Del Rio update, pre-Raw dark match, Questions on Neal/Toxxin, WWE Network content, and changing the structure of the brands, WWE going to Russia, Against All Odds poster, Rumble airing in Canadian theaters, 30-man Rumble confirmed, Dreamer on WWE Network, MITB moved to June, USA tops ESPN in Monday ratings, more from JR, Raw rating, Summerslam packages available, and the Smackdown dark match

Alberto Del Rio is believed to be ok following an examination by WWE trainers. Further evaluations could be necessary before it's determined whether or not he's in the clear. I certainly hope he'll be fine. One of my favorite in-ring performers of the year.

Ted DiBiase defeated Dean Ambrose before the Raw taping. It looks like only a matter of time before the former Jon Moxley is on Smackdown, but no guarantees.

On to my look at PWInsider.com's daily questions:
1. According to him, it wasn't an issue of training, but one of a pay cut and having to relocate. I haven't heard any updates on his post-TNA career, nor on his fiancee (Toxxin)'s status in the company. I'd assume she's still there unless a story comes out stating otherwise.

2. No word on that kind of thing yet. So far, they've just been focused on wrestling-related content.

3. That's the first I've heard about changing things in FCW. That's pretty interesting and I think bodes well for the future of the "territory". But no, I don't think they'll show that on WWE Network for the reasons they mentioned. Given how many name and gimmick changes there are there (generally WWE Creative will see something different in a performer and do something different with them once they think of "moving them up", and the seemingly constantly changing roster, that might be for the best. And as they mentioned, some of them probably aren't ready to be shown on such a large scale. That's be rather nerve-wrecking for people with so little experience (generally) I'd imagine.

After the break, I go into the rest of the day's news and questions. Up next, a pitch for changing the structure of WWE to promote new stars.

4. I personally think that's a really good idea for the most part. I think NXT should be portrayed as kind of a training ground for the stars of the future. Once the Pros and audience think they're y, they get signed to Superstars. Superstars would be like the ECW brand: a place for up-and-coming WWE stars and where veterans go when Raw or Smackdown can't find a use for them. Then, Raw and Smackdown would be like they used to be, similar to WWF and WCW back in the day: competing to get the best performers on their roster. They can trade between each other and occasionally (big PPVs and 3-hour Raws) there'd be brand vs. brand matches, but generally they'd be kept apart. Superstars would be the free agent pool they'd pick from. Maybe there'd be a limit to how big Raw and Smackdown's rosters can be so they don't just sign up everyone and no one would be on that show. FCW would continue in its role of training talents before they go up to NXT, and NXT talents can be sent back there if they're "not ready". So, if someone's really good, they could theoretically go from NXT to Raw or Smackdown within a couple of weeks. Just an idea.

Nothing to add to 5, so I'll move on:
WWE's headed to Russia in April. Cool.

Here's the poster for TNA Against All Odds. Not bad. Kind of funny looking, but not bad.

The Royal Rumble will be shown in some Canadian theaters. Pretty cool.

WWE has confirmed that this year's Rumble will have 30 competitors. Fine by me.

Tommy Dreamer was recently interviewed alongside Joey Styles for something presumably ECW-related on the WWE Network.

Money In The Bank will be in June in 2012. Fine enough; we'll see how that plays out then.

For the first time in as long as I can remember, Raw's rating beat the NFL's last week.

Jim Ross addressed a lot of current topics in his recent blog.

Raw did a 2.9 rating on Monday. That's kind of concerning after such a big PPV. Wherever all the people are complaining about the "same old, same old", they need to come out in great numbers when things change to build for the future. Hopefully WWE continues to put faith in their incredibly talented performers so the crowd will get behind them like they got behind the veteran names on the roster.

WWE is already selling travel packages for Summerslam, which is becoming increasingly important for them.

Finally, the Smackdown dark match once more featured Dean Ambrose losing to Ted DiBiase. He cut a promo before the bout. I'd think that would be a sign of WWE having faith in him. Look forward to seeing what he's all about.

That's all for Tuesday's news. More to come tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
