WWE Network update, Ziggler honors Ryder, Andre the drinker, Interview with Ambrose, more live event stuff, Hogan update and Questions on booking Bryan, using Cena to elevate others and Punk running in

The WWE Network app on the PS3 has been updated to be more in line with the Roku and PS4 versions. Sounds good.

Dolph Ziggler pulled out a number of Zack Ryder's signature moves at a Long Island WWE event. Ryder wasn't booked. It's sad WWE can hold back so many talented performers who are scratching and clawing to make their mark.

Jerry "The King" Lawler talked about Andre the Giant's legendary drinking abilities. Andre was something, that's for sure. I wonder what Punk would have thought of his drinking abilities?

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Dean Ambrose talked about the current Shield angle and more. Ambrose is a really incredible talker. I definitely see the parallels with Roddy Piper as far as really going against the grain and improvising.

WWE repeated the "Titus losing three times in quick succession" thing on a second house show this weekend with an added twist. This time after losing to Henry's World's Strongest Slam in a tag match, he challenged Barrett to a match. Barrett immediately defeated Titus with his signature elbow. Yeah, I've got nothing for why they're doing this to Titus. WWE does like to test people before potentially pushing them to weed out the ones they can "break", so I'm not ruling out that possibility.

Hulk Hogan will be on next week's Raw. No shock there.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It's possible, but I think WWE hears fans loud and clear on what they want with Bryan. The only character change with Punk was him becoming champion. He still did "shoot" style comments, he still claimed to be the best in the world and he still fought the machine. I don't know where that notion comes from.

2. Hopefully if WWE gives the fans a good show, they won't be unmanageable. If WWE tries anything screwy, though, I expect there to be hell to pay. I can imagine some Punk chants happening, but eventually they've got to realize that's a lost cause. Punk's not coming back until HE wants to.

3. Absolutely! Ditto for a number of other top performers with name value. That's up to WWE Management, though, not Cena.

4. I thought people hated the screwy finishes keeping Bryan from "really" being champion? I'm getting mixed messages here. WWE should keep the crazy swerves to a minimum at Mania.

5. Punk wanted to headline Mania as the top act with the company behind him, not make a presumably unadvertised run-in. That's like making it your dream to hit the game-winning home run in the World Series and just showing up as the designated hitter.

More wrestling tomorrow.
