Brisco podcast coming, new WWE trademarks, War Chamber notes, Stephanie responds to Becky challenge, UK indie stars attack referee, why Shane missed SDL, NXT name back from injury, WWE name misses South American show, and Flair misses convention appearance

Wes Brisco is bringing his podcast to VOC Nation, coming weekly on Thursdays. He continues to wrestle pretty regularly.

WWE recently trademarked "Yowie-Wowie," "Firefly Funhouse," "Legit Boss," and "Monster Among Men." Amazing to see something like "Yowie Wowie" get over.

MLW War Chamber was a legitimate sellout of around 2,400 fans. They're doing quite well! The promotion will return there on January 20 for another TV taping.

- The show featured The Crash's Mega Danger as a surprise en route to the joint MLW/Crash show.

Stephanie McMahon indicated she won't be wrestling Becky Lynch. That would be a natural feud at some point, but I know a lot of people would rather see Becky face a trained, active wrestler.

UK's Revolution Pro had an incident where their now-former tag team champions legitimately attacked a referee who ended their match early. Josh Bodom has been released for the incident, while Sha Samuels has been given a zero tolerance policy for any future incidents following being disciplined for this. The company will be revamping how they deal with internal incidents going forward. That's wise. This isn't something they want happening again.

Shane McMahon missed Smackdown Live due to jury duty. Even the Best in the World isn't exempt from that, apparently.

Jessamyn Duke had been out of action due to an unspecified injury. She competed again at an NXT show this weekend.

Andrade was not at Smackdown Live's Argentina show for unknown reasons. I'm curious what's going on there.

Ric Flair missed an appearance this weekend due to some transportation issues. That sucks for those who wanted to see him live; hopefully they'll get another opportunity.

More wrestling tomorrow.
