Superstars Reax - 1/30/16, NXT and NJPW live event notes, WWE Network is binge-approved, more on Stardust feud, Mojo profiled, TNA statement on Kong, ROH names advertised for Japan, NXT injury, and Questions on Kong vs. Reby, WWE losing faith in Owens, HHH on live events, Del Rio's injury, and clearing Bryan

Superstars:
- Stardust vs. D. Young:
I guess if Stardust can't beat Titus, he's focusing on his (former?) partner.

Stardust is very entertaining in the ring. I wish more wrestlers did the "little things" that make a match more than a series of moves.

Young's a solid competitor in his own right.

Nice match overall.

- Breeze vs. Titus:
I like how these two interact. Tyler's more of a technician where Titus is just a hoss.

Good ending sequence. Honestly, I really like Breeze's gimmick, but he could use more experience at this level before being a contender to any titles.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
A few notes from NXT's live event in Pittsburgh:
- No ECW cameos, somewhat surprisingly.

- Johnny Gargano worked the show in a loss to Sami Zayn.

Update: At NXT's event in Detroit, Tye Dillinger injured his leg in a match with Zayn, leading to the match being stopped. He's been a valuable player in the brand, so he'll definitely be missed while he's out.

Some WWE and ROH related notes from a recent NJPW show:
- Michael Elgin was on the losing end of an eight-man tag won by the Bullet Club (including Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson). There was no angle kicking Anderson and Gallows out of the group or anything; they're still doing their thing for now.

- Shinsuke Nakamura won a six-man sendoff match and said goodbye to NJPW. After addressing the crowd on the microphone, he was carried around the ring and ringside area before talking to reporters backstage. Soon he'll be heading to WWE for all the relevant medical testing. He's booked for NXT:Takeover:Dallas in April, but he isn't an official WWE/NXT performer until he passes those tests.

Update: announced for ROH's Japan shows on Feb. 19 and 20:
Jay Lethal, Roderick Strong, The Briscoes, Moose, Adam Cole, reDRagon, Michael Elgin, Dalton Castle, and Delirious. No Cheeseburger? He made a surprise appearance on the Jan. 4 show, so I figured he'd be added here.

WWE Network had been added to T-Mobile's new Binge On service, so their customers will more easily be able to watch the product without it costing more for the data streaming. The Network expanding to more platforms and countries is a big part of WWE's plans.

Stardust is expected to work with Stephen Amell at the Feb. 13 and 14 Dallas Comic-Con. Say, isn't there a big event in Dallas coming up that could lead to them fighting at? I personally want to see the Cosmic Wasteland vs. Amell and PTP, because I think they'd make fun superheroes. Or maybe Neville and Sandow teaming with Amell for the same reason? The Lucha Dragons, Usos, and Dudleys should be busy in the tag team title picture.

Mojo Rawley was profiled by the Washington Post. That's pretty big! He's getting a good deal of press for someone who's not even really regularly featured on NXT.

TNA released a statement on the Awesome Kong-Reby Sky incident. It's probably for the best they didn't go into much detail regarding the altercation.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It's a really unfortunate situation that should have been handled before it escalated to this point. Obviously it's too late for that. After this calms down some, management needs to sit with each of them individually and hash out why there's heat, then see if there's anything they can do to work things out. If people's emotions get the better of them, this could end up in court. I can easily see TNA letting Kong go if the Hardys push this. I hope they're able to work something else out, but it's going to take a lot of work from everyone involved for them to be able to work together again.

2. Sacre bleu! It's only been a week! If he gets dropped from Raw and Smackdown in favor of Main Event and Superstars on a regular basis, yes, I'd say they're wasting him and losing faith in him as a top player. But that's not what's happening right now.

3. There's nothing to indicate that to be the case. I think he could wrestle at Fastlane and on Raw, but I don't see him working live events. He's got a lot on his plate as a top executive that's more important  than taking bumps. He should be saved for main shows if he wrestles at all between now and WM32. The stipulation announced for Ambrose vs. Reigns vs. Lesnar was facing HHH for the title at that event, so he might not defend the title.

4. Not yet! There will be news on this weekend's WWE live events tomorrow.

5. There isn't some conspiracy to keep him out of the ring. He's out because WWE's doctor doesn't think he's ready to get back in the ring from a medical standpoint. It's the same reason Cena, Orton, Rollins, Nikki Bella, etc. are out. Are people really so dense they'd think the same Vince who ran Punk ragged to the point where he walked out would deliberately keep Bryan out of the ring when he could be making WWE money? This is "Obama's birth certificate" levels of delusional.

More wrestling tomorrow.
