Elimination Chamber preview

Read on for my ideas on booking tonight's Raw-brand WWE Network special.

-- Kickoff:
- Gallows/KA vs. Miztourage:
Luke and Karl take this one. Curtis and Bo are the go-to job team, so they don't really need protecting here.

-- Elimination Chamber:
- Women's Chamber match:
I think I'd have this start the show to space the two Chamber matches out. I briefly thought of having this main event, but a seven-way Chamber match with Cena, Roman, Seth, and Braun involved is too big to take the backseat to this.

Anyway, Alexa does her best to avoid getting involved here, trying to lock her pod closed, etc. Eventually it comes down to her, Sasha, and Bayley. Sasha surprises Bayley with a rollup, shocking Bayley. Bayley gives her a Bayley-To-Belly on the way out, and Alexa scores the win with Twisted Bliss, surviving the match fairly unscathed. She's interviewed after the match about facing Asuka at Mania, which she clearly isn't looking forward to.

- Bar vs. Titus/Apollo:
The Bar take this token title defense to set up facing Gallows and Anderson at Mania. That could be fun. It also sets up the story of them seeking tag team gold while Finn seeks singles gold.

- Woken Matt vs. Bray:
Matt wins with some kind of craziness. I'm going with Reby appearing on the TitanTron chanting Delete, Delete, Delete to distract Bray and Brother Nero appearing when the lights come back on to hit a Twist of Fate if he's ready to return. Otherwise Nero can just set up Matt hitting the Twist. Time to start pulling out the oddities en route to something insane at Mania.

- Asuka vs. Nia:
Long story short, Alexa arrives and hits Nia with her title so Asuka loses by DQ. I know, I know, no one wants Asuka to lose like that, but the story is that Alexa wants Nia on her side at Mania so she can escape with the title. Nia, of course, isn't exactly thrilled with Alexa's methods here and overall plan to play Jax. I don't dislike the idea of Asuka moving to Smackdown to face Charlotte, as some have suggested. Alexa vs. Nia sells itself, and I'd think Asuka being in the mix on Smackdown would really shake things up there.

- Ronda contract signing:
Ronda signs her contract and looks forward to working for Kurt. Stephanie arrives and makes sure Rousey knows Ronda is working for her, not Kurt, and that Stephanie "doesn't know how they did things in UFC," but Rousey's playing by Stephanie's rules now and so on and so forth. Ronda informs Kurt that she has a great idea for her first opponent: Stephanie McMahon. Might as well do Stephanie and Triple H vs. Rousey and Braun, as Angle vs. Seth is too good to pass up and Rollins has earned that match.

- Men's Chamber match:
You already know what's going on here. Roman wins to fulfill his destiny at WM34. Finn's going to take on Miz then with the goal being for Finn, Karl, and Luke to all leave New Orleans with a title. If we don't get Cena vs. Taker or Cena vs. Joe, pretty much the only notable match left is Cena vs. Orton. Yeah, I'm not exactly excited about that either, but they can bill it as their last encounter or something.

More wrestling coming up.
