Elias-Seattle backlash, Dunne milestone, ROH TV match booked, SDL audience, and Questions on why WWE pushes Brock, The Hammer on WWE Network, HoF criteria, surprising HoF omissions, and NXT UK's purpose

Elias' Raw promo got responses from former Seattle NBA players. WWE needs to capitalize on this next time they're in the market.

Pete Dunne has passed 500 days as UK Champion. Some of that's a testament to his talent, but it's also a sign of the brand's lack of relevance.

Jay Lethal, Jonathan Gresham, and a partner to be named vs. The Kingdom is set for ROH's October 14 TV taping. Will Ospreay would make sense after the recent title match, but it could also be someone like Hurricane Helms, since he's booked for the preceding ROH date.

Smackdown Live drew 2.10 million viewers Tuesday night. WWE TV has been really soft lately.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Because Brock is a credible star people outside of the wrestling bubble care about. When he shows up, it's a big deal and people pay attention.

2. Yes, find his most popular matches and go from there.

3. I like the idea of each HoF class pretty much representing a full card, with the headliner being the top draw, some undercard names, a tag team and/or stable, at least one woman, at least one international star, etc.

4. I wouldn't say I'm surprised Pillman's not in, since they don't want to draw attention to him passing away at a young age. All those names are deserving, though, along with plenty of others. Not In Hall Of Fame has a pretty extensive list. WWE generally waits until someone's retired (as they should), so some of those names aren't "eligible" yet, but are certainly deserving.

5. NXT UK is WWE's way of getting a lot of important UK names under contract. The goal is for some of them to supplement the main NXT and potentially someday make it to Raw or Smackdown Live. In the meantime, they want the brand to be able to sustain itself and provide regular work for those under contract there, like the "main" NXT.

More wrestling tomorrow.
