ROH 17th Anniversary Reax

Read on for my thoughts on last night's Ring Of Honor PPV.
- Commentary team:
Well that's a pretty odd combination. I wonder if Aldis gets involved in anything on this show.

- King entrance:
I love it. This man is way too much fun to be stuck in ROH.

- Scurll vs. King:
Fun start.

This is already a hot show.

Both sides are delivering.

I loved Scurll doing King's finisher.

Haha. Fun. I'd love King to get something bigger out of this.

- Cobb vs. Taylor:
Oh this is already fun.

I like both these men and this feels like a clash of monsters.

Nice agility from the big men.

That was an impressive pumphandle suplex.

I like this clash.

Whoaaaaaa didn't expect a Destroyer from Taylor.

That was nice!

- Mayu vs. Klein:
I'm loving this. Mayu is a big step up from a Beautiful People reunion.

They're going hard.

Oh. Well. Expected something a little more there for the finish. Maybe we see this again in MSG.

- Taven/Lethal:
Good. Get this shit out of the way. Probably to prevent fans from leaving during the main event if this went on last.

- Lethal vs. Taven:
I like this intensity.

They're working together well.

ROH could use something fresh in the world title picture. Scurll winning will hopefully lead to that.

Lethal's carrying this.

I'm all for some shenanigans at this point.

Good stuff with The Kingdom and Gresham.

Ha. I love that they recognize this needs bells and whistles to be interesting.

Taven did look like a credible winner after all that interference.

This is really picking up!

Ooooooh good use of the table. They're definitely giving Taven a shot.

Damn. They're determined to have Taven look like a credible challenger.

This is a pretty major clash.

Obviously this wasn't advertised as a big gimmick match, but that is absolutely adding to this.

Lethal's putting himself through a lot here.

Hahahah they're stretching this one out LONG.

Jesus. This is getting ridiculous with all the kickouts.

GODDDDD this is forced.

Oh God that's a terrible ending because now Taven might still be in the Supercard main event.

- Post-match:
Hahahahahahaha great stuff from Scurll.

The Taven reign of terror continues.

- Megaran/Bully:
Oh wow the show gets worse.

It's concerning they're stretching the show out this much.

Another attempt to cling to relevance.

- RUSH vs. Bandido:
OK that powerbomb was BADASS.

We had to sit through way too much Matt Taven and Bully Ray to get to this.

Bandido's incredible.

I'm really enjoying this.

I love how these two work together.

Pretty fun!

- Post-match:
So-so to set something up for Supercard.

- Matches canceled:
Yeah this show's been odd. I'm curious if something has gone on to necessitate changes.

- Briscoes vs. PCO/King:Now this is fun! They're making up for the timing issues.

Jesus this is wild.

This is a BLAST.

Absolute carnage. I love it.

They're delivering big time.

That was a WHOLE lot of fun. Great work!
