Details on NXT expansion, Rock update, another TNA exec leaves, King Mo update, Don West mad, no Tara on Impact, Mania $, big names on live events, agent gets a nod, and Questions on Randy Savage, women's wrestling, McMahon's money, credits on WCW PPVs, and Benoit as World Champ

WWE is partnering with Full Sail University for potential hires in the production end of their company. That's a great opportunity for the students there.

The Rock is beginning physical therapy. He'll be filming his next movie in about 5 weeks. I don't think we'lss see him in WWE for a while.

TNA's Director of Touring, Michael Krewson, has given his notice to the company. No word on if he'll job to Bob Ryder on his way out.

King Mo will not be competing in TNA any time soon.

I wouldn't be shocked if he never wrestles.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Don West buried TNA for his mediocre royalty check. It's all because of that selfish prick Mike Tenay! Seriously, though, I have no idea of the specifics. It could just be sour grapes.

Tara won't be at Impact tapings for "a few months". Interesting. I'm a fan of her work.

WWE's new Performance Center in Orlando will feature seven wrestling rings and a sound stage to train wrestlers and future behind-the-scenes crew. This will replace the current training territory in Tampa. The current idea is to open in mid-to-late June. I hope that works out well for them.

HHH and Mason Ryan were interviewed at the press conference announcing it. I wonder what Vince and Kevin Dunn think of the idea that the superstars are the only part of the product, with their focus on movies and the like. I'm increasingly interested in what WWE will look like with HHH in charge.

Here's the official press release for the Performance Center.

Here's another "WrestleMania made a lot of money for NJ" story. All about that money, money. Yeah, yeah. That money, money. Yeah, yeah.

Shawn Michaels, the New Age Outlaws, and Chris Jericho are all advertised for the 5/26-5/28 live event loop, which doesn't include John Cena. No word on if Jericho will be back "full-time" (for TVs, live events, and PPVs) by then. They could all be used on live events in the future. It's always cool to give an added incentive to go to live events.

After his match in Northern Ireland, William Regal thanked Fit Finlay. Nice touch.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Ahh yes, the old WWF hotline. Good times. Workin' them marks, brother.

2. Were the best women's matches as good as the best men's matches? I don't think so, but they had some good matches. I don't mind that people are interested in it, though all those Molly Holly questions get absurd.

3. Oh yeah, I remember that. "Paul, I can't feel my legs!" Wrestling is funny...

4. That's a good question! Sounds like a reasonable guess.

Nothing to add to 5. They hit the nail on the head. It's kind of like what they do at the Oscars.

More wrestling tomorrow, and some Blue Echo podcasts coming up.
