Query on WWE's finances, Hardcore Justice and Summerslam posters, Questions on the WWE/TNA lawsuit, the WWF, Richter, and allegations, and Nash out for Raw 1000

First up, a query:
1. There's nothing to indicate that WWE is approaching bankruptcy. They make well over $100 million every quarter. Things would have to get a LOT worse before bankruptcy was even thought about.

Here's the poster for TNA Hardcore Justice.

For my take on today's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I don't see how they wouldn't be able to sign people who were no longer under contract. Once the contract is up, you're free.

2. nWo Sting maybe?  It's easier to think of disguises that weren't convincing, like the second Sin Cara.

Everything else from today is after the break!
3. I think WWE might say you were trying to make a name off of a name they're known for. I wouldn't risk it.

4. She didn't want to drop the title to Moolah, so WWF put Moolah under a mask to beat her without Richter knowing it was her. When she found out that she had been duped, she split.

5. I generally don't cover those things that aren't backed up by credible sites, and since the most credible site doesn't mention them, I take them with enough grains of salt to keep that kind of thing off of here.

Kevin Nash won't be at the 1000th Raw due to a family vacation.

Here's the poster for Summerslam, really hinting at HHH vs. Lesnar.

More news tomorrow!
