Jericho returning to NJPW, another NJPW return, more Southpaw content?, assorted wrestling press, Omega+Riho match result, AAA working with MLW, and Questions on Wednesday cancelations, Khan as Cassidy, predictable booking, and Bray's future as champion

Chris Jericho vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi is official for Wrestle Kingdom 14's January 5 show. That's major.

NJPW's Hiromu Takahashi has returned, with Hiromu challenging Will Ospreay for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 14's January 4 show. Takahashi has missed sixteen months due to injury.

Fandango teased more Southpaw Regional Wrestling footage. I'm split. We'll see how much is left in the concept.

John Cena is on the cover of Delta's in-flight magazine.

WWE raised $53,000 for Connor's Cure at a New York City marathon. Good to see.

Kenny Omega and Riho defeated Antonio Honda and Miyu Yamashita in DDT.

AAA and MLW have announced a new working agreement. The relationships AAA has with AEW and Impact will continue.

Hulk Hogan and Carlito will be on "The Goldbergs" in the future.

Sasha Banks' costume designer spoke.

Tyson Kidd gave a long interview about ring psychology.

Johnny "The Champ" Valentine was profiled.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I would assume so, but there's no reason to think it's imminent for either show.

2. Yes. I think AEW's cancellation would also signal to networks that the only wrestling that can draw is WWE's "main roster."

3. Well if ratings dropped to the point AEW and/or NXT got canceled while Raw and Smackdown stuck around, I think Vince would have a point, right? And it's not like the current Raw and Smackdown products don't heavily feature talents who were groomed through NXT.

4. I wouldn't expect Vince to dress as one of his employees for Halloween, no. It's clear Tony at 37 is a very different boss than the 74-year-old Vince McMahon, which many view as Khan's biggest strength.

5. Anyone who watches a certain product for such a long time will pick up on how the show usually goes. Bray as champion on FOX will be very interesting given how Brock seemed tailor-made for the "sports-like approach" we keep hearing they want for Smackdown.

More wrestling coming up.
