jericho's latest podcast.

Halftime Heat was reportedly the most watched NXT match in history. It was broadcast to a much larger audience than WWE Network.

Dory Funk, Jr. and Steve Corino appeared at NXT's February 7 Florida live event. It's cool to see legends honored with today's product, since they paved the way for the stars of today.

The Crockett Cup will feature teams from NJPW and CMLL. Working with ROH really helps raise the profile of the event.

WWE's February 16 Louisiana live event has a buy one, get one free promotion going on. WWE really needs to address their touring.

WWE has made new bobbleheads for The Rock, Andre the Giant, Ric Flair, John Cena, Ronda Rousey, and AJ Styles. There will be at the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum.

WWE's recent financial filing noted Saudi Arabia's sports authority does more for the company than host live events. I have a feeling there are plans for a Performance Center there down the line.

Roman Reigns will appear on Nickelodeon's "Cousins for Life" on March 2. I miss The Big Dog.

Stephanie McMahon will be on The Three and a Half Degrees podcast Monday.

Double or Nothing has officially announced Hangman Page vs. PAC. It's expected this will be for the AEW World Championship.

AEW and AXS have announced VIP tickets for Double or Nothing. I'm very interested how AXS will be involved with the new project given them airing NJPW.

Kenny Omega is able to work NJPW under his AEW deal. I'd like to think NJPW will take advantage of that.

ROH's 17th anniversary PPV will feature PCO and Brody King challenging for the ROH Tag Team Championship. I'm interested how they'll far against The Briscoes, and what Mark and Jay will do next if they lose.

ROH's backstage interviews will now be filmed during TV tapings or afterward rather than the day before. This was well received by the wrestlers. I'm all for this given how bland most backstage ROH promos are. Hopefully this adds energy to them.

ROH is changing its approach to rule enforcement, teasing less outside interference and attacking of referees. Meh. The Code of Honor is played out, but that's their thing and they're sticking with it. We'll see if this move improves the product.

ROH announced live events for Washington on June 1 and Oregon on June 2, its first time in those states.

WWE Fast Lane's venue is now advertising:
- Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Championship (who would have expected that in 2005?)
- Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair
- Bobby Lashley vs. Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Championship

Elimination Chamber has officially added Ronda Rousey vs. Ruby Riott for the Raw Women's Championship. Well at least Ruby can say she gets to face Ronda and challenge for the title!

EC3 worked his first Raw live event this weekend, defeating Dean Ambrose in Ontario.

Rob Van Dam and Sabu are returning to Impact Wrestling, teaming against the Lucha Bros on their April 4 Twitch special. That's BIG. I definitely expect these appearances to be a one-time special occasion for WrestleMania weekend, but that's a really cool main event.

NXT's Florida live event on February 8 saw Aliyah team with Vanessa Borne in a win over Lacey Lane and MJ Jenkins, so those two duos could become more regular pairings.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. That's part of it. He's also more open to showing his life outside the ring as his days of playing his character are now fewer and further between.

2. Basically that. If fans react to it and spend money as a result of it, it's a success. If it gets the person portraying it bookings, it's a success. That's pretty much it.

3. If Vince Russo would have booked that, fans would have called it one of the worst ideas ever and said it helped kill ECW. Granted, not as many people watched those matches compared to Monday Night War and Impact shows Russo was involved in.

4. I'm under the impression Impact licensed it while he was there and now WWE is doing the same. So, hypothetically, if he were to leave and work somewhere else, he might be able to use it there, too, if he didn't sign the rights over.

5. Whoa. Interesting. Certainly WWE could have (and still could) make a new physical championship if they utilized that asset. I wouldn't count on seeing that.

6. It's very notable NWA is doing more with ROH and there hasn't been anything announced about NWA working with AEW. Some of it could be the red tape of using NWA assets, with NWA having to approve how the match would go and all that. It could also be Cody already crossing winning the title off his bucket list and not having any plans to go on the road with NWA if he challenged for it again.

More wrestling tomorrow.
