Wrestlers say #ThankYouTaker, Dixie on the Hardys in WWE, Jarrett on GFW's future, JR on Mania weekend, Hall DVD coming to Network, Paige movie in the UK, new Network collections, WWE updates business numbers, new Takeover and NXT live events set, NXT trademarks, Impact to simulcast in Canada, Drew's final EVOLVE matches, Goldberg addresses future, and Questions on celebs at Mania, why WWE pushes Reigns, cruisers kickoff Mania, Rollins vs. HHH, and how ICW on the Network will be affected by WoS

The Undertaker was honored on social media by WWE, Booker T., Renee Young, The Miz, Trish Stratus, Austin Aries, Sasha Banks, Wade Barrett, Nikki Cross, Drew McIntyre, Justin Roberts, No Way Jose, Bully Ray, The Iron Sheik, Gabe Sapolsky, Ariya Daivari, and Bret Hart among many others. Talk about a man really leaving a legacy behind. He's earned the right to ride off into the sunset, although of course he'd be an invaluable asset behind-the-scenes for WWE.

- Roman Reigns also tweeted about it in a newsworthy fashion. Reigns is set for the big time now. Glad to see it.

Dixie Carter put the Hardys over as they went to WWE. Very classy, especially in contrast to her now-former company suing them.

Jeff Jarrett discussed the futures of Impact and GFW. It's possible GFW becomes something of the NXT for Impact, with lesser experienced stars doing some work there while the bigger names work Impact shows. Time will tell. I don't expect the GFW name to fall by the wayside just yet, at any rate.

Jim Ross tweeted about working at Wrestlemania. It was good to see him on that stage again.

-- JR discussed his return with Fox Sports:
- Sounds like Taker had planned to hang it up for a while. I assume that hip surgery accelerated the timeline.

- I'd like to see Ross at least be consulted here and there about talent development and the like. With the company moving from Vince to HHH and Stephanie, I can see The Game consulting with someone who had some of his duties 15 years ago.

- Yeah, one shouldn't discount JR's feelings for his late wife due to him getting back to work.

- MAN. I got chills from the "voice of my childhood" comment. I can't think of the "good old days" without thinking of JR yelling STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!

 - Really sad reading about JR's wife. Man.

Scott Hall's documentary will hit WWE Network Friday rather than Thursday.

The Rock and WWE Studios are filming "Fighting with My Family" in the UK. I assume the movie will focus on her career up through her main roster debut and more or less stop at winning the title from AJ Lee, so I wouldn't expect Alberto involved. I REALLY doubt they'll do anything related to the backstage footage that recently caused such a ruckus.

An Edge collection and one focusing on ECW Barely Legal have been added to WWE Network. the 20th anniversary of the milestone event is coming soon.

Here's a recap of WWE's conference call Monday:
- Hopefully we're in for another big year as WWE moves more and more business digitally.

- International growth is a big deal.

- Oh yeah, WWE's definitely giving fans a LOT more than $9.99 worth of content.

- WWE's doing some Don West deals for the Network. It's desperate.

- Nearly 300,000 freeloaders? Holy shit! Hopefully a lot of them end up subscribing.

- A lot of fans who say they hate WWE, etc. are going to watch every year just to complain.

- I hope China works out well for them. That can be a really big market for wrestling at some point.

NXT will have a Takeover special on May 20, the night before Backlash in the same venue. That's a good move. We could see some NXT names work their last matches there following the Superstar Shakeup.

NXT has announced the following dates:
- May 4 in Arizona
- May 5 and May 6 in California
- May 18 in Ohio
- May 19 in Indiana.
-- The brand is really growing for WWE.

WWE has recently filed trademarks for NXT ring names Wesley Blake, Kona Reeves, Elias Samson, Eric Young, Oney Lorcan, Roderick Strong, Kassius Ohno, and Tye Dillinger. I would think that means WWE expects them to work the main roster at some point. I assumed they already had a trademark for Ohno, but it could have expired after his last run.

WWE put over its performance for Wrestlemania, including record Network subscribers. How's your territory doing, Reigns haters?

Impact Wrestling will be simulcast on PopTV in the U.S. alongside Canada's Fight Network and GameTV. That will be good for Impact's Canadian fans. I expect we'll see live events in Canada within a year.

Drew McIntyre will work EVOLVE's April 22 and April 23 events as his final dates with the promotion before joining NXT full-time. I hope he lives up to his potential now that he's gotten to spread his wings outside of WWE.

Goldberg addressed the WWE audience on WWE Network after Raw, leaving the door open for further work. While those in attendance were predictably disrespectful, I admire all the work Goldberg put in to go out on a high note. I wouldn't mind one more match with someone like Angle, Braun, or Roman at Summerslam. We'll see if that happens; he's definitely earned the right to call his own shots going forward.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1.Yes. WWE wants to put on an event that grows beyond the wrestling fanbase. Their goal is to basically be Disney as far as reach goes; the "wrestling promotion" days are long gone.

2. I think part of it was HHH. "Leakee" had been in FCW, but the reboot for the new NXT got him a fresh look.

3. Someone's got to work the pre-show. It might as well be the people who are mostly part of the Network. The cruisers should be happy so many of them have jobs that aren't just jobbing to Braun Strowman in three minutes! They could have easily been part of the Andre battle royal or some big clustermess instead of having a big title feud

4. They handled it well. Rollins won through a lot of tenacity, and HHH (who's older than Rollins by more than 15 years) has the out of Stephanie going through a table.

5. WWE might actually let them stay in ICW. WWE's just paying for ICW content. Unless the talents involved get picked up for WWE's UK brand, I think they're in the clear.

More wrestling tomorrow.
