3. He should have been out of the business when he was cut from OVW for attacking Santino Marella, or, at the very least, when he left Impact and sent in a long email about dreaming of killing Vince Russo that resulted in him being barred from being near that company's events. There have been red flags around him for a long, long time now that he needs some serious help, but everyone's either too entertained by his antics or too in favor of his booking philosophies to stop supporting him.
4. No, because he corrected his mistake and made amends.
5 and 6. This actually happened when the infamous C.M. Punk/Colt Cabana podcast dropped. It was a busy holiday, for sure. But generally I do the best I can to get news out there the next day.
