Impact Wrestling Reax - 2/8/19

Read on for my thoughts on last night's edition of Impact Wrestling.
- Crists vs. Swann/Mack:
Ahhhhh fun times.

This is pretty good. Impact is great at starting a show with hot action.

That was impressive.

- Bros promo:
These two are in an interesting position as far as being able to work so many places at once.

- Allie vs. Kiera:
This is nice.

Not bad to keep things going.

- Impact/Cage:
Oooh that could set up a title change.

I'm for that direction.

- Su/Allie/Rosemary:
I feel like this has been going on a LONG time, but there's not much else going on for them to do if they're not going to be in the title picture.

- Rohit vs. Trey:
Ha Trey's setting himself up for a lot of punishment here.

This is OK. It's mostly about Trey showing off at this point.

Not bad.

- Scarlett promo:
Finally she'll be in the ring.

- Callihan vs. Puma:
I was wondering when we'd see a non-Impact name appear on this episode. It's a theme when Impact travels.

I like this so far.

You'd think luchadores would have an answer for heels going for their mask by now. It's a hazard.

OK this is pretty badass.

Sami's killing him. Although, to be fair, Puma did some of it to himself with that crazy dive.

Wow that selling didn't last long!

This is such a weird combination of workers. It's not meshing as well as it could.

Eh.

- Eli/Eddie:
We'll see what craziness is coming in the World Cup.

I don't think I'd mind that Eddie coming back. He's kind of a diamond in the Impact rough. I think he can still be a significant name in wrestling.

- Moose/Kross:
Ahh looks like we're in for these two breaking up next week.

- LAX vs. Bros:
I liked the tease of a quick win from one of wrestling's top teams.

Aaaaaaaand it's flip time.

Wow. There's a lot of energy in this one.

Everyone's going hard here.

NICE springboard to the Pentagon Driver.

Yeah the champs are in trouble.

Jesus they're going for broke in this one.

This is HUGE.

Damn. They're putting LAX over hard here.

That was a WAR. Great work, and no shame in losing to a team that good after taking that much punishment.

- Post-match:
That was pretty badass. I'm curious what's next. Maybe Eli and Eddie go for the title?
