New TNA logo, Gail update, TNA visitors, Tyrus note, no more Manson, Rusev-Lana press, Lince teaches, new collections, American Ninja Warrior competitor at WWE, NXT and Smackdown live event notes, new ROH TV match, and Questions on Pop leaving Fios, Barrett post-WWE, Scientologists, and Omega in ROH and WWE

TNA has debuted a new logo for Impact Wrestling. I don't blame Anthem for putting their name all over it. They're doing a big investment in a company that might not have survived otherwise.

Gail Kim recently underwent back surgery, and is still recovering. So, we might not see her compete in TNA until the March tapings. They're going to have to really hustle to fill a lot of Knockouts content without her around.

Karen Jarrett, the Jarrett children, and Sgt. Chris Melendez were visiting at TNA One Night Only. The Jeff Jarrett to TNA rumors continue.

Tyrus appeared on his FOX News show via satellite, so it looks like that's how they'll work around him being a wrestler and a TV personality.

Decay got new entrance music as a result of Billy Corgan's departure.

Rusev and Lana were the cover story of Inside Weddings this month.

Lince Dorado taught a class at a dojo in Florida recently. I'm pleasantly surprised WWE let him do that; it's possible he was locked in to do it before signing on there.

WWE Network is adding collections on The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler and The Shield's run of destruction.

American Ninja Warrior's Kacy Catanazaro trained in a WWE ring. She's worth giving a real tryout to if she's interested; she did pretty well.

At an NXT live event in Florida:
- Kenneth Crawford is now Montez Ford.
- Tian Bing beat Akira Tozawa, which is more than a little surprising.
- Oney Lorcan/Jack Gallagher beat Noam Dar/Tony Nese. I expect Lorcan will be on 205 Live at some point.
- Kassius Ohno beat Andrade "Cien" Almas, so they're putting him right to work.

Kennadi Brink/Kelly Klein vs. Sumie Sakai/Faye Jackson will be taped at ROH's January 14 event, presumably for YouTube. They're laying the foundation for a WOH championship, but it's not something they're doing right this second.

Baron Corbin competed in a WWE Title match at Smackdown live event this weekend, a triple threat with AJ Styles and John Cena. So, he's at least getting a chance at a high level on the brand.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It's unfortunate for TNA fans, as that decision is totally out of TNA's control and there's nothing they can really do about it.

2. I can't find any record of him stepping in the ring since his WWE departure. I'm sure there've been offers for him to compete, but it looks like he's more or less moved on from wrestling for the time being.

3. I can't think of anyone who's ever said they were. A Scientology gimmick would have been money in 2005 or so. Someone should have jumped on that.

4. I wonder if it's a case of wanting to focus on Adam Cole instead. One would think they'd want to use one of the top acts in wrestling more, but hindsight is 20/20 as always. For their sake, they better hope he's still interested in doing NJPW/ROH going forward.

5. If they're willing to make the right offer, I'm sure he'll give them serious consideration. He might be able to "pull an AJ Styles" and go right into an important role if he plays his cards right.

More wrestling tomorrow.
