Impact Wrestling Reax - 9/6/19

Read on for my thoughts on last night's Impact Wrestling.
- Havok vs. Su:
Good to show Havok's power here.

Wow. Maybe we'll see more of Su's wrestling abilities now.

Pretty good.

- Post-match:
Su's new direction is growing on me.

- North promo:
Now that was solid! This team is going places. Or rather, I guess they're staying, but they'll be more important.

- Sami promo:
This story has been told well.

Good to continue the story with Cage and set up Fulton vs. RVD.

- Moose vs. Bahh:
I like this.

Fine for the time it had.

- Post-match:
Hahahaha I like it!

- Tessa/Dreamer:
I'm glad Tessa's the one taking charge here. It feels like working with Dreamer is dragging her down, but ECW nostalgia is still a draw, so maybe it's helping her after all.

- Edwardses/Ace:
This is great in such a stupid way.

Fun and ridiculous.

- TJP vs. Magic:
There's a real lucha theme between this show and Global Wars.

Good story in this one.

Impressive athleticism.

Big hits and big misses.

Good for what it was.

- Ace/Alisha:
Ace has been a lot of fun.

- Taya/Bravo:
I have this weird feeling Tenille's bailing to AEW the first chance she gets. Heck, Taya might go, too.

- Swinger video:
They're making the most of how ridiculous it is to use him.

- Tenille/Madison/Kiera:
Fine to set up a match.

- RVD vs. Fulton:
Pretty much what you expect of RVD vs. a monster.

And the ECW vs. oVe feud continues!

- Post-match:
Oh. Well. Maybe RVD doesn't need to team with the other ECW names.

- Rascalz/Swann/Mack:
Impact is apparently primarily a place for nostalgia wrestlers and stoners.

I do like them all wanting to watch the main event.

- Deaners/Desis:
Yeah this show's going a little heavy on the comedy.

- Grace/Rosemary:
I like this. Could be interesting.

- LAX backstage:
That was pretty great. This has been built up as a meaningful match.

- North vs. LAX:
Nice tag work in the early going.

Both sides are getting to shine here.

I loved The North looking to do LAX's finisher.

Wowwww. That was good.

- Post-match:
Yeah this tag division really lost its centerpiece with these two headed out.

- Cage/Santos:
Yeah winning the title was definitely the best of times and the worst of times for Brian Cage.

So no interim Impact champion it looks like.

Wow way to make Melissa a target for oVe.

More wrestling coming up.
