Read on for my thoughts on last night's Honorclub event.
- Briscoes vs. Flip/Liger:
This is a really interesting combination.
Flip is someone to keep an eye on.
The Briscoes have been invaluable to ROH.
Awesome teamwork from Mark and Jay.
Mark and Jay had Liger trapped for a good while.
I'm loving everything here.
The Briscoes are kicking it to a higher level.
That was a BADASS ending.
- Deonna/Skylar vs. Tenille/Sumie:
I hope Deonna has a big career ahead of her.
Nice work early.
Deonna looks game against the veterans.
Damn. This is good.
Pretty nice!
- Post-match:
Cool work to set up a later match.
- Castle/Boys:
Oh.... well.... that's a letdown.
MAN. Tough break for Dalton.
Interesting direction.
- Kingdom:
I mean, Taven has a point. If Dalton can't defend the title soon, someone else needs to take it. And I say that as a fan of Castle's who's impressed he's gutted through all this.
Taven's going places.
- C2C vs. Vinny/TK:
Nice flashiness so far.
Funny stuff.
I love that they could be goofy, then turn the heat up.
I'm impressed with all this.
Fine to keep the story going and give C2C another win.
- Post-match:
That could definitely be a title change.
- Bully vs. Burger:
Basically an angle.
Oh God that was dreadful. The ego trip continues.
- Post-match:
Pretty much a waste. The slow build of anything Bully related has been frustrating.
- R3K vs. Cody/Page/Scurll:
Nice start.
Marty is great.
Nice to see Sho and Yoh again.
Nice Goldust homage.
R3K is really impressive.
Cody vs. Marty should be really fun when it finally happens.
LOTS of good energy here.
I'm fine with the crazy dives this time.

- Naito/EVIL/SANADA vs. Silas/Bruiser/Milonas:
Fun work early.
I like how these sides are interacting.
There's good action here.
Both sides have good teamwork.
This is put together pretty well.
Pretty cool ending sequence.
- White vs. Chuckie vs. Lethal:
Interesting change to the card.
I like the teammates working together.
Yes, I still hate the triple suicide dive.
This is basically a handicap match!
I mean, damn. Jay's getting sonned.
Funny hug spot.
Lethal's about to pull a John Cena and beat both of them, isn't he?
Solid work so far.
Yeah, that tope didn't sit well with White.
I'm liking this a lot.
NICE ending.
- SCU vs. Kingdom:
Nice start.
Shit! The Kingdom might get it done!
The champs are definitely at a disadvantage so far.
NOW we're seeing good teamwork from the champs after being routed for so long.
The Kingdom are really shining here.
SoCal looks good, but the Kingdom look REALLY good.

- Bucks vs. BUSHI/Hiromu:
Good teamwork from both teams.
This is solid!
It's refreshing seeing the NJPW names in the mix. They're definitely game.
This has a lot of great energy.
I'm liking what these four are putting together.
This is absolutely main event worthy.
So much drama here. There's a lot going on.
HILARIOUS sharpshooter on the ref.
That was really, really good.
