Read on for my thoughts on last night's Impact Wrestling.
- Konley vs. KM:
Wow they brought Konley back just get CAGED.
- Post-match:
This is amazing!
Christ that was a sick powerbomb.
I like how this all fits together.
I like that Cage and Impact aren't friends, but have common enemies. Impact books nuanced characters well.
- Cage promo:
That could really be a battle.
- Edwards vs. Page:
Edwards could be a player somewhere else once he's a free agent.
I like Page's power.
This is nice!
Not bad at all!
- Post-match:
Dreamer booking a segment where he gets name dropped. Shocking!
I like Eli wanting to bring Eddie to something bigger.
Yeah Eli's not too far from slipping back to working with geeks himself.
- Rascalz promo:
I wonder what the Pursuit audience thinks of a marijuana gimmick.
- Allie vs. Grace:
The lights flickering spot is especially funny since the power actually went out at the taping.
That was pretty fun!
- Post-match:
I also wonder what the Pursuit audience thinks about this black magic stuff.
- Scarlett promo:
Wow. I wonder if this was the plan the whole time or the person/people they wanted to use turned them down.
Well, at least now she's going to wrestle.
- Moose vs. Cage:
Ooooohhhhhhh fun stuff.
Impact does a lot more stuff outside the ring, which I appreciate. Of course, they're not on the tight schedule WWE is.
MOTHER OF GOD THAT POWERBOMB SPOT!!! In front of 250 people on a channel that so few people have Impact's ratings aren't even available. That's guts (I guess?)
Cage is on another level.

Oh. Looks like she's getting right back to action. She is pretty over in Mexico.
- Tessa/Gail/etc:
Oh hey we are seeing McKenzie once more!
Tessa is awesome.
Oh I'm ready for them to have some kind of big street fight so it's not "technically a match so Gail is still retired."

- Swann vs. Trey:
Impact can still deliver compelling X-Division matches.
This is impressive.
Very smooth work.
I liked that!

That was a clever way to move to the next match.
- LAX vs. Crists:
Impact seems like it's constantly in chaos as far as brawls outside the ring and such.
Good story here.
That was a hell of a superplexbomb.
Insane finisher. Wow.
