1. They take the policy seriously and want it clearly spelled out on what is and isn't allowed for everyone to see. They don't want Congress on them again (or a scandal that would hurt Linda running for Senate).
2. TNA owns all of those trademarks. It wouldn't surprise me if they went with similar-sounding names that aren't copyrighted to promote themselves.
3. They got rid of Angle when he was having issues, didn't they? See question 1.
4. I don't see Daniels as belonging on that list since he's never been World Champion. He's had a couple of shots at it, but stays stuck in the "Christian" position (pre-World Title win Christian). ROH isn't big enough to make a true star on its own.
5. Probably all the time! And they wonder why talents don't come up to them with ideas at times.
