Massive WWE women's DVD coming, Fish update, EC3 in an NXT ring, NXT dark match, NXT visitor, WWEPC name cut, NXT name out of action, another Flair movie role, Konnan's surgery a success, another Andre trailer, Impact audience, more WWE Pop! figures, NFL players at WWEPC, WWE wins IGN gaming award, Interviews with Bar/Miz, how Aries ended up in ROH, Goldust update, and Questions on Fox putting NXT on TV, women headlining Mania/getting tag titles, Callihan blasting Edwards, Bray becoming Broken, and KISS fans as wrestling fans

WWE has a DVD set on the history of women's wrestling in the company coming in June, replacing a planned Shane McMahon DVD. That's a LOT of history to cover.

Bobby Fish has undergone ACL surgery. He's expected to miss five to six months of action. That's really unfortunate. I hope he can still have a big WWE run when he returns.

EC3 has debuted for NXT at a live event, defeating Kassius Ohno. That sounds pretty cool.

Ricochet defeated Christopher (Donovan) Dijak in a dark match at the end of the latest NXT taping. I'm ready to see Dijak on NXT TV. He's been there a while it feels like.

Ronda Rousey was backstage at NXT's taping this week.

NXT Chinese signing Gu Guangming, who worked as Ming, has been released. He never made it to TV. Hopefully other recruits will be more successful.

NXT's Demitrius Bronson has been out of action with a concussion. Hopefully he rebounds and does well.

Ric Flair will play himself in the movie "Easter" coming this December. That should be interesting.

Konnan had hip replacement surgery, which some thought was going to be delayed. Hopefully that went well for him.

HBO released another trailer for their Andre the Giant documentary, airing April 10. Andre was absolutely an icon who transcended wrestling.

Impact drew 325,000 viewers for their Crossroads special. That's down from last week's surprise boost, but still a pretty good number for the company in its current state.

Kurt Angle, Triple H, Sgt. Slaughter, Vince McMahon, and the Hardy Boyz will be getting Pop! figures soon. Those are awesome.

Oakland NFL players went to the WWE Performance Center, basically as an opportunity for them to potentially move into wrestling when their NFL careers are over. It's not a bad idea to explore.

WWE's IGN crossover won an award in the UK. It's good to see WWE doing so many crossovers like that.

The Bar are on the latest Edge and Christian podcast. I look forward to more from those two.

The Miz discussed Ronda Rousey with TMZ Sports. I can't wait for Miz to break Pedro Morales' record as Intercontinental Champion. I mean, how many movies was that guy in?

Austin Aries was able to work ROH's 16th anniversary show because he's not under exclusive contract to Impact. ROH booked him directly rather than going through Impact. Big move from ROH to make that happen.

Goldust is still being booked as a babyface on live events, beating Curt Hawkins (of course). I wouldn't assume that means anything for Goldust's TV direction, though. We'll see if anything comes out of his surprise challenge to Cena.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I'd be surprised to see NXT picked up for TV; I don't think there's that big of a demand for it. If it does happen, I definitely think it would undergo some changes to fit the precise timeslot allotted for the show.

2. Neither are outside the realm of possibility. Headlining Wrestlemania is a once-a-year opportunity, so it seems less likely than women's tag team titles. I imagine they could do a tag team division if they really wanted to, especially one set of champions across Raw and Smackdown and once, but they shouldn't do it just to do it.

3. I can't really add much here other than Callihan is definitely getting a good deal of mileage out of the incident. Impact got a pretty nice audience boost for the episode with the spot, so you could argue they made the right call. Let's just hope it doesn't take serious injuries to get the product over long-term.

4. That could be a GREAT idea to rebuild Bray. He definitely needs a new direction, and this feud has dragged on for quite some time. I hope that's what happens.

5. I can definitely see how the two fan bases would overlap. Similarly to how comic fans and wrestling fans can overlap.

More wrestling tomorrow.
