WM33 weekend hype/interviews, match moved to main Mania card?, Jeff on Hardys' future, mind-blowing Table for 3, UK title match result, more Mid-South, another way to watch WWE, Impact audience, JR signs with WWE, HoF ceremony notes, and Questions on the Hardys at Mania, Kassius at Takeover, Show at WM34, still wrestling after suing WWE, and Simon Dean

Kevin Owens discussed his current feud and more. Here are highlights:
- Pretty big deal to headline in a big arena like that.

- Oh, yeah. Owens better be champion again at some point.

- Absolutely insane that even with Owens being the top champion of Raw for half a year, there were still complaints he wasn't being used well. Some people will just never be satisfied, and it's not worth trying to court them.

- And even though Kevin vs. Jericho is one of the most featured matches at Mania, somehow that's not acceptable, either. It's not like he's working a multi-man match in the Kickoff show or something.

- Oh yeah, Tye should be on the main roster soon. I don't see him getting a big push, but he can definitely contribute. I'd probably save him for a June/July draft, personally.

- Some want someone like Balor or Owens to challenge the Brock/Goldberg winner right afterward. That would be pretty ridiculous, and fans would turn on the winner within a month or so anyway like they've done with every other IWC favorite who's been top champion.

- I expect Taker will be at WM34, even if it's just going into the Hall. WM35 I'm not so sure about.

WWE 2K17 can be played for free on Xbox One through midnight Monday for Xbox Live gold members.

More WM33 interviews:
- Bayley
- Natalya
- Sami Zayn

WWE.com caught up with Eve Torres. I'm curious what her future will be with the company.

Smackdown's women's championship match is now set for the main Wrestlemania card. I suppose it's still possible they change plans at the last minute and make it a match featuring some surprise appearances. This match has been the subject of a good deal of speculation in that regard.

USA Today covered Ric Flair's statue reveal at AXXESS. I don't doubt for a second Ric would step back in the ring at WM33 if WWE let him.

Brother Nero discussed the nefarious, evil Anthem Owlman and more:
- I'm very interested to see if WWE would/will call him Brother Nero instead of Jeff Hardy, as I'm sure a lot more fans know of the daredevil Hardys than their current gimmick.

- I suspect Jeff's kayfabing here, as the Insider of PW and the Observing Wrestler seem pretty confident the Hardys are headed to work for the Man With Three H's and Vince Meekmahan.

- I think WWE would be willing to work with the brothers, schedule-wise. I don't think anyone expects them to work live events every week or anything.

- Jeff definitely did a lot with Impact.

- The word was that the new Impact contracts would ask the Hardys to give Impact a booking fee anytime they worked elsewhere, and that the creative plan was to split the team in order to push Jeff. I expect they would have toned down the Broken stuff in favor of something less fantastical.

- Impact definitely comes across as jilted that the Hardys left and acting out of spite.

- I hope Jeff's OK from all these bumps ten years or so from now.

- The Hardys are still booked for indie shows in April, which would presumably be OK because WWE wouldn't put them on regular live events right out of the gate.

- I'm a little skeptical about what's next for the Hardys in ROH. We'll see what happens at SCOH XI.

Jim Cornette, Eric Bischoff, and Michael P.S. Hayes just taped a Table for 3 episode. I can't say I expected to read that!! I'd like to see Jim bury the hatchet and do more projects with WWE. Surprisingly, that might actually be possible now.

Tyler Bate successfully defended the WWE UK Championship against Mark Andrews at PROGRESS' event in Orlando. WWE is continuing to lock talents in for a UK brand.

Snapchat is featuring a WWE show through early Monday. They're pretty busy this weekend!

Mid-South Wrestling episodes are continuing to be added to WWE Network, with footage from 1981-1983 having been uploaded so far.

FuboTV featuring USA Network, El Rey Network, and more has launched. So people can watch WWE and LU as they air without a cable subscription.

DDP talked about going into the Hall of Fame and more. It's great to see him honored like that.

Impact drew 297,000 viewers Thursday night. We're not seeing a big change in the audience under the new regime, but they are making a lot of necessary changes toward featuring some new, fresh wrestlers.

Jim Ross has signed a new deal with WWE and will be calling Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. Ross will also be available to occasionally call other matches on WWE TV and be part of WWE Network projects and the like. He will still be able to call NJPW matches on AXS TV, but will not be part of the World of Sport revival in the UK. He had been involved pretty heavily with the project's pilot. So, something of a mixed blessing as he's back in WWE at the expense of working on
what could be a pretty promising returning project. I'm definitely glad to see him back in the WWE family, at any rate.

A few Hall of Fame notes:
- Candice Michelle, Tommy Dreamer, Magnus, Lita, Mick Foley, and Noelle Foley were in attendance.
- Beth Phoenix namedropped Chyna in her speech.
- Tony Chimel made a cameo during Phoenix's speech to do Edge's introduction.
- WWE acknowledged the Legacy inductees.
- The fans did chant "You Suck" during Kurt Angle's entrance, but followed with a Welcome Back chant.
- Kurt Angle namedropped Bruce Prichard and the Hardys.
- Angle got a cowboy hat, and his wig with the wrestling headgear. He finished his speech with some milk bottles.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. If WWE doesn't feel like that would be a rushed segment, it could be pretty fun. Otherwise, save it for the Smackdown after Wrestlemania because Jey and Jimmy are already in the Andre battle royal.

2. I'm surprised, too! I like to think he'll be involved in some way. Maybe Elias Samson will try to return to NXT and Kassius will run him off.

3. They could do that if they wanted to; it's also possible Show just wants to fade into the background and not go out with a spotlight Mania match. It's not like he hasn't had plenty of big matches/title wins in his career.

4. I think the argument would be that they have to keep taking bumps to pay the bills, even if it's very dangerous to continue doing so.

5. I'm glad he's doing well for himself to where he doesn't have to wear tights if he doesn't want to.

More wrestling tomorrow.
