Queries on Teddy Hart, Raw 1000, and the Cruiserweight show, Two former World Champions set to return?, what happened before and after Raw, Questions on Creative having nothing for you, Rhodes, Ziggler, TNA guys on WWE lists, announcers, and blog history, Interview with Roode, Bruno rumorkiller, and the identity of the fan Alberto attacked

Three queries today:
1. I don't know that we'll see Teddy Hart back in WWE after the problems he had last time. I wouldn't say it's impossible, but I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon either.

2. No word on who the new Raw GM will be. It's possible that it's still being decided or they're able to keep it a secret.

3. Nothing new about WWE's proposed Cruiserweight show. That's really tied into the fate of the WWE Network. Right now WWE's talking of making the Network subscription-based, so the initial plans of making it something like OWN might have fallen by the wayside. If the Network does get off the ground (some are even skeptical of that), and they go ahead with the Cruiserweight show they'll hire people.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Mark Henry and Rey Mysterio are penciled in to return on the 1000th episode of Raw, as the plan is for that show to be as big as possible. No word on if it will be in the ring. Mysterio is coming off of an injury and his 2nd suspension, so they have to be careful in how they use him. I'd be surprised if Henry's back to 100% so soon, as he was talking of his return as an "if" instead of a "when".

Before Raw, Dean Ambrose beat Michael McGillicutty. It's like they're not sure what to do with Ambrose, unless they're just fine-tuning him for something. There is a LOT of online buzz for this guy, with a number of WWE stars putting over his abilities.

After Raw, John Cena beat Big Show and Tensai in a handicap match. John Laurinaitis was taken out with a chair as well.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Trying to think like WWE here, they might see Khali as someone who's hugely over in India and a giant, so it was worth giving him a manager for that market. Shelton Benjamin, while a fantastic wrestler, didn't have much in the way of promos. Why they saddled him with a "momma" character instead of a legit manager is anyone's guess. Maybe it was a rib. Maybe they were testing him. Maybe they're just evil. As for Ryder, I don't see their logic there unless they're insulted that he's doing a better job getting himself over than they ever did. They must have thought that Kane injuring him and him being a more serious character looking for revenge would have worked, but they didn't really do anything with that (and fans probably prefer him as the goofy guy). As for why Creative doesn't get fired, Vince probably thinks that they can't be wrong and if they don't see anything for a talent, there must not be anything for them.

2. Not in the next few months. WWE still wants to push guys like Big Show. Ziggler might be used as an extra hand in some big matches but I don't see him breaking through yet. Rhodes will likely stay stuck in Purgatory. After MITB, I can see one of them finally making in up the card.

3. It's got to affect it some, right? It would be very weird of them to put over a TNA talent on their website unless they were "knocked down a few pegs" below some WWE guys.

4. Also, it sells the illusion that the action is happening live and the announcers are there calling it (for shows that aren't live). It would look weird if they just did that for Raw.

5. I first posted on 1/1/11, and it's just me. I used to have a journal in print (that was basically just me writing in notebooks).

Bobby Roode was interviewed. He did show promise back when he was feuding with Booker T. with Traci Brooks as his manager, but things kind of soured there. I'm glad he didn't win the World Title at BFG in hindsight.

There's a rumor going around that Bruno Sammartino has some kind of issue with Triple H. Not true.

The fan grabbed by Alberto Del Rio on Smackdown was WWE cameraman Luis Vazquez.

More news later tonight!
