Brian Knobbs has started a GoFundMe for a knee replacement.

Big Show is on Stone Cold's latest podcast.

WWE's Four Horsewomen spoke to ESPN before Raw:
- Pretty cool stories of them meeting.

- Hard to imagine how different things would be if they'd come up at different times.

- One thing I like about the group is how each of them are distinct.

- I definitely think more titles are coming.

The Rock, Stone Cold, and AJ Styles discussed Raw's stunner.

Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Mandy Rose discussed the Connor's Cure benefit in New York.

WWE 2K is raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in conjunction with Roman Reigns appearing on the cover of WWE 2K20.

Madison Square Garden welcomed back Steve Austin

NXT referee Eddie Orengo has been moved to Raw. Orengo formerly wrestled as Bandido Jr.

ECW's Joel Gertner was at Raw.

WWE sold Bruno Sammartino merchandise in Madison Square Garden this week. Bruno was honored at the venue as well.

Colt Cabana is booked for NWA's September 30 and October 1 TV tapings. This doesn't appear to have been set up through ROH.

NXT's Jordan Myles was backstage at Smackdown Live. My guess is he was in the running to be Jack Gallagher's 205 Live mystery partner.

Ric Flair announced a tour with Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy. We have reached peak absurdity.

WWE Co-President George Barrios spoke to The Verge:
- Interesting thoughts on the Disney split.

- WWE doing the Network themselves would have been quite the task.

- I wonder how many subscriptions they lost by dropping the older devices. It was a real gamble.

- The Network is a huge, complex service.

AEW will be allowing some talents to continue taking independent dates; these names aren't signed to full-time deals. Of course, other talents will continue taking non-U.S. dates.

Joey Janela's final GCW event is September 30. I really wonder how much he'll get to do on TNT.

AEW's TV tapings will also have content taped for other avenues, possibly including Bleacher Report. It'll be interesting to see what that will entail.

Clash of Champions has added AJ Styles vs. Cedric Alexander. That's a big opportunity in Cedric's hometown.

Elias legitimately injured his ankle. It's unknown how long he'll be out. I'm curious what the original plan was for him on Smackdown Live.

Raw drew 2.13 million viewers, taking a bit hit going against the return of Monday Night Football. That's a shame; the show was good.

Anthem has shut down AXS' Dallas office, which included the production team behind NJPW's show there. Hopefully they have all these moves planned out before it affects wrestling on the network.

Becky Lynch responded to Ric Flair looking to trademark "The Man." It's out of her control.

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are on the cover of the latest Muscle & Fitness. That's well earned for both of them!

Triple H and Shawn Michaels' NXT work was profiled. It's interesting to see how their takes on talent have changed in the decades since their early days.

Anthem's CEO discussed the AXS purchase, specifically in regard to Impact's future. It looks like things could be growing for Impact soon.

- Honestly given the fact an attorney is now involved, he might not should have given the interview at all. That said, this probably boosted his support in the battle.

- I appreciate him being complimentary of AAA, Edwards, etc. here.

- Scarlett can definitely be a draw somewhere.

UFC's Stephan Bonnar is set for Impact's Saturday Impact Plus special, facing Moose as part of Moose's feud with Ken Shamrock. I like that idea.

ROH's October 27 Honor Club event has added Jeff Cobb challenging for the ROH World Championship. Rush vs. Cobb sounds really intriguing.

ROH's October 12 Honor Club event has officially added Alex Shelley vs. Jonathan Gresham.

Before Smackdown Live, Ali defeated Buddy Murphy.

Smackdown Live originally had a battle royal to determine Chad Gable's opponent. It would be hard for Gable to look like a babyface going against someone who had already competed in a battle royal, so I'm glad they dropped that.

Rey Mysterio was backstage at Smackdown Live. I think there's a good chance he's a focal point of the brand when it moves to FOX.

King of the Ring's finals are now set for Raw. Baron Corbin vs. Chad Gable is the last match in the tournament. Interesting that that was moved.

Heavy Machinery's Smackdown Live opponents were The Beaver Boys, Alex Reynolds and John Silver.

After Smackdown Live, The Fiend defeated The B-Team.

Smackdown Live is doing a live event in Madison Square Garden on December 26.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Hmmmm. I don't know if that's a perfect comparison, since LU had stopped running altogether when that lawsuit happened. I don't know that this will make it to court, but I continue to think this will drag Impact's reputation down the longer it continues.

2. The Wild Card Rule was instituted to boost ratings. That's what happened to the brand split! WWE currently intends to have a more strict brand split by mid-October with the new TV deals and new executive directors. We'll see how long they can keep that up before there's the temptation to have certain names cross over. Honestly, I'd be surprised if the Survivor Series build doesn't have some names drafted in October making their shocking return to the brand they had just left.

3. So I don't want to disparage Tony, as it's clear he really wants AEW to succeed at a high level and he's very passionate and dedicated. That said, for better or worse he comes across as the guy signing the checks so The Elite can do what they want to do with his company. If you like The Elite and their vision, it's a plus that he's giving him such free rein. We'll see how far they can go at the wheel before someone hypothetically cracks down on the spending. I don't know if Tony can be that guy, but someone else might be if the amazing initial success of AEW turns around.

4. The things Punk were concerned about have been addressed for other talents, namely being able to take time off and being overproduced. I think WWE realizes Punk isn't going to come back just to come back; if they don't give him the leeway he wanted in his last run, he'll continue to be a free agent. As for AEW, he's willing to listen to a concrete offer from them, but he's not going to jump there unless he thinks it's worth his time.

5. Since AXS are the ones putting the show together, they're going to do their best to make sure AXS is where you watch it!

More wrestling tomorrow.
