Big Show update, Interview with Cena, more MLB/wrestling details, Punk corrects YOUR grammar, Shark Boy Week!, Hogan press, WM30 news, WWE's new ref, Summerslam notes, Raw audience, and Questions on "The One" Dolph Ziggler, why some criticize the IWC, McMahon involvement, and security

Big Show will be at Summerslam AXXESS. I feel like some more time away from TV won't hurt him. It feels like it's time to refresh his character, or just... something. After the "ironclad contract" angle and being World Champ, it feels like he's really stale. Having seen him since '99, it feels like I've seen like everything the character/performer can do.

John Cena was interviewed by Mens' Fitness. I don't think anyone can deny his dedication to the business.

Here are details for the Miami Marlins' upcoming wrestling-themed night.

C.M. Punk gave some grammar tips for those who Tweet him. This is a necessary service unfortunately. Great series.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

TNA is playing off of the popular Shark Week phenomenon with Shark Boy Week! I really enjoyed the Shark Boy gimmick as goofy as it was. The Stone Cold impersonation was hysterical.

MTV.com interviewed Shark Boy. I'm glad that Stone Cold finds it funny. He could be all bitter and say that he's the only Stone Cold or something.

Hulk Hogan ripped open his shirt on "Today". That's only encouraging him! I don't see there being a big crossover between modern wrestling fans and "Today", but I could be wrong!

WrestleMania XXX travel packages go on sale Monday. You may or may not see The Undertaker then.

C.M. Punk got stitches after the Brock Lesnar attack on Raw. These two are going to tear it up next Sunday.

WWE's new referee is Jason Ayers, previously from DGUSA. WWE likes hiring DGUSA talent: Dean Ambrose and new signings Samuray Del Sol and Sami Callihan are from there.

Here are details for Summerslam AXXESS. That'd be pretty cool to attend.

John Cena says that he will be ready for Summerslam, despite that scary-looking elbow.

Raw's audience was 4.18 million. I think they're really got something with the Bryan/Cena angle, and yes, that includes the McMahon characters (as much as I disagree with their stances).

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I think it is a conscious thing on Ziggler's part. I don't have a problem with it: the look and character fits him pretty well.

2. I think it's more that some pro wrestling "fans" aren't as smart as they think they are! There are some good news sites run by people who know what the heck they're talking about, and then there's a whole wave of people who have about an ounce of knowledge and a pound of opinion.

3. This is the kind of fan I'm talking about. Cena vs. Bryan and Punk vs. Lesnar, plus now the "Ring of Fire" match with Kane and Bray Wyatt. If anything this is just telling that WWE generally puts on such good cards that they have to really go above and beyond to attract the jaded "seen it all" fans.

4. I wouldn't be shocked, though I would hope that they wouldn't take attention away from the wrestlers like that. But hey, that's what the McMahons do! And HHH would have to do something really bad to be kicked out of WWE. He's been there quite a while and has an important role backstage. Plus, he's still a pretty big star.

5. Let's hope they make changes next time they're in an area like that.

More wrestling tomorrow.
