Superstars:
- Show vs. Dallas/Axel:
Really funny segment with everyone locking up Big Show.

The Bo Train's getting a little old at this point.

I guess this is the point of the tour where they gave up and just went to comedy stuff.

The test of strength spot was pretty funny.

Yeah, I can only watch so much of Big Show as a big part of things.

- Kalisto vs. Breeze:
I hope Kalisto doesn't lose another non-title match here.

This is alright so far. Both men have a lot of energy.

LOTS of flippy from Kalisto.

Good to see Breeze wanting to avoid Kalisto's finisher because he knows it'll be lights out if it's hit. You know, because moves hurt and the show isn't just a circus act of stunts.

That ended up mostly good.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Dana Brooke competed at an NXT live event in Massachusetts, teaming with Peyton Royce in a loss to Bayley and Carmella. She has been out of the ring for a lot of 2016 due to injury.

Finn Balor may have suffered an injury at an NXT live event, as the match was paused for a while. Balor continued the match, but ended the night limping. It's entirely possible this is a work to explain his loss. We'll see.

- Following that event, Finn teased appearing on Raw. I wonder what AJ, Gallows, Anderson, and Reigns will have to say about that!

- Balor worked the April 22 live event in a tag match, so he's still cleared to wrestle. Could we see him in action at Payback?

Viktor of The Ascension was made an "honorary member of the Social Outcasts" for Curtis Axel's match against Goldust on a recent show. Goldust won, leading to a beatdown answered by R-Truth making the save. With The Ascension out as a duo for now, I'd like to see this become a thing on TV for the time being. Nothing against Viktor, but I don't see him getting a lot of traction as a singles guy at this point. Adding him to the Outcasts for now is worth a shot.

WWE will tape Raw and Smackdown in Glasgow, Scotland on November 7 and 8. This is the first time they'll tape TV in the country. That's pretty cool. I wonder how much more worldly WWE gets in the years to come with tours and tapings.

ROH/NJPW's Global Wars PPV has sold out, as has ROH's return to NYC. They've been doing pretty well with ticket sales lately.

Kazuchika Okada and Moose vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi and Michael Elgin has been added to the Global Wars PPV. I look forward to seeing Elgin and Moose in action.

- Also announced for the show is Bullet Club's Young Bucks and Guerrillas of Destruction vs. the Motor City machine Guns, Matt Sydal, and KUSHIDA.

Crazy Mary Dobson vs. Kelly Klein is also set for ROH in Chicago in a match taped for YouTube.

Former ROH Tag Team Champions Matt Taven and Mike Bennett have opened a wrestling school. I think it's more than a little too early for those two to be teaching future wrestlers. They still have plenty of growing to do in their own right.

WWE released video of Samoa Joe winning the NXT Championship. I personally wish they would have held off a bit and had Anderson and Gallows cost Balor the title at Takeover in June (either intentionally or otherwise), and Balor getting his NXT farewell tour in the UK/Ireland in June as well. They could still use Finn on Raw and Smackdown as part of the ongoing Bullet Club alumni angle without him suddenly losing the title out of nowhere.

EVOLVE name Caleb Konley worked a recent TNA TV taping as something of a tryout for the company. We'll see if he ends up getting hired.

Neither Bobby Roode nor Eric Young worked the most recent Impact Wrestling taping, so it doesn't look like they're continuing to work on a per-date basis while feeling out their other options. No official word on Roode joining WWE/NXT, and Young's future status is undetermined.

John Cena did a big interview with Rolling Stone about WWE being PG and more:
- While I admire Cena having no chill, those are dangerous speeds to be driving at. WWE doesn't want him getting a mugshot or anything.

- WWE offering second-language programs is great as they become more international. That's a valuable skill to have.

- Profanity often comes across as a cheap way to get the crowd to cheer someone for being edgy.

- Cena and JBL had a WILD brawl with blood early in Cena's run as a main eventer. I think there are PR reasons they stay away from blood now, as well as the threat of communicable disaeases.

- Hey! I'm older than 14 and I like Cena! I don't like some of his promos and how stale his character can be, but he's still one heck of a wrestler.

- I really like Cena having no chill about his movie roles. Hopefully knowing he does have that side in him will win over some of his detractors.

- I like Cena not thinking he "has" to have a kid right now. There's time for that later in life.

- Cena has NO. CHILL. in this interview. I'm really getting behind him.

- Cena's dad sounds both awesome and terrifying.

- You know someone is going to get REALLY triggered with how things were in Cena's house growing up.

- Hopefully we see Cena let loose more in movies and once his career goes on. He was way more fun on the mic as the Doctor of Thuganomics.

Linda McMahon discussed WWE potentially moving away from being PG, by which I mean she pretty much said it's not changing anytime soon.

Bret Hart discussed his health, wrestling, and more. It sounds like he's recovering pretty well. As for his Q&As, I really think Montreal greatly extended his relevancy and overness in the long run.

UK promotion Revolution Pro will feature Noam Dar vs. Josh Bodom in a WWE GCS qualifying match on May 1. WWE promoting another promotion's show/match is still pretty wild, but it gets spotlight on talents who could be WWE stars themselves down the line.

Summer Rae, Charlotte, and Ric Flair will be throwing out pitches for the Chicago Cubs on Payback weekend to promote that show.

WWE has added Smackdown episodes from 2000 and 2001 to the Network. I wonder what today's fans think of Attitude Era stuff.

Chyna's manager said there were no signs of foul play or suicide when he discovered her. Presumably we'll find out more about her passing in the days to come.

NFL's Rob Gronkowski was at NXT's show in Rhode Island. He's potentially opening a WWE/Tapout gym in upstate New York. He's got to be in a celebrity match at some point, right?

TNA confirmed Velvet Sky's contract expiring. She worked one last match at one of the ongoing Impact Wrestling tapings. It's interesting they didn't work something out for her to work the rest of the tapings considering she was already in the area. I expect Bubba Ray Dudley will try to get her into WWE, even if it's just a managerial role. If that doesn't work out, it's possible we see her and/or Angelina return to TNA down the line. Both of them have left and come back previously.

Some notes from NXT's latest live event in Florida:
- Murphy lost in a singles match. Alexa was on the other live event loop and Blake wasn't in action on either show. I wouldn't assume they're done as a group act, but it's interesting they weren't used together.

- Gzim Selmani and Dhinsa Sunny worked as "The Authors of Pain" in what is believed to be their NXT live event debut. They beat the Ealy twins; I think this was their first show as well.

- The former TMDK competed against Sawyer Fulton and Alexander Wolfe, so they're being tested out as a team for now. It's not a guarantee they'll be kept as a duo.

- Brazilian wrestler Cezar Bononi was interviewed in the ring.

- The former Nikki Storm teamed with Mandy Rose in a loss to Liv Morgan and Aliyah.

So, lots of new faces in the mix following the recent roster changes.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I think they can acknowledge the contributions of Chyna the performer without endorsing Joanie Laurer's personal issues. They definitely needed to acknowledge what she accomplished in the company, lest they look heartless.

2. Chyna definitely wanted to be back in the WWE family, and had publicly made a number of negative comments previously referencing HHH and Sean Waltman. I think she was kind of lashing out to protect herself following the statement of her not being in the Hall of Fame.

3. I expect a graphic to start the show, certainly, but I don't see them going out of their way to honor her on TV.

4. I'm almost positive they try to reach out to all formerly contracted talents. We don't know officially about Chyna; hopefully we find that answer out soon.

Nothing to add to 5. Can Brock be the 10th wonder?
