Superstars Reax - 11/26/16, Cody wins title, Ellsworth on the road, cruisers set for 205 Live, Network gift cards across the pond, and Questions on Shane getting involved in Brock vs. Goldberg, refs in the HoF, WWC as the last territory, and what happens to LU if there's no Season 4

- Superstars:
- Cara vs. Mahal:
Fine action to start.

Mahal makes basic offense effective. That's refreshing in a world with so many flips and dives.

Cara can really move.

Good for what it was, i.e. an unimportant match to fill time and warm the crowd up.

- Bo vs. Axel:
More fine action.

Basic stuff, but I don't think there's really anything wrong with that.

This is going well enough.

And now things are heating up nicely!

I'm liking where this is headed.

Fine match!

Cody is the new GFW NEX*GEN Champion following WrestleCade 2016. Sonjay Dutt had been champion for almost a year. Interestingly, Cody's older than the current top GFW Champion despite holding the "young up-and-comers" title. Anyway, presumably Cody's going to be defending that championship regularly and working on the indie scene more regularly/longer that we initially thought. No word on if we'll see him back in TNA; he'll start working ROH shortly.

James Ellsworth has begun working live events for WWE. They put him right to work after winning that contract, huh?

Tozawa, Gran Metalik, and The Bollywood Boys are all scheduled for this week's debut episode of 205 Live. I'm excited to see all of them again. Hopefully Jack Gallagher will be back on TV soon, too.

WWE Network gift cards are now available in Great Britain and Ireland. That's good news for that audience!

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. All signs are the match went off exactly as planned. Neither Shane nor Goldberg getting hurt changed that.

Nothing to add to 2.

3. I was going to say the Hebners, but I trust his picks.

4. Indeed you could and some have.

5. It's possible they do live events, but I wouldn't think that would last long with no TV show to support it.

More wrestling tomorrow.
