Takeover notes, possible NXT injury, NXT UK vs. AEW note, more NXT Target specials coming, SDL segments set, Rey fundraiser, Impact TV dropped from popular service, AEW represented in Japan, two 24/7 title changes, and Questions on Tenille in AEW, Stephanie's issue with Brock, AEW's success putting pressure on Vince, the Mandy/Sonya dynamic, and how AEW recruiting WWE talent changes things

Vince McMahon was not at Takeover:XXV, despite it taking place in Connecticut. Honestly I doubt he wants to sit back and watch a show he's not in control of.

Takeover:XXV outdrew a number of WWE TV tapings in the same venue. As mentioned previously, it was the highest-grossing WWE event there.

Bobby Fish is due for an MRI after Takeover:XXV. His shoulder and arm were banged up after his ladder match.

NXT UK Takeover Cardiff was locked in for a number of months before being announced Saturday night, so this wasn't a case of WWE trying to dilute All Out.

NXT will have more Target specials in the future, but there's not a set plan for how many.

Takeover:XXV had different production due to not being connected to "main roster" shows and their production team.

Smackdown Live has announced A Moment Of Bliss with Bayley as well as a Lars Sullivan "exclusive interview." I'm curious how the latter will go.

Rey Mysterio has launched an autism fundraiser. Glad to see him using his notability to benefit others.

Impact's TV home has seemingly been dropped from AT&T U-verse. Getting on a new channel in a few months is something they've got to be really hoping for.

Recent AEW workers Emi Sakura and Riho wore AEW shirts during a match for Gatoh Move Wrestling. Riho is set to work with AEW for another couple shows before determining whether to sign full-time, which could potentially mean moving to the United States.

The WWE 24/7 Championship changed hands at a golf course as Jinder Mahal defeated R-Truth. Truth then returned the favor to win the title back. This is the perfect title for the social media age.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It will depend on how much they would feature her and how much she could get paid. I'd certainly think there are bigger opportunities for her there than in ROH.

2. Stephanie's issue was with Brock and Heyman saying they were going to choose a champion last week and then not doing so. Of course, the McMahons would never mislead the fans like that!

3. Stockholders pressuring him is one thing. TV partners pressuring him is another. If USA Network and FOX see AEW TV succeeding and WWE TV declining, they'll push for more changes. As for moving away from PG, that would be risking a LOT of business deals. That's a completely different animal from, say, doing less scripting.

And honestly I think Vince does understand logic and continuity; he's just willing to frequently throw them aside for new directions.

4. Both women have strengths in different areas, which is probably part of why they're teamed up. Sonya can do more of the wrestling while Mandy can be the blond bombshell.

5. If AEW starts a bidding war, WWE will have to do a better job using talents they want to keep and recruit. They might finally have incentive to use talents the way a lot of us want to see them used.

More wrestling tomorrow.
