Chris Hero was visiting at this weekend's ROH show in Florida. Hero last worked there in 2014.

Announced for this week's Impact Wrestling:
- Laurel Van Ness vs. Allie
- Ethan Carter III/Jessie Godderz vs. Eli Drake/Aron Rex
- Cody/Brandi Rhodes vs. Mike Bennett/Maria

FloSports is seeking contracts with independent wrestling companies in order to air on their new streaming platform. They recently released apps for Roku and AppleTV as part of their expansion. The plan is to create a service known as Floslam to show live and VOD programming, including older footage and documentary-style content. WWE has provided funding for FloSports, but they are not the sole entity backing the endeavor.

- WWNLive has signed a five-year deal to stream live on the Floslam platform starting in November. This won't have any effect on who's producing events, nor does it mean anything for the WWE/EVOLVE relationship. WWNLive will still put forth DVDs and Blu-Rays 90 days after events air on the platform, and fans who've already ordered events on WWNLive.com can still watch what's been purchased.

Blackjack Lanza was visiting backstage at Raw.

WWE put its new Eric Bischoff documentary on the Network after Raw. I hope we see him in the WWE HoF before too much longer.

On this Wednesday's NXT:
- Dusty Rhodes Classic: Johnny Gargano/Tommaso Ciampa vs. HoHo Lun/Tian Bin
- Dusty Rhodes Classic: TJ Perkins/Kota Ibushi vs. Lince Dorado/Mustafa Ali
- Billie Kay vs. Aliyah
- Asuka vs. Thea Trinidad (formerly Rosita in TNA)
- Tye Dillinger vs. Noah Potjes

Before Raw, WWE announced Luke Gallows/Karl Anderson vs. Enzo Amore/Big Cass for Hell in a Cell. I'd like to see Gallows and Anderson align themselves with someone else to expand The Club; they're really stagnant these days.

Chris Jericho revealed the cover of his next book, out around Summerslam 2017. He's definitely found a way to make a lot of success for himself. That could be a great read.

The Smackdown after Wrestlemania 33 will also likely be in Orlando. So, they'll get AXXESS, the Hall of Fame, Takeover, Wrestlemania 33, Raw, and Smackdown all within a week!

Jim Cornette and Terry Funk discussed the territory days in Texas. Those days were WILD.

WWE Network will feature "Raw Talk" following Hell in a Cell, likely their take on Talking Smack. The concept has been one people have liked, which is good for the Network.

Roman Reigns defeated Rusev after Raw. We'll see if that happens again Sunday night.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. We'll see what happens in the months and years to come. I wouldn't be shocked to see other gimmick matches for the women as the brand extension goes on and the divisions get more prominent.

2. He has just the right look and style to catch on at just the right time as an underdog.

3. I think they did that for all the Little Jimmys who weren't around for WCW. I can't say I'd rather have them say "this Goldberg guy's OK, I guess."

4. It's supposed to be something of a break from what we see for the majority of the show. Three hours of looking at the same ring with the same ropes makes for a long night - switching things up is supposed to make things a little fresher.

5. If Boston makes them the right offer, WWE would consider it.

More wrestling tomorrow.
