Territory star getting biography, wave of LU trademarks, Impact footage on WWE Network, collections back online, new WWE merch, USA pushing new show, HHH on UK getting PPVs, backstage WWE names, WWE at NBCU update, Orlando preparing for Mania bid, WWWF name passes, Brandi injured, Orton update, Smackdown dark match, and Questions on who should beat Brock, why Brock is champion, capitalizing on Titus' slide, and more WWE GRR criticism

Former NWA and AWA World Champion Gene Kiniski will be the subject of a book coming out on September 30. He had quite the prestigious career in the territory days.

Lucha Underground has trademarked Jeremiah Crane, Dante Fox, Saltador, Mala Suerte, Pindar, Doku, Yurei, Hitokiri, Vibora, Son of Madness, The Cueto Cup, Ricky Mundo, Antonio Cueto, The Savage Jake Strong, Xo Lishus, El Bunny, White Rabbit, Jeremiah Snake, Joey Wrestling, Reklusa, Hexagon Black, Gauntlet of the Gods, and Big Bad Steve ahead of their fourth season. What an amazing list of names to trademark!

Impact Wrestling footage of Kurt Angle vs. AJ Styles was shown on "Table for 3" with those two and Shane McMahon. WWE licensed that from Anthem directly.

Randy Savage and Four Horsewomen collections have been returned to WWE Network.

Bobby Lashley and The IIconics have new shirts on WWE Shop as they've come to Raw and Smackdown.

USA Network is pushing "Miz & Mrs." debuting this summer, centered on future WWE Hall of Famer The Miz.

Triple H discussed future WWE PPVs coming from the UK. WWE should definitely start much lower than Mania.

Jason Jordan was backstage at Raw ahead of being cleared to return to action. He's expected to get back on the road soon. I'm curious if he'll fit into the MITB event in any way.

Stephanie McMahon, John Cena, and Nikki Bella will be at next week's NBC Universal presentation to promote WWE related projects. That's going to be a little awkward....

Orlando is set to vote on making an effort to bring back Wrestlemania for either 2023 (WM39) or 2025 (WM41). It's just a matter of time before the event is back in Florida.

Raw dropped to 2.69 million viewers Monday night, the lowest mark since December. Not only did they not get a boost from Backlash; they actively drove people away. Of course, they were also up against NBA playoffs.

WWWF star Big Bully Busick passed away at 63 due to cancer. PWInsider recapped his career. Very sad story of another life lost to cancer.

Brandi Rhodes suffered a broken clavicle working for STARDOM recently. She worked two tag matches after the injury to close out the tour, but will be undergoing surgery. I wish her the best, as that sounds extremely painful. She definitely has a passion for wrestling.

Nikolai Volkoff and Jeff Jones were visiting at Smackdown. That's pretty cool.

Randy Orton was not at Smackdown, so it looks like he's taking some time off.

Asuka beat Sonya Deville before Smackdown. I really want to see that on TV at some point.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. BRAUN. I definitely think Finn should become champion at some point, but I think I'd save that for later. Braun's hot enough to do it now.

2. Brock is an attraction who only pops up here and there. After so many successful defenses, it theoretically makes it even bigger when someone finally beats him. And, barring something insane changing before MITB, that winner would end the longest world title reign in WWE in 34 years.

3. They have, to a degree. I'd pop for him having a waterslide entrance or something, although obviously they don't want to risk him hitting an LED screen or a post under the ring, so they'd have to be careful with it. Hell, they could sell Titus slides!! Get on this, WWE!

4. So, there's a BIG difference between complaining about who's winning fake matches and being upset WWE is working with a government with the record of Saudi Arabia's. People want to support the wrestlers they like and a business they like, but also want to hold WWE to task for decisions they think are problematic for a major American company.

5. Basically WWE was as progressive as they were allowed to be, and the hope is running more shows in the Middle East will lead to governments in the area being more open to featuring female competitors.

More wrestling tomorrow.
