ROH has signed WOH Champion Kelly Klein to a new contract. It would have been embarrassing if someone else got her before they could!

WWE was at the Consumer Electronic Show in Nevada. Stephanie McMahon, Michelle Wilson, and George Barrios all spoke, pushing their digital reach, marketing strengths, and the women's evolution.

Chris Jericho has been removed from WWE's show openings after signing with AEW, having been replaced by The Bar. I don't expect Vince McMahon is too pleased with him right now.

- WWE has strongly discounted Chris Jericho and Neville merchandise, as well. Jericho took a bold step aligning himself with AEW.

Tony Schiavone and Ric Flair discussed "Mean" Gene Okerlund on Schiavone's latest podcast.

Jim Ross discussed "Mean" Gene Okerlund on CBS Sports Radio.

Bobby Roode talked to The Mirror in the UK. Wow that NXT loop drive is ROUGH. It takes longer for talent to get to the show than for the show to take place!

"Superstar" Billy Graham was taken to the emergency room for pneumonia. That's got to be tough at 75.

ROH will be offering a number of free tickets to current and former military members beginning at Sunday's Honorclub event. That's big of them.

Becky Lynch talked about life before WWE. I'm very glad she ended up wrestling!

ROH has announced a TV taping in Pennsylvania on April 13 and an Honorclub event from Ohio on April 14. This will be the followup to G1 Supercard.

Samoa Joe has launched a YouTube channel.

Kane did a Q&A on Reddit, mostly political in nature. I included it because there were a few wrestling questions. There was some fun dry humor there, as well. As expected, he seemed to close the door on being a wrestler going forward, but there's always a chance a big opportunity comes along like Crown Jewel.

NXT's Johnny Gargano, Adam Cole, Street Profits, and Fabian Aichner are doing meet-and-greets before upcoming EVOLVE events they're competing on. That's a great way to get people to attend/increase the gate.

Smackdown Live drew 2.03 million viewers Tuesday, which is actually a bit less than they drew on New Year's Day.

NXT UK has added Jordan Devlin vs. Travis Banks to Takeover: Blackpool. This will be a significant show for the brand.

WWE Network's next Hidden Gems are:
- Billy Robinson vs. Ray Stevens from AWA in 1981
- Les Thornton vs. Jerry Brisco for the World Junior Championship from Championship Wrestling from Florida in 1981
- The Hart Brothers and Davey Boy Smith vs. J.R. Foley's Army from Stampede Wrestling in 1981
- Pete Dunne vs. Mark Andrews for the WWE UK Championship from an NXT live event in 2017

Stephanie McMahon discussed balancing her on-screen and off-screen roles.

Billy Gunn has joined AEW as a producer. That's good.

Chris Jericho has an "AEW is Jericho" shirt available through Pro Wrestling Tees. AEW and PWT are already doing great work together.

AEW President Tony Khan was on Sean Waltman's latest podcast. He's definitely passionate about this project and the business as a whole.

AEW has contracted Atlas Security for their events. Those guys go back a long time in the wrestling business.

Brandi Rhodes clarified AEW's pay scale. Hopefully WWE and others follow suit.

Jerry Lynn underwent hip replacement surgery recently. The post-wrestling life can be tough. He and Mikey Whipwreck discussed the procedure afterward on the pair's podcast.

Dolph Ziggler was not at Raw. Instead, he appeared on Fox Business Channel. Interesting WWE allowed that.

Ric Flair has speeches set Friday in British Columbia and Saturday in Alberta.

Summer Rae is doing a signing Saturday in New York.

A wrestling fan was almost scammed by someone claiming to be Carmella. That's a real shame.

ROH has announced:
- Mark Haskins vs. Beer City Bruiser for January 13's Honorclub event in North Carolina
- Bandido vs. Flip Gordon for January 24's Honorclub event in Texas

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. They're all still close, but he's still under ROH contract for the time being. ROH is getting behind him going forward, so I think he's in good hands foe now.

2. Ronda vs. Becky is the plan for WM35, and Asuka winning sets up another prominent match for the Smackdown Women's Championship. It will be very interesting to see what they do with Asuka vs. Becky at the Rumble.

3. I don't expect it, since Orton's a heel now. I think Seth vs. Brock is the most likely direction, with Orton involved in something else.

4. I REALLY don't see them voluntarily putting so many available workers on the shelf at once. Every talent has a set number of years they can work, and WWE intends to make the most of that time by using them regularly.

5. Simply, Smackdown Live has also seen a substantial drop in its audience, and is almost always comfortably behind Raw as far as viewership goes. It needs change, too.

More wrestling tomorrow.
