Bound For Glory preview

Read on for my ideas for booking tonight's Impact PPV event.

- Hall of Fame:
If James Storm isn't an option, I'm going with Jeremy Borash unless they want to go with Scott D'Amore for the Canadian pop.

- Alberto returns:
Alberto reminds everyone he never lost the title in the ring, and neither man in the main event has beaten him. Therefore, he's challenging the winner. Eli and Adonis come out to confront him, basically saying Eli will be that winner. Johnny Impact, as one would expect, disagrees. Johnny and Alberto argue over which of them will beat Eli, frustrating the champion. Adonis volunteers Drake to defend the title in a triple threat match.

- Trevor vs. Dezmond vs. Garza vs. Sydal vs. Sonjay vs. Petey:
Petey wins due to the whole Canadian thing. I wouldn't mind him defending against each opponent here one-on-one at the following tapings to try to drive attendance.

- Rosemary promo:
With Taya not available, Rosemary takes over the ring and says something about needing to satisfy her craving for blood or whatever. She says she'll stay in the ring until someone comes forth to bleed. Diamante tells her to leave the ring so LAX can hurry up and get their titles back, inadvertently volunteering herself.

- Rosemary vs. Diamante:
How much of a match this is vs. an angle depends on Diamante's condition, but she ends up bleeding to satisfy the First Blood stipulation.

- oVe vs. LAX:
Sami Callihan turns the tide in favor of the champions, who retain.

- Sienna vs. Allie vs. Gail:
Sienna is so focused on beating Gail that Allie is able to sneak in the surprise win. I was planning a Gail/Taya feud next, but it looks like that's out the window! I suppose Ava Storie or someone can try to make a name for themselves against Gail while Sienna tries to get her title back.

- Abyss vs. Grado:
Grado wins the designated wacky match of the evening, presumably with help from some guests.

- Moose/Bonnar vs. Lashley/Mo:
Moose pins King Mo, protecting Lashley in the loss.

- Edwards/EC3/J. Storm vs. Fantasma/Pagano/Texano:
Team Impact wins because this is an Impact PPV.

- Drake vs. Impact vs. Alberto:
I like Eli, but I don't think him being world champion is the right move right now. Impact is increasingly looking like less of a major promotion and more of an indie. Putting the title back on Alberto will hopefully get some momentum back on the company's side.

More wrestling coming up.
