Query on NXT, Interviews with Lawler/Layla/Brodus/Ryder/Foley, Questions on not reading stories, OVW, and Team 3D's school, TNA signs Chavo, and a Cena update

First up, a query:
1. My guess is that WWE wants to save NXT for the upcoming WWE Network, where they can re-debut it fresh. I wish they aired it on WWE.com, too!

Jerry Lawler talked about 1000 episodes of Raw and more.

For my take on PWInsider.com's questions:
1. I can see how that mistake could be made if someone's just looking at headlines.

2. Maybe you should ask him? @tonyschiavone24

3. To add to their answer, Robbie T/Rob Terry is working there now and more OVW talents are expected for Gut Check.

4. As far as I know. It is in sunny Florida after all. No word on if their refrigerator is running.

Everything else is after the break!

 Nothing to add to 5.

6. They've had people as "security" and other minor roles. Rosie Lottalove was from there, too.

Chavo Guerrero has been signed by TNA. I'd normally be against them signing a 41-year-old who's already had a pretty good run, but if used right I know he can add to the product and help along the younger stars with his veteran instincts.

One member of the Aces and Eights is former WWE star Luke Gallows. Good choice! There's also word that former FCW talent Wes Brisco, who I know less about, is another.

Here are some cool stats for the first 999 episodes of Raw.

The Rock could step back in the ring once or twice before WrestleMania 29. That's got to be great news for WWE.

Layla, Brodus Clay, and Zack Ryder talked to Ringside Collectibles at Comic-Con.

So did Sheamus and Daniel Bryan.

There's talk that John Cena will be the first man to unsuccessfully cash in MITB. Yes, please! That would elevate Punk a good deal.

Here are highlights from a Mick Foley interview. Good stuff.

More news tomorrow after Smackdown!
