Flair update, WWE spotlighting NXT star, Bucks injury updates, new Bullet Clubbers to Japan, Whitmer-Corino update, Bruno done with signings, Mr. Wrestling 2 has surgery, Stephanie memoir incoming, Rollins returning soon, bizarre WWE character name, Emma injured, interview with Ziggler, Vince sells some stock, and Questions on pushing Slater, combating Reigns' push, where's HHH, Vince and Hogan sabotaging TNA, and NXT in the Garden

Ric Flair didn't work WWE's live events this weekend because he was booked for a Four Horsemen reunion at a comic convention in Detroit. That's unfortunate timing considering they toured the Carolinas this weekend.

WWE had a "No Way Day" online this weekend, spotlighting NXT's No Way Jose. It looks like they're going to try to make him the next Fandango or Adam Rose. I've enjoyed the gimmick on NXT TV so far, but it's worth noting he's still pretty new to the world of wrestling (his first match was in 2013).

Matt Jackson suffered a hand injury during the War of the Worlds tour, believed to be a broken hand. I guess all those "Too Sweets" and crotch chops caught up with him. Seriously, though, I wish both Bucks a speedy recovery. They work really hard.

-  Both Bucks will miss about four-to-six weeks, and will be unable to compete in NJPW's Best of Super Juniors tournament. That's a big blow for ROH and NJPW given how much they work both places.

Adam Cole and Adam Page will make their NJPW debuts this summer as part of the Bullet Club. This is a big opportunity for both men.

The BJ Whitmer/Steve Corino feud is expected to come to a head at Best in the World. They were responsible for some really good TV for a while there.

Bruno Sammartino will be doing his final signing on November 19. At 80, he's had a long run.

Mr. Wrestling 2, 81, is recovering from surgery after an aneurysm. I wish him the best.

Stephanie McMahon is writing a memoir of her life growing up in WWE. That should be interesting.

Seth Rollins is training in the WWE Performance Center for a return within the month. We could easily see him in action for MITB. I look forward to his next run.

WWE has trademarked the character name "Lady Balls," which sounds like something The Rock would call someone but is apparently an idea for a gimmick for someone. I have NO idea what they have up their sleeves there.

Emma suffered some kind of back injury at a WWE live event. That's unfortunate. She's just now getting a push.

- WWE reports Emma has a ruptured disc and will require surgery. Emma's one of my favorite workers. I hope she doesn't miss much time.

Dolph Ziggler had an interview before Raw talking about his path to WWE. He's really dedicated to being successful.

Vince McMahon has sold almost six percent of WWE stock. I assume he would rather have the money than that amount of stock for some reason. He still retains around 86% of stocks and voting power in the company, so don't expect things to change.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. He's been a very entertaining performer who's made the most of the spots he's been given. I would like to see him get a "thank you" reign with the U.S., IC, or Tag Team Titles at some point, because he's worked hard for years.

2. Fans could also chant for AJ, Ambrose, etc. if they'd rather see them in main events. Chanting for people who aren't current wrestlers (announcers, Punk, Savage, etc.) or singing/putting themselves over isn't helping the case of someone replacing Reigns in the main event. It just makes the show miserable for people who have to hear the "Super Edgy Crowd Show featuring WWE Superstars."

3. I think they could easily have the Cerebral Assassin bide his time and strike at the right moment, just when everyone thinks he's out of the picture. I think that's the right move. We're getting fresh faces on TV due to his absence at the moment, but he could be lurking to catch Roman or someone off-guard when he thinks he can take the title back.

4. Hogan coming in gave TNA months of publicity and their biggest audience ever. There was heat between Hogan and Vince for a while before he went to TNA, so I don't see it being a big conspiracy.

5. If the timing works out to do a big show there, I think they could. I do know it's really expensive to do TV from the Garden, so they'd have to really make a lot of money from the endeavor.

More wrestling tomorrow.
