Sexy stripped of title, more on holiday Raws, new Mickie song, Interview with Roode, GFW name working EVOLVE, BFG logo, WWE supporting cancer research, Raw champion (other than Brock) likely missing upcoming tour, more Omega in ROH, another ROH title match set, praise for Show, ROH name starts at WWEPC, Jarrett on hiatus from GFW, big name on Smackdown next week, and Questions on MYC signings, Sasha not holding the title long, Miz's rebirth, and Sexy shooting

Sexy Star has been stripped of her AAA championship, with a new champion to be declared next month. I applaud the company for finally taking action. They need to follow this up with a suspension, at the least. If other wrestlers can't trust her in the ring, it's possible they'll sign with a rival wrestling promotion instead of being in that kind of environment. The company needs to do what it can to prevent that from happening.

Raw being live on Christmas Day and New Year's Day is a USA Network decision, likely to keep ratings from taking as big of a dive on those nights. There's only so much WWE can do to prevent fans from choosing other options on those dates.

Mickie James has released a new single, so WWE is allowing her to make music independently. They weren't always so encouraging of that kind of thing.

Bobby Roode discussed moving from NXT to Smackdown. It took him until 40, but he's finally on the biggest stage.

DJ Z is working EVOLVE events on September 22 and 23. Interesting GFW is allowing him to appear on another company's broadcast; they had been cracking down on that. It's possible Z is still under a contract that allows that or GFW is getting a percentage of his booking fee.

GFW showcased Bound For Glory's logo, so the hype for that is beginning. It'll be interesting to see who's on the show that night, especially as far as Alberto goes.

WWE is supporting pediatric cancer research funding through Conor's Cure. They're really pushing that again this year.

Seth Rollins appears to have next week's Australia tour off, as he is not advertised for those events. I hope that's just a small break; he's been really enjoyable lately.

Kenny Omega will be working ROH on November 11 and 12. The latter date is a TV taping. He's one of the biggest non-WWE stars in the world right now, so that's good for ROH.

The Young Bucks & Hangman Page will defend the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship at Death Before Dishonor against the winners of an upcoming match between The Kingdom and Bully Ray & The Briscoes. So, TK O'Ryan is good to go and his trio might be about to pick up where they left off.

Braun Strowman and Kevin Owens put Big Show over after Raw's cage match. Show has completely turned things around in the final stretch of his career. I applaud all the work he's put in.

WWE is expected to have the December 25 Raw and December 26 Smackdown in Rosemont, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. They haven't run a show on Christmas Day in more than 30 years.

- The January 1 Raw and January 2 Smackdown will likely be in Florida.

Donovan Dijak has begun training at the WWE Performance Center, as he has officially been signed for NXT. He could really be someone.

Jeff Jarrett is taking an indefinite leave of absence from GFW due to unspecified personal reasons. Given his prominent roles in the company, that's going to really be felt.

- GFW clarified Jarrett will be available for consulting as needed, so he's not totally out of the picture. This was a decision made Tuesday.

- Jarrett vs. Alberto El Patron was planned for Bound For Glory, but that plan is on the shelf due to this hiatus. I hope both of them are back in their roles and healthy by the time that event comes around.

- Ed Nordholm made the decision for Jarrett to take time off, meeting personally with Jeff in Tennessee Tuesday before the announcement was made.

- Jarrett had an NFL event planned at his house for GFW staffers, but the event was moved to GFW HQ after the "leave of absence" was announced.

- The decision was made based on Jarrett's condition in recent months. He had a lackluster appearance at Triplemania, leading to speculation he needed to take time off.

- There's a belief in GFW that Jeff Jarrett is in a tough position of having to be in the middle of the wrestling side of things and the business side of things with Anthem. There have been complaints that Nordholm doesn't "get" the wrestling business.

- There have been meetings about GFW's future direction with Jarrett's indefinite absence from the company. Some speculate John "Big" Gaburick could become more important in GFW in this power vacuum.

- If there's a more permanent falling out between Jarrett and Anthem, the company could return to being Impact Wrestling. Jeff Jarrett owns the rights to the trademarks for GFW.

- Alberto El Patron's status could be in jeopardy without Jarrett going to bat for him. Nordholm was willing to release him after the airport incident. That was absolutely be a big move for GFW.

- Karen Jarrett is also expected to be on the outside of GFW during this hiatus.

-- So, the Jarretts have one foot (each) out the door, and this could lead to changes within GFW if the imposed hiatus goes on. We could see another direction change at BFG and the November tapings. It's a shame that anytime GFW looks to have momentum going, something backstage happens to put them right in another bad situation.

VINCENT. KENNEDY. MCMAHON. will be on Smackdown next week as part of the fallout of HIS SON SHANE being "indefinitely suspended" for getting in a fight with Kevin Owens. I hope Owens doesn't cower in fear of him. Instead, he needs to stand up to the boss so Vince can tell him YOU WANNA PLAY, PAL? WELL, YOU'RE GOING TO FACE MY SON SHANE INSIDE HHHHHEELLLLL IN THE CELLLLLLLLLL!!

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1.There are a lot of talented people in the MYC, and I'm sure WWE has an eye on some of them to join NXT. They booked most of the tournament across two days, so they might have ended up surprised by some of the talents who lost early and end up signing them.

2. I think they see Sasha better as the babyface challenging the heel champion rather than being the champion. The fact they continue using her in important roles is sign enough of them liking her. Some of it is Sasha and Bayley both being in the title picture. Only one can be the top face at a time, and since they're presumably not going to feud with each other, it limits their opponents. So, Alexa reaps the rewards as the undisputed top heel of the Raw division.

3. Having someone to play off on a regular basis has always helped Miz, as it helps a lot of wrestlers. He got in his comfort zone feuding with Bryan, and things have grown from there. I also think the brand extension has helped a lot of names break out from the pack, as it did last time.

4. The story has been Sexy having an issue with the other women in the match leading to her getting rough with Rosemary in addition to the others. Rosemary was in a vulnerable position, and Sexy was ticked off enough to take advantage of the situation.

5. There's definitely an opportunity for it to happen! WWE could have a LOT of talented women under contract in the months to come based on how the MYC is going.

More wrestling tomorrow.
