Interview with JR, Alberto/Paige Rumble party, remembering Snuka, Chinese names at WWEPC, and Questions on WWE going after trademark infractions, rebooking Goldberg/Brock, UK names being pulled, Spike showing UK wrestling, and TNA assets

Jim Ross talked about Angle joining the HoF and more:
- JR basically chastised people still trying to prove Snuka as a murderer while his family is grieving. Really, we're never going to know what happened there and they can't really "bring anyone to justice" or whatever, so it's probably time for everyone to move on. I'm sure that's not an easy process, but it could be a necessary one.

- I hope Angle does remain sober and keeps his head in the game to have a great sendoff to his wrestling career.

- Of course a lot of us want to see Angle compete in a few big WWE matches, but it's not like he hasn't had an amazing career already.

- The Rumble's got to be a nightmare to put together. I love the match, but it's once a year for a reason.

Alberto El Patron and Paige are hosing a Royal Rumble party in San Antonio. They will be joined by WWE stars after the big event. I'm curious to see who will show up there, and if there will be any heat from WWE for them appearing with them. Also, of course, how soon a fight will break out.

Tamina gave an update about remembering her father's legacy. Snuka has a lot of relatives in the business; they could have quite the turnout.

WWE's Chinese signings worked out at the performance center. It's kind of a slow news day.... I hope a number of them pan out for the company.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. WWE might not be aware of it. But if they become aware of it, they could take action if they feel going to court, etc. is worth it for a movie not a lot of people saw.

2. I've mostly liked the Brock/Goldberg angle. I do think they could have done something to tie it into Brock vs. Shane, though, because that's totally been dropped.

3. I think we're in for an eventual removal of UK tournament names from rival promotions to WWE and their partners, and it's possible that leads to the names in the tournament becoming the roster to a UK-exclusive Network series.

4. I don't think Spike wants to get back into the wrestling game. Even if they do, I wouldn't think there'd be a big market for a UK-only series.

5. Stomper = RATINGS. I assume they got everything, like how WWE still has stuff from WCW sets in their warehouse.

More wrestling tomorrow.
