WWE wins industry awards, names pulled from WWE live event, LU tapings set, a new way to watch ROH, and Questions on AJ in WWE vs. Joe, getting paid while injured, the booking of the Rumble, and using Brock on Raw

WWE won two CableFAX Digital Awards: Best Social Good Campaign for Connor's Cure, and tying Best Digital Marketing Campaign for Wrestlemania 31. Good work from the digital team as always!

Roman Reigns and the Usos have been pulled from Friday's live event in Montreal. Reigns is presumably selling the attack from HHH. Maybe the Usos are being put on the other live event that night?

LU will tape season 3 beginning in the last week of March, and tapings will go through early May. El Rey's making a big investment in the series by greenlighting another expensive season this soon into Season 2.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Comet TV has launched a live stream on its website, so people without the television station can watch ROH online as it airs. I think that's a smart move. People are going to watch online anyway, so you might as well give them a place to do so where they'll still see the ads.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. As was said, they were brought in for different roles. If Joe had a big enough offer from another company (I assume he was burned out in TNA and didn't want to return there), he could have ended up on the main roster like AJ.

2. The downside guarantee is what they get paid no matter how much they're used. Once they're booked for enough dates and so on, they can pass that amount.

3. I really don't think this person watched the show. Had he won from No. 1 with no help, that would be outlasting 29 other wrestlers clean. Instead, he came in at No. 30 and picked up the scraps. Reigns had been legally in since the first entrant, and had been taken out by LoN to the point of needing medical attention. Ambrose had already wrestled a Last Man Standing match AND competed with other Rumblers. Even a semi-retured Haitch looked believable there. The logic is The Authority stacked the odds in his favor.

4. MAYBE. He should definitely be saved for special occasions. I think using him to push the Network is smart.

5. Yikes. He didn't "take a powder." He was taken to the back for medical attention after a big beatdown. If Roman doesn't sell or comes back to the ring after a stretcher job, he's "Super Roman." If he was in the ring all that time and still won, the fans would have been even more upset at his invincibility. No matter how they book him, even in defeat, the blind anti-Roman fans are going to find fault with it and boo.

More wrestling tomorrow.
