FNSD date set, Full Sail dates set, Starrcade matches, Interviews with HBK/Kane/Booker, new Final Battle match, WWE name signs new deal, Firefly Fun House expanding, Raw audience, NWA PPV main event, Becky milestone, Bruno press, and NXT matches

Friday Night Smackdown will be in Illinois again on March 27.

Full Sail University will continue to host NXT weekly through at least the end of March, as more dates have been booked in the venue. I'd think there'd be demand for the show in other markets running larger venues, so it's interesting they're staying there. Obviously there are advantages to using that space, too.

Starrcade has added:
- The Kabuki Warriors vs. Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. This will be Alexa's first match since Hell in a Cell.
- Bobby Lashley vs. Rusev in a Last Man Standing match

Shawn Michaels spoke to Sports Illustrated about his NXT role. I like his comments about the old ways not being admirable.

Final Battle has added Marty Scurll and Flip Gordon vs. Bandido and Flamita. Scurll announced this match at a Cracker Barrel, leading to speculation of him joining his Elite friends after this event.

Lana has signed a multi-year deal to stay in WWE. Wow. Didn't expect that, although clearly they're finally getting behind her again.

Kane discussed the transition from wrestling to politics. He's doing book signings this weekend.

"Firefly Fun House" will have a new member revealed on Smackdown. I kind of want to see a goat to reference Bryan.

Booker T. discussed the famous Undertaker spinaroonie dark segment.

Raw drew 2.11 million viewers Monday, actually down from last week despite following Survivor Series. Raw really took a serious beating from the other brands, so it's possible the message was sent that it's now the least prominent show of the week. That's definitely a serious concern, as Survivor Series is one of the biggest dates of the year and Raw should have benefited from it.

Into The Fire's main event will be Nick Aldis vs. James Storm in a two-out-of-three falls match for the NWA World Championship.

Becky Lynch is now the longest reigning Raw Women's Champion of all time. It will be interesting to see how she interacts with Seth's character given Rollins' latest actions.

Bruno Sammartino's documentary got hometown press.

NXT has announced:
- Lio Rush vs. Akira Tozawa for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship. Akira's on the Raw roster officially.
- Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish vs. Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic for the NXT Tag Team Championship

More wrestling tomorrow.
