Sasha Banks was scheduled for WWE's European tour, but did not end up going. It's possible her name was listed in error given her recent separation from the company. Sasha remains under contract.

Kevin Owens spoke to CBS Sports and TVInsider ahead of Money in the Bank:
- I do think it was great for him to have some time off and recharge. That needs to be a more regular thing for some stars who go non-stop.

- I LOVE his justifications for his character's actions instead of it just being a heel thing.

- I'm a little surprised there's a different feeling in each locker room given how frequently they seem to change up.

- Hmmm. I wonder how well those digital vignettes would do on TV.

Mickie James will perform at the All-Star Country Jam in Virginia on July 8.

Kane chokeslammed someone to promote Knox County. You know, as mayors do.

Becky Lynch discussed her WrestleMania win and more:
- It's definitely a very busy schedule.

- YES the "everyone speaking well about everyone else" thing is reaaaaallllllyyyyyyyy boring.

- She's a natural trash talker.

Double or Nothing will air live on ITV Box Office in the UK, with the pre-show "Buy-In" on ITV4. Buy-In will feature the Casino Battle Royale as well as Kip Sabian vs. Sammy Guevara.

- The winner of the Casino Battle Royale will receive an AEW World Championship match after the first champion is crowned. The match has added Jimmy Havoc, Billy Gunn, Jungle Boy, and Joey Janela.

Jon Moxley has joined the movie Cagefighter, executive produced by Christian. Wow, big things are already happening post-WWE.

MLW has signed Salina de la Renta to a longer contract that includes office roles. She will be doing more production work for the company.

MLW has signed Northeastern indie star Tristen Thai after becoming aware of his work through social media. Good to see MLW is keeping their eyes open like that.

The Bella Twins will represent WWE at NBC's upfront presentation Monday. Ronda Rousey, John Cena, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Big Show will represent the company at FOX's presentation that day. That goes to show how major the FOX deal is to WWE.

Smackdown Live drew 1.93 million viewers Tuesday night.

Triple H will be the subject of a Road to WrestleMania special airing after Takeover XXV.

Triple H discussed moving Takeover XXV to Connecticut, avoiding mentioning where WWE will be running that prevented them from doing the show in California.

WWN color commentator Ron Niemi has resigned ahead of this weekend's EVOLVE events. The sudden departure was not amicable.

WWNLive is now available at Powerslam.TV.

WOS Wrestling's first season will air on Stadium beginning this Saturday. It's possible the success or failure of this deal will determine if the project has a second season.

Mauro Ranallo has signed a new contract to remain NXT's lead announcer on top of taking outside bookings. He's very passionate. I'm glad he's in a good place personally and professionally.

The Roast of Ric Flair will air on PPV outlets as well as Fite.TV. Wow. Starrcast is really opening doors.

Dominik Dijakovic had surgery for a torn meniscus. He will be out an unspecified amount of time. That's really a shame; he was just starting to gain momentum. I hope he'll be able to get things going when he returns.

AEW has signed Jerry Lynn as a producer. Great to see him being used in that role.

AEW has signed former LU star Angelico. WWE had interest in him for NXT, but AEW made him a better offer. AEW is already changing the game by being able to attract talent at competitive rates. Angelico has a stellar resume, so he could end up being a prominent player.

MITB has added Tony Nese vs. Ariya Daivari for the cruiserweight championship. You already know this is going to end up on Kickoff.

Big E responded to Lars Sullivan's unearthed controversial remarks from years past. This story has popped up a number of times, but this is the first time I'm aware of someone in WWE has addressed it. I'd definitely like to see Lars apologize for his past remarks rather than hope this slides under the radar. Things could get really uncomfortable backstage for the new guy if he doesn't make amends for a lot of terrible words.

Buddy Murphy called out Ali during a Smackdown Live commercial break as live/digital only segments continue to be posted on WWE's YouTube. I do wonder if a "205 Live" feud on SDL will be seen as a setback for those two.

Meiko Satomura was a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center recently.

Double or Nothing's Casino Battle Royale has added Dustin Thomas. AEW is doing an awesome job with their pacing of information releases; I'm blogging about them practically every day.

Stardom has called off a Toni Storm vs. Bea Priestley match scheduled for May 16 due to "circumstances beyond (their) control" i.e. an NXT UK talent not being allowed to work with an AEW talent. In other words, WWE is aware of AEW and considers them competition.

Dave Meltzer is on Chris Jericho's latest podcast.

Viceland posted a bonus clip from the latest Dark Side of the Ring. That show's pretty heavy!

OWE and Canada's Smash Wrestling have entered a working agreement. Glad to see talent getting international opportunities.

WWE is hiring a writer's assistant. Here's your chance to be personally fired by Vince McMahon!

Before War of the Worlds: Buffalo, Ryan Nova defeated Rayo. Rayo has worked a number of ROH dark matches, so it's possible he'll make it to TV at some point.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. The idea is that hypothetically being able to see any Raw or Smackdown Live star on either show would be a bigger draw than only seeing certain stars. And Vince barely made it to the ring before wrestlers came out to interrupt him, so it's not like he put himself on TV for the hell of it.

2. a. Yes, the Wild Card rule is a response to ratings dropping.

2. b. Vince indicated if more than four people cross over in a week, the extras will be fired. But of course who knows if he'd follow through on that.

2. c. Yes, the shows are still separate outside the Wild Card rule.

2. d. I honestly think WWE thinks the match results don't matter because they're just there to entertain.

2. e. Either Cole botched or Vince was hoping we wouldn't notice/care.

3. NXT has focused more on the likes of Kairi, Io, and Bianca as faces. With Kairi gone and Bianca a heel, Candice should have more of a chance to branch out as a wrestler. They definitely used her as Johnny Gargano's wife first and a wrestler second for a while there.

4. Let's just say I'm not surprised they're willing to take that level of money to boost live event revenue. They don't want the stock to tumble any more!

5. You'd think that would lead to USA dropping the show to two hours, but Raw is still enough of a draw to keep it at three.

More wrestling tomorrow.
