Plenty of WM33 hype, HHH on talent development, HoF guests, women's tournament official, Mauro update, Revival meets Cornette, new NXT titles, Show on WWE future, WWE's India future, Wiese-WWE update, WWE scouting, Andre battle royal addition, Drew return official, and Questions on the new Impact, Rex/Spud's future, Drake having heat, Karen's return, and Double J's in-ring future

Breezango did AXXESS signings as their Southpaw Regional Wrestling characters. That's hilarious. That will probably the biggest part of their WM33 weekend.

Triple H talked about the future of talent development. I'm sure things will continue to be revolutionized by this time next year.

More WM33 hype (not a complete list of interviews/appearances):
- CNET discussed the show for non-fans.
- Between The Ropes talked to Paul Heyman, Charlotte Flair, #DIY, Nikki Bella, Big Show, Samoa Joe, Renee Young, and Bobby Roode.
- Plenty of WWE stars were around Universal Studios.

Other guests at the HoF ceremony included RVD, Jimmy Garvin, Terri Runnells, Stevie Ray, Bruno Sammartino, and Thea Trinidad. It was a big night for the industry as a whole.

WWE has officially announced a 32-woman tournament, with competitors from 17 countries, for this summer. There was no date locked in or list of talents announced yet, but they wanted to go ahead and announce it while so much attention is on the company.

Mauro Ranallo will not be at Wrestlemania, and will presumably not work this week's Smackdown either. Hopefully he'll be returning shortly afterward.

The Revival teased working with Jim Cornette. I'd love to see it. He wouldn't have to have a backstage role; just put him with an act he really likes and let him work his magic.

NXT debuted new championship belts at Takeover:Orlando. Here are the women's, tag team, and main championships. The tag team titles are better, but I don't really care for the others. Less was more.

New Day talked to GQ. I hope they are able to remain an entertaining, fresh act going forward; they seem to have pretty much hit their limit.

Big Show indicated recently he expects WM33 to be his last Wrestlemania. I could see there being a scenario where he has one last important match in New Orleans. Mark Henry expected WM32 to be his last Mania, but he's still trucking along.

WWE exec Canyon Ceman discussed WWE's future in India:
- Yeah, no guarantees about getting through NXT. Kishan Raftar and Jeet Rama are still just occasional Florida live event workers.
- A lot of work remains to be done in China and India as far as making them big WWE markets with a lot of talent coming from there. It's a long process.
- Annual events in India sounds big. We'll see how it works out.

Tim Wiese is back to playing minor league soccer in Germany, which would seem to mean his WWE/NXT career is on hold. That makes me question his commitment to wrestling; it's hard enough to break in at 35 as it is.

WWE's Canyon Ceman was scouting at Wrestlecon's women's show this weekend, so some performers there could end up being part of the big women's tournament (and later potentially getting WWE contracts).

Killian Dain was added to the Andre the Giant battle royal after Takeover. I hope they're not randomly adding him to the main roster all of a sudden; he just got to NXT!

Drew Galloway has signed a deal with NXT, where he will return to the Drew McIntyre ring name. I hope he's able to reinvent himself.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. As was said, they're consciously putting forth a new vision with new/different wrestlers being pushed.

2. It's entirely possible Impact will change what Rex and Spud were doing given how they shelved DCC and weren't going to go forward with the Broken gimmick. They're trying to be less outlandish with what they're putting on TV.

3. Impact is definitely pushing the new/returning faces at the the expense of some of the people who've been there a while. It's not really a "heat" thing as much as wanting to focus on the new talent coming in.

4. The story being pushed is that Jeff and Karen are going to save Impact from the mistakes of past administrations, so she's being treated as a returning hero.

5. I don't expect him to get back in the ring, at least as a regular performer. I could see him doing a big match here and there like Undertaker or HHH, though, if it's the right angle and opponent.

More wrestling tomorrow.
