WWE has plans for another Saudi Arabian show in November. Their contract there is to do multiple major shows each year.

The Saudi government reportedly specifically asked for The Undertaker, Jim Ross, and Jerry Lawler to be booked, due to familiarity with those names from years back. We'll see if Taker works the November show, too.

Hangman Page is working through a groin injury. That's why his match with Punishment Martinez turned into an angle.

DJZ and Rich Swann are being talked about as working AAA. That would be great for both men's careers.

NJPW has signed a deal with a French cable channel to be the only wrestling airing on TV there other than WWE.

Sinclair is selling 23 local stations in order to stay within federal rules regarding ownership. They are looking at keeping in charge of operations of the relevant stations after selling them.

AAA is interested in working with ROH, but ROH's deal with CMLL would prevent that from happening.

Impact is planning to do more frequent tapings, so what airs isn't as outdated.

Tommy Dreamer and Konnan are working as producers for Impact's matches. That explains why Tommy is on TV more these days.

Zachary Wentz was backstage at Impact's most recent tapings, but not used. That could change at the June tapings in Ontario.

Rey Fenix was set to work Impact's TV tapings, but he had to return to Mexico to get things sorted out for his visa.

Shawn Michaels was approached for working the Greatest Royal Rumble, but turned it down to spend time with his family.

Batista is looking to face Triple H at Wrestlemania 35 before officially retiring. There was talk of him teaming with Ronda Rousey this year before Kurt Angle was chosen.

WWE's senior VP of special events has worked on Orlando getting an XFL team, so WWE and Alpha Entertainment are already blurring.

- WWE has officially announced itself as a minority owner in Alpha Entertainment. Not a shock. It was something of a smart move to announce that right after the conference call so it can potentially be forgotten about by the time the Q2 numbers are released.

- WWE staff have been involved with producing video content to promote the XFL.

WWE has trademarked "The Great American Bash," which suggests we'll see another event with that name sooner rather than later.

Hulk Hogan has been inducted into the Boys and Girls Club Alumni Hall of Fame.

The Rock has been nominated for the 2018 MTV Awards as part of the best on-screen team for "Jumani: Welcome to the Jungle."

JBL and Bruce Prichard discussed WWE's Saudi Arabian deal on Fox Business. JBL has been a great mouthpiece for WWE.

AJ Styles and Karl Anderson were part of a special Pro Wrestling Tees Bullet Club sale. It's amazing WWE lets them do that.

Kane has officially been announced as the winner of the Knox County Republican primary, in what's considered an upset. He's expected to go on to become mayor given the area's history of voting Republican.

The Titus O'Neil "Swerved" lawsuit has been amended, as the plaintiff showed proof of WWE doing significant business in Florida via the WWE Performance Center. WWE has sought to be removed as a defendant due to not being headquartered in the state.

Ted DiBiase, Sr. appeared on the "Fueled by Death Cast" podcast to discuss his wrestling career and more.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I could see a WCW relaunch having success if someone put a lot of money, time, etc. into it, but I don't know about the long-term appeal of doing a product based on that nostalgia. It's not like Sting, Goldberg, Hogan, etc. are going to be able to be top names, and if you're not bringing back the old cast, how much of a relaunch is it?

2. That's an interesting idea, actually. I do seem to remember him wanting to do more on the developmental end of things for the company. That would have been a long-term goal.

3. Eric Bischoff discussed his plans on WWE.com a few years back. It's pretty interesting.

4. That would make sense, but no one has said anything to the matter.

5. Things are different when your body takes the kind of abuse wrestlers' bodies take! Hopefully we'll hear of her starting to get back into ring shape soon.

More wrestling tomorrow.
